I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone needing storage. The staff are easy to work with. Tashanna is especially fantastic.We had 3 pieces of furniture that we couldnt move and Goodwill would not pick-up. She offered a solution by suggesting that the storage facility could dispose of the pieces for a fee.She is so friendly and personable and she made the clean out process a lot easier.

Sharon was very helpful showing us various unit size options. The unit was clean and had a light. They check to make sure units are securely locked and inform you of any issues. We have only used them for 2 weeks now, but so far I am completely satisfied.

I needed some packing supplies and this place was top notch. A great salesman by the name of Darius helped me out. When I walked through those doors when it came to packing supplies, I didnt know my left hand from my right. But after talking to Darius I settled on a nice small box. It was exquisite. The cardboard flawlessly crafted, the assembly easy. Like a fine wine my experience just got better with time. Im fully confident my little Atari gaming system will make it to its fine destination. If you need to buy a box, trust the box expert.

My storage unit is in Charlotte but I’m often working out on the road. Never knew I could pay at any location. Destiny was super nice and helpful.

Was pleasantly surprised to find that this location had Sunday hours! Reserving my unit online was super quick and simple and I received a confirmation call back in less than 30 minutes! Darius was super helpful! After he showed us through the facility to our drive up unit, he walked us through all of the digital paperwork efficiently and without delay. 10/10 as far as client experience!

Had a quick and easy time at the Public Storage in Salisbury today. The guy behind the counter told me he only had 2 units left. He took the time to show me around and each unit. Darius was a huge help and made the entire process very easy. It was my first time storing to so it was nice to have someone who knew what they were doing like Darius.

I came into the public storage on Jake Alexander to check out prices, I was so amazed at the property manager Darius. He was assisting so many customers at 1 time in a professional manner. He showed me a few spaces and gave me a lot of information for when I’m ready to move during the summer time. I absolutely love the gate hours and the entire facility. Especially since you have to have a code to enter the facility that made me even more comfortable with coming here when it’s time for my move.

Great place to deal with if you need storage for anything. Destiny was awesome and very kind if you need anything give her a call.

Storage facility is great. I took advantage of the $1.00 month free rental BUT read about the REQUIRED $11.00 a month insurance. Also PURCHASE your OWN LOCK for your unit because theirs costs $19.00. Forewarned IS forearmed! ✌️

Came by looking for affordable storage. The manager on duty, Melissa was very helpful and friendly. She showed me the exact storage sizes in person to better help me choose the size needed best for me. She was very polite and courteous. They even had all the supplies that I needed to safely store and protect my belongings while Im out of town. I just want to thank Melissa for all the help and making my trip easy.

Even stayed late once when I was having debit card issues so I could go by an ATM to get my account current and back in standing... She will make a great upper management team member... I moved to this place after my previous storage unit from a nearby location got water from a rain storm after moving in for only 2 weeks. The Manager Darius was so helpful in getting my unit. He worked with the other Manager Tashanna to take care of everything. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the whole process. Thank you Mr Darius! This place is so clean. I do appreciate the help from everyone. By the way, the previous storage location already got the necessary repair work.

Ridiculous and deceiving pricing! We rented March 9th - May 4th while waiting for our apartment to become available.They prorated March when we moved in and said it was mandatory to purchase insurance. So that $1 deal is bull! We ended up paying $46.44 for March, $73.69 for April and $92.00 for 3 days of May. We set up autopay for convenience.DO NOT SET UP AUTO PAY!When we moved out on May 4th we had been charged $92 for the full month through autopay. We stopped by the office to let them know we were out of the unit and had swept it. Due to quarantine we could not get into office but employee (think name was Destiny) came outside and spoke with my husband. She told him to go online and close the account out then turned and went back inside. We went straight home and cancelled online thinking we would get a credit for the remainder of May. I waited until today 5/16 and called this location. Thats when I find out we would not get credited for the remainder of May. She said they do not do pro-rating. However I know they do because they did when we moved in. She told me it was on page 2 of the contract and it was Public Storage policy just as it is policy for all the other storage companies.Needless to say, I will NEVER give them my business again!

My wife Connie and I decided to go with Public Storage after speaking online with Curtis. His service was great so we elected to use Public Storage over three other competitors. Immediately after our online conversation we were contacted by Darius from the local store. We went there to make arrangements for our storage unit. Darius and Tashanna were very prompt, professional and courteous. We were given a tour and had our paperwork done in 30 minutes. We had our stuff moved into our unit before the end of the day. This is my first time ever needing a storage unit. I was running late for my reservation so I called in advance to make sure that was okay. It was fortunately not something I had to worry about. Melissa and Kelsey were very pleasant to work with. I went to check out a small unit for my dad and they quoted me, let me know about deals and insurance and showed me a 5x10 unit. The area was very clean and fairly easy to navigate around. I was very pleased at how friendly they were. However, my dad decided not to rent a unit but any time I hear of someone needing some extra storage space I always recommend them to call and speak with either of the two ladies. Wonderful property and great customer service!

I was recently in this location looking for a storage building and Tee helped me. She was very knowledgeable about the services that are offered. Once it was time for me to move my things in I realized that the building that I selected was too big and she happily helped me into a different size building. Very clean and reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and give you all opportunities to keep bill paid. This is such a great place to do business. They are overly willing to accommodate the needs of their tenants.

Terrible service, disgusting place. We had moved from VT to NC and used the storage for 8 days, we paid for a full month($228 and change) for the first month. Which by the way is beyond expensive. They have a trash can in the fenced in property of Public Storage that had a sign that read not for public use-since we were renting a storage unit we thought it was for customer use, as in no one can just come dump their trash, and were then told we had to pay a $75 fee for dumping in it, freaking ridiculous. There were rats, frogs(yes frogs) and roaches in the storage unit-I mean seriously at those prices thats just outrageous. So my husband went into the office to close out our account with them and asked to have it prorated since we were only there 8 days(they prorated it for coming in early so obviously they prorate days) and since we also had to pay a $75 dumping fee because there sign is vague but we were told they dont do that yet they prorated for us coming in early, so they can, they didnt want to. The woman then told my husband that it was possible for them to give him some money back if its rented before the end of month is done and so he closed it out and said Ok so youll call me when it gets rented? and she said Why would we do that? and he said Because you just said I may be able to get some of my money back if it gets rented and she said I didnt say that. thats not including the fact that they asked if he would be paying that in cash and thats not normal, most people say cash or card, so yeah definitely sketchy, so all around this company is just awful. We now have to deal with getting rid of roaches in our belongings, we were charged a total of $303 for a gross storage unit for literally 8 days. Just all around terrible and sketchy. I highly recommend looking for another place for storage.

I have never rented a storage unit in my life, I was beyond nervous to rent one; but I’m glad I did. Darius was phenomenal!!! As soon as I entered the location he approached me and got me started on my renting process. He inquired about the amount of stuff I was bringing in to make sure that I had the right size storage unit. And as he showed me around he told me EVERYTHING there was to know that by the time he was done I didn’t have any questions he answered them all. Darius is an EXTREMELY HELPFUL gentleman.

Storage unit is great as well as the hours of access and the staff. HOWEVER, GO ONLINE AND READ ABOUT RENTING A UNIT! There are ALOT OF HIDDEN FEES that you are NOT made aware of when you get seduced by the $1.00 first month rent.
