I came looking for the car that I already knew I wanted! I was able to swiftly get the car without hassles or misleading salesmen and saleswomen! The best person there is Heidi, a saleswoman that was very knowledgeable, willing to work with me, and knew her job very well! She didn’t try anything sneaky at all. I wanted the Kia Forte FE (Manual Base Model) and she made it happen!The next day, one of my tires popped on the Highway from either running over something or POSSIBLY but very unlikely, a FACTORY (not dealership’s fault) issue. Heidi, immediately valued my warranty, sent a tow truck to me 2hrs away, and the service dept switched my tire! This dealership is GREAT! Thank you!!

We went to Gerry Wood Kia for scheduled maintenance for a recall on our Kia. In addition to the scheduled service oh, they washed our vehicle and were very hospitable while we were in the dealership. They wanted to ensure our comfort during our time there. It was a wonderful experience. I will also say the vehicle was not purchased there however we choose to do our service there because its closer than the town where we purchased the vehicle. We are very thankful for the wonderful service and for the wonderful people at Gerry Wood Kia.

We had been shopping around and visited 3 or 4 other dealerships. When went to Gerry Wood Kia, we were not expecting to find the car we bought. When we arrived we were greeted by Heidi and she was fantastic. At other dealerships we felt bombarded and pressured to either sell our car or buy theirs. She was neither of those. Very personable and allowed us time to ask numerous questions. We let her know how we were feeling and she was able to ball park the deal for us. This allowed us to think about the purchase overnight. We ultimately came to decision that this was the car for us. Due to our work schedules we weren’t able to both be in there at the same time next day. The dealership made it possible to finalize the deal the next day and sign the final paperwork the following day. When the door lash parts for my car came in, after a few frustrated weeks of having to crawl to the passenger side door to open the driver side door, they had no available appointment, for 2-3 weeks, and I had to travel the following week and couldn’t wait. Chris D was tremendously helpful in suggesting dropping my car off in case there’s an appointment cancellation. Within that same day, my car was fixed and inspection that was needed got done. He was so friendly and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. I will definitely go back to Gerry Wood KIA for all future services.

This place will take your down payment,put you in a car for three weeks.Claim that your paperwork has inconsistencies. Try to get over on the bank that you are financed through.(WHICH IS WHY THERE IS A PROBLEM).They will call you threatening to take your vehicle.( FOR A MISTAKE THAT THEY MADE..) OFFER to give you your down payment back. These guys will even try to put you in another car AFTER you have told them that your NOT willing to pay such a high payment. NO MEANS NO. FRED & DREW BULLOCK you guys are the WORST salesman EVER. Fred has a nasty attitude .No phone manners what so ever. I would NOT recommend buying a car from GERRY WOOD.If you have a problem with these guys.The best thing to do is get an attorney involved, because talking over the phone or in person.Just will not get the problem SOLVED.

When I decided to purchase a car I did a great deal of research for my needs and price point. Then I began to contact dealers within a 50 mile radius. 4 responded including one outside my range. I told each what I wanted specifically down to the color and individual options. All responded but only one seemed to be listening to me. If I could give a lower rating I would. I went up there looking for a kia sportage and got told to pre approve online with no impact to my credit and I did. Long behold was at union County kia the next day and they told me gerrywood ran 4 hard pings on my credit and guess what it was without my consent. Anyway at the other kia dealership they were honest and even helped me reverse what gerrywood did. So my family and I bought both of our sportages at union County kia stress free. My 2 cents is if youre looking for honesty dont go to gerrywood.

Bought a used car from Delron he was very helpful and answered all my questions.

This was the second time for a visit for a recall. Thought everything had been done on the first visit but evidently they forgot to update a component in the computer which ended up having to revisit dealership. Since we live about 45 min away this wasnt very convenient. Otherwise, they are very nice and apologized for the inconvenience.

Very friendly staff. We were looking at a Toyota Corolla for our daughter in law. They put gas in the car, washed and vacuumed it out.😀👍

Don’t think their is a nicer maintenance supervisor than Chris Gurley. He always greets you with a great smile and acts like he’s very glad to see you. Men like him make it a pleasure to take your vehicle in for whatever. I’ve been dealing with Kia and Jeep for the past 7-10 Years. Whatever Chris tells you, you can take oat to thaw bank.

For the most part the sales ordeal went smoothly. We were satisfied with the salesman that helped. The sales manager was on cue. He did his job we guess. He talked us into extra coverage on the mechanics and drivetrain, which we felt was a good idea. But then he led us to believe the extended warranty on the paint and interior didnt turn out to be what we thought he was offering.Upon closer examination of the vehicle there were a few items that was wrong with it. As far as the detail departments work. We discovered the vehicle was covered with over spray and wax buildup. Were having to pay to have it professionally detailed remove the overspray. We are also having to replace a roof rail molding that we discovered missing after returning home.But for the most part I am very happy with the vehicle.

As a first time buyer, I walked in here not knowing what was going on or what to expect. They sat me down and I left the same day with a great car and great rate! Every couple months I go for a service check and they are super friendly, willing to help, and always update you on things being serviced on the car asking for an approval so you always know what you are paying for. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was accused of falsifying my identification by the Manager Dean when I had everything right in front of them due to someone with another name having a similar inquiry as me. As a veteran that fought for this country I don’t appreciate the way I was treated and will recommend no one to buy a car from them. It’s sad that a young black man get treated the way I was in America. It’s truly sad.

I unexpectedly found myself in the market for a car after my 18 yr old daughter had issues with hers that left it too expensive to repair. My best option was to pay off the small amount on my car so she had a reliable vehicle and get myself a new one. I was able to tell her what my situation was, she wasn’t pushy at all, and the deal she was able to get for me right out of the gate was so good I was skeptical and kept asking if I was missing some fine print. I went into the dealership ready to go, finished up the sale with Sean, who was also very good to work with.
