I have had a number of issues, but that is typical of any business. What makes this place impressive is how well the owner will deal with a customer to make the proper resolve. Good management is the key to any business’ success

The best storage facility I have ever worked with! We have been a customer seasonally for almost 10 years and year round for the past two, and they always go above and beyond to meet our needs.The units are in great shape and always cleaned prior to move-in. If they had locations in our other operational areas I would never use anyone else.Susan (their long time Manager) is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with and she will definitely take care of you, I promise!

Very kind and cordial. They call when there are questions and are able to answer when I need something. Help as often as they can when possible.

I stored my 30 foot camper here for a month from out of town. The owners were very accommodating to me both with scheduling and with any questions or concerns I had. My emails were always answered promptly and with a no worries feel that actually made me feel like I was in great hands. I will be using them again in the future for sure! Great people great service and safe place... what more could you ask for!

Had my stuff in storage for 5 months and ended up with roaches. Spoke with Susan and she referred me to the insurance, i got with the storage, and told me they would handle it. She explained there are two types of roaches and wood roaches are harmless. She also told me they use scott rice for bugs and mice control. She tried to down play having roaches. I called the insurance company and it will take 2-3 business days before some contacts me! Love the customer service!It gets better...just got the call from the claims department. I need to take a picture of a roach to show proof!! Let me dig in a box to find the roach and take a picture so I can get $500!!!

The Salisbury Route 50 Storage was there when I needed them. It was clean and close, and very affordable. The people were very friendly and helpful. It was accessible at all of the times I really needed to get access to my things at a moments notice. And when I was eventually leaving the property and emptying the unit they were helpful and courteous . Thank you for the limited time I was there in your unit. William Ortiz

My fiance and I had just bought a house and needed to put our spare furniture in storage as soon as possible to start the renovations. We called on a Sunday and the lady was so sweet. She told us to come in an hour even though the business was closed and opened up for us. She helped us with all the paper work, gave us a tour, explained everything in detail. I love that you can access the units at anytime. I was so happy we were able to find a storage unit especially on a Sunday afternoon. We are beyond grateful she opened up on her day off to help us. Ok I dont even know where to start. These people are great! Susan Wilson at Route 50 Storage was so kind and understanding. I cannot thank her enough. Her compassion and professionalism is outstanding. She worked with me when times were very hard and I was not sure how I was going to make it. The rates for the size unit I needed were ideal and the unit itself was clean, and clearly well-kept. Customer service is beyond satisfying. Whether you call the office, or stop in personally, Im confident your needs will be met without any headache. Having the option to access your storage at any time has proven very efficient, and the measures taken to ensure the safety of your belongings and yourself are all positives. I end up at the Route 50... one day, having nothing to do what this business has to offer. I needed to print my Greyhound bus ticket ( the office at bus station which is near by was was closed for whatever reason). Once I walked the door I felt instantly welcomed. Regardless it was quite busy and after I explain my problem I was helped instantly. Whats touch me... i was getting offered coffee and advise, being refused to pay anything for exchange. I think thats tells all.... And yes, I got home safely. I can only imagine how are the really costumers are treated out there... by the way the zone has the most beautiful little forest with the most unusual combination of the growth. Thank U Susan

Excellent service associated with this clean and very accessible self storage area. We had delays on our moving day (and who doesnt) and were going to arrive well after closing hours but Susan (rental coordinator) set everything up for us on the phone to access our newly rented storage unit. We had our contract, key lock, and storage unit waiting for us when we arrived. This certainly saved the day for us.

I rented a unit for 7 months that was climate controlled. The building we were in was always very clean and never saw anything out of place The lights always worker and really secure on exteriorIve rented from other storage companys and this place is by far the best

Poor communication on move out day. Held me up for HOURS. Then prorated me for 1 day because Susan did not fulfill her end of the bargain. We ended up getting everything out after hours smh. Was going good until that. Would not recommend them to anyone

Have had several units at this location since 2010 and have NEVER had any problems with the facility and/or the management and staff. I read the prior google review which referenced having bug problems - and frankly it sounds like the tenant had an issue of bugs prior to their use of the storage facility? During my 8 yrs. of having a storage unit at this location, I have never had any issues with bugs!

Its ok! Storages have roaches. Made a complaint to the lady and she didnt believe anything I said. They make it seem as though their storages are perfect and in tip top shape! Some storages give you the option of purchasing storage insurance, this facility however, does not. If you have insurance you can show proof to avoid the $9 fee. The dog can be annoying too, following you and barking down the lanes. 🐶 Dont think hes friendly, Lol, he nearly tore the door down when I went to the office. Good thing it was locked!😲Update: February 18, 2018Just got an email yesterday that they are increasing their rates! Whyyyyyyy, you have roaches like crazy!!!
