I am very impressed by Certified Installs. Over a a couple appointments, they installed a couple different appliances for us (microwave and a dishwasher). Communication was good before the appointment, and the person who coordinates the appointments over the phone is always very upbeat and professional.Where they really impressed me though, is with the dishwasher install. The initial install wasnt to my liking - it was tilted forward too much. So several weeks later, I finally called them back early on a Saturday morning before hours to ask if they would be willing to come out and try to re-adjust it. I got an immediate callback after they opened, and they wanted to schedule first thing Monday. I had been a little nervous that they would push back, but there was no hesitation on their side at all. In fact, it felt like it was their highest priority. Eddie came out this morning, and about 10 minutes later the dishwasher was adjusted and looked great!I would definitely recommend them, and theyll be my go-to for installations next time we upgrade or replace our appliances!

We bought a dishwasher at Lowe’s on labor day. The following Saturday it was installed.The gentleman‘s name that installed it was Shane.Shane was very professional, and informed us exactly what he was doing every step of the way. The job he had to do was a little bit more difficult than Lowes led to believe but Shane worked with us and was able to install the dishwasher which is running great. if you use this company I highly recommend them asking for Shane if he’s available.

Just had Greyson install a brand new dishwasher in my condo. He was very efficient and professional. The install took less than an hour, and he tested and verified proper operation of the new appliance. I would recommend this company and specifically this installer to perform service at your home. Great experience using them.Brandon came and provided a gas line extension to kitchen bid, explained where and how it would be done and came back another day to do the job.He minimized drywall cutout, cleaned up afterward, installed slide in gas oven and took cardboard oven box with him. We will probably be using you again for a water softener install.Thanks for job well done.

Daniel is AMAZING!!! He just installed a Bosch dishwasher at our new build and was phenomenal!! It looks so perfect (he got it exactly centered and leveled with my cabinets) and he also went out of his way to teach me about some cool features the dishwasher does that I probably wouldn’t have figured out easily, if at all, otherwise. He also was so careful with my new flooring and cabinets. I cannot recommend him and this company enough!!

We just had Jake from Certified Installs take care of installing a new dishwasher and microwave from RC Willey for us. He was friendly, on time, called in advance, very professional, and did a great job. Communication and setting up the appointment was very easy as well. They even combined orders for us so did not have to schedule two separate appointments even though I did not purchase the appliances at the same time. I would absolutely use them again for any service they provide.

02-05-2021: Great over the range microwave installation by Daniel. He showed up on time and got to work immediately. I could tell right away this guy knew what he was doing by the way he moved through the install - like it was choreographed. As he moved smoothly through the install he was telling me what he was doing. Everything fell perfectly into place as he went along. He showed me how to change the filters and even set the clock for me. He did a great job.

This company installed a slide in range and a microwave for me. They had to modify the countertop for the slide in range because I had a drop in range prior to this. They were fast and efficient and pleasant to be around. The appliances they installed for me was for a local retailer but it is my understanding they can install for anybody. They were also great for explaining how to use the appliances. The installers that helped me were Daniel and Joey. Great job and thank you!

Jake did a really nice job on installing our Dish Washer we purchased from Lowe’s. He took his time to leveled it and even wipe finger smudges off the front. Very polite

Certified Installs is used by RCWilley to install dishwashwers. We are happy with the actual install and the dishwasher but very unhappy with the Professionalism, honesty and customer service.We had a water line to the original dishwasher that came up on the side in about the middle of the dishwasher space. The water line needed to be in the back for the new dishwasher. The installer told us that they could come back at another date and move the water line from where it was to the back and that it would cost $250 and my wife paid them because that was something I did not know how to do. When they arrived the next week, the installer did NOT relocate the existing water line from the side to the back but instead capped that line, and put a T in the hot water line to the sink and ran it to the back of the dishwasher. This is not what they told us we were paying for. I could have completed that job personally for less than $50. When I called the company to ask if we could get some of the $250 refunded because the work they did was not what we agreed to and was easier by far to do, the woman at customer service repeated multiple times something to the effect that the work is done and closed and that we agreed to the work so they were okay to do what they did. I told her that I would let others know of our experience and she said, we have good work standing with others so go right ahead and have a good day and hung up.I would never go with Certified Installs ever again for anything and will be reporting my experience to RCWilley Management.

Daniel did a fantastic job with my dishwasher installation. He was very courteous, on time and was very friendly. He cleaned up any trash and dried any leaked water. If you want a true professional, ask for Daniel. You wont be disappointed.

Certified Installs on 2700 South sent Daniel to my home to install a newRite-Aid dishwasher. Daniel was extremely professional yet friendly. Daniel was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable about my dishwasher.There was a manufacturers defect on the water inlet. Daniel quickly corrected the problem using a tool in his toolkit and securely installed the water supply line. We are thrilled with the service provided at Certified Installs. You can tell a lot about a company when things dont go as planned. Daniel came to install a cooktop when he discovered that our granite needed to be cut to accommodate the new stove. He helped us schedule a granite cutter and even offered to go home to bring extra tools for us. He had to uninstall, install, uninstall and install just so we wouldnt be without a cooktop while we waited for the granite to be cut. I cant believe how many times he had to lift that heavy thing! He was a fantastic worker and I hope he gets a little raise! :) We were very happy with their service and will definitely call them again.

Cooper and Jake installed a dishwasher. Over the years my wife and I have bought several dishwashers, and I installed a couple myself. So I can appreciate that Cooper and Jake did a very careful and conscientious job including several details that I would have skipped or handled less carefully. They did a much better job than I would have and I am glad we paid the extra money for the installation. They were on time, friendly, courteous, professional, and unhurried. Their company works mostly for RC Willey and I am planning to have them handle the installation of whatever appliance we may buy in the future.

This company is fantastic! Braden went to pick up my dishwasher at RC Willey and noticed that it was damaged and let me know so we could get it figured out before it even got to my house. He then was able to still install an undamaged one quickly the same day. Mona coordinated everything from the office so nicely and efficiently. I can’t recommend them enough!

Jeff did an amazing job on our installation. The team did a really great job making sure the floors were not damaged when they brought in our sub zero fridge. Jeff made sure everything was hooked up and running properly. He also took the time to advise on best techniques to keep the stainless looking brand new. We appreciate the time and effort that was taken.

A technician came a bit later than we were expecting, but thats customer service! Jake did really well and was very professional and kind. We would love to have him be our technician again!

Jeff came to install a water line for a refrigerator in our 1950’s rambler. He was quick and efficient. The work was done very nicely. I would recommend Jeff and certified installs of Utah to one and all. Very professional and informative.

Certified Install was awesome in every possible way. The installer, Anthony, told me what he was doing and kept me in the loop the whole time. He also discussed a couple of things that could become problems and addressed the issues. He was very quick, very efficient, and very professional. He was awesome with my kids and interacted with them wonderfully. At the end of the install he also informed me they do offer other services which was nice because now I know a place I can call if I hit a problem. Install was fast and done wonderfully. He took extra time to make sure the pipes and hoses looked good and that the space under my sink didn’t have a lot of hoses hanging down. I would highly highly highly recommend certified install and would use them again in a heartbeat.

They never showed up or even called in the 4 hour window. They said someone would call me the next day to reschedule, which never happened. When they eventually called we rescheduled, and again they didnt show up or call during the window. We decided not to move forward with them.

I have been in the residential building business for 20 years. Certified Installs as a Pro, is the best install company in Utah hands down! I am extremely picky and as a professional they are always on time, careful, helpful, friendly, trustworthy and make sure your appliances are working 100%. They are also SO helpful in explaining how they work, what to do regarding care, certify your warranties with the manufacturer, run your appliances to make sure everything is perfect and really go the extra mile. I have had to have them redo work other subs don’t do and bottom line they care enough to make sure it is done right, your appliances will work when they leave guaranteed. You just can’t put a price on this type of professionalism. Jeff and his crew are amazing. 5 - star recommend!

This company has great communication and follow through, and weve had two different technicians out and really enjoyed working with each of them. We are working on remodeling our kitchen. We have an older home and have found some surprises when pulling out our old appliances. We had two separate installs. First our over the range microwave. The technician (Tanner S.) did a great job making it work and securing it since it is a lot smaller than the previous model. He also had the challenge of installing it over tile that apparently went clear up the wall! Yesterday we had the dishwasher, stove and refrigerator done. The fridge had an old copper water line. The poor tech searched everywhere to find the shut off valve but couldnt! End result is we think the old owners jimmy rigged something to make it work. The technician (Jared B.) ran a new line with 0 damage and you cant see the line anywhere! He took his time, covered our floors and made we sure we were OK with every step. Thank you for providing such excellent service.

They got me scheduled same day, last minute, when the contracted company with Costco cancelled for the 2nd time. They were extremely nice and the installation of my dishwasher was very fast. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend others to do the same.

Horrible. I had an 11am-1pm delivery time scheduled for today. I called them they told me everything is good at 3:30 they call me saying sorry we are running behind we will have it there NO LATER THEN AN HOUR. Hour passes I call she tell me sorry (again) it will only be an hour more. I looked up that they close at 6pm so I call again at 5:30 to see what’s going on she says she will call me right back that she needs to check up on where they are. NOTHING trust me you will get A LOT OF EXCUSES from them and A LOT OF IM SORRY we are working on it. They dont care about your time at all.

Best experience Ive had with an installation company. John was not only on time but early. He was quick to answer all my questions/ concerns. I loved how he asked permission for everything (like to enter ny home and to use some paper towels). I loved how easy it was to set up my appointment and even to reschedule it when my appliances didnt arrive on time. Im looking forward to hiring him again!

He had a window open up on his schedule and personally contacted us to see if we were available to have an earlier install (loved this!). I couldn’t recommend certified installs more. From scheduling with Mona, who was beyond amazing, to Jake that came out to install our new dishwasher. Everything went fabulous and they got the work done so quickly and on time.

Certified installation of dishwasher was done so unprofessional but good enough to last over the one year warranty it looked like they used a screwdriver to punch the hole for the drain line and water line bigger leaving a sharp edge and within least then two years wore pinhole in drain line costing 200.00 to repair beware of there workmanship

I do not write reviews, but after the service I experienced by Certified Installs I felt like I should. Im very fussy when it comes to people doing work for me. I had a very positive experience with Certified Installs.Mona helped sort out a mix up with my appliance delivery very well, the company I bought my appliances from caused the mix up, and Mona sorted it out for me, she was polite and helpful.John my installer did a fantastic job! He was also very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful by answering all of my questions and by giving me extra tips, he comes across as he really enjoys his job with installations and working with clients. John installed 2 products for me, one of them was very challenging, I verified with him if he could do the install by himself, he said he could, he worked fast and efficiently. John cleaned up after himself and went beyond what I normally see from installers, he made sure I was happy and that everything was in good working order before he left. If I ever need more work done, Ill be requesting John from Certified Installs to do the job for me.

So so great to be well taken care of! Mona in the office is a dream and totally got us in quick and was so personable. I felt like a real person instead of a number on the list!Grey installed our new dishwasher! He fixed an electrical problem and installed my panel ready dishwasher perfectly. Braden called before arriving and was on time for the appointment. He was careful to protect the hardwood floor. He worked efficiently and answered any questions I had. He made new plumbing and electrical connections and carefully centered and leveled the dishwasher. He explained some of the operations of the machine and cleaned the front of it before he left. It was money well spent to have Braden and Certified Installs install the dishwasher.

We can highly recommend Certified Installs. They have been great to work with on the installation of a new dishwasher. The installer, a young man named Braden, quickly removed the old unit, rerouted the water supply line to allow us to utilize a part of the cabinet under the sink that was unusable due to the previous installer taking the easy route in running the water line, and installed the new unit. That was not all. He took the time to run a short cycle so he could check for any potential leaks. There were none. He was conscious, courteous, and most helpful. We highly recommend Certified Installs.

Oh my! Talk about nicest guys and the night before Thanksgiving! John and Jeff were so kind and accommodating to make sure our double ovens fit just right. They even took a trip to the hardware store to get additional materials needed to finish the job so our family could enjoy our Thanksgiving. Tanner had came to do a gas dryer install at our home. He was nice and overall did a decent job. However he dented our BRAND NEW DRYER that we never used. He suggested we take a blow dryer to it to try to pop the dent out. So we tried to do this with him there and it would not come out. Additionally I spent another 4 hours trying to do it on my own after he left.To no avail.He took a picture of it and assured us that someone would call us on Monday and would get it taken care of. He said they should be able to come out and use some tool with suction to pop the dent out. (the install was done on a Saturday) 10/6. I waited and never received a phone call. I called at the end of the week, giving them several days to call and left them a message asking for a call back and explaining my frustration with the damage.To this day I still have no received a call back and am upset every time I look at our brand new washer and dryer and see a dent in our dryer. I wouldnt have cared as much if they werent brand new, but it is quite frustrating when the dent was caused even before its first use.UPDATE::::Shawn contacted me the day my review was posted and apologized that somehow my voicemail slipped through the cracks via email. He arranged for a tech to come and fix the dent. A tech came out and got the dent almost completely out. 90% better than what it was. I feel better knowing that they do actually care and tried to take care of me and make it right. I would use them again for any other services.They did offer to replace the top portion of the dryer that was dented since they could not take it out completely. I felt that was unreasonable for me to ask that they do that, but I was impressed that they offered. They did offer me a credit towards my install for the work they did and I felt that was reasonable and fair on both ends.I would recommend them and I would use them again.
