I drove an hour and 20 min from Eastern Shore Va to get my truck looked I was very disappointed when I got there how I was treated by the lady she was very unpleasant and rude with an attitude and after telling her my truck issues and told her the person I talked to the week before yo have me bring it in, she told me the person was not going to be in all week and acted like they did t want to see what was wrong with my truck telling me they were short staffed, I have had wonderful service in the past years with you all, but I didnt like how I was treated being a Toyota Customer the customer service I got sucked from the beginning when I showed up, and was not helped to my full potential needing my truck looked at to see what the issue s were terrible service! For the time I wasted bringing my truck up to hopefully get helped .

He asked me to stay in my vehicle until a service person, could talk to me. 30 seconds later Kyle appeared. He was Courteous, well spoken, and extremely patient. The best buying experience. No hassle no gimics hidden fees no pressure. I told my salesman Gerald and sales manager Will what I was looking for and requirements and boy did they get the job done. Found me the exact truck I wanted. Im in central Jersey own an Equestrian farm and have 3 small kids so traveling out of state was not happening. I trusted them 200%. They delivered the truck to me and also too away my trade in on my suburban. If youre looking for a trustworthy place to car shop. I would only go threw them from now on. This has been the absolute worst car buying experience. First, the car my daughter saw online for one price one of the sales managers tried to up it and act as if he didn’t know about the original price online. So I had to go above him to talk to the General Sales Manager. When we got there to purchase the car she wasn’t able to take possession of it because it was getting painted and inspected. At the time they only had one key and I had them to put in the paperwork that they owed us the car and 2 keys. When they delivered the car and picked up the check from our bank it was another issue. They didn’t have the key I would need to buy it and get reimbursed. Now almost a month later, I have still not been reimbursed and the only person during this process that has been helpful was a lady named Felicia who promised to give me a call back by Tuesday after she researched it. I would definitely not recommend this branch at all. Go to a different Pohanka and hopefully you will get that friendly transparent service mentioned on the commercial. Absolutely disgusted!!8/24/2021Get notice from MVA about my insurance which I have, but the kicker is that it has a tag number on the notice. She is still riding around with her temporary tags from the purchase. No one contacted about tags coming in to pick up or anything. And the tag expiration is May 2023. Where are my tags Pohanka? Called in again today of course “They’ll call me back.” And I didn’t even say anything about my registration paperwork being completed wrong. I just fixed that directly with my credit union. Positive note I did get reimbursed from above right after my review. Maybe my luck will continue and I’ll get the tags now. And lastly so you don’t ask again Pohanka I WILL NOT BE REMOVING OR EDITING MY REVIEW!!!!! Just want my tags!

Two times in the past year we stopped in, told them what we wanted and they made it happen. No pressure at all from them and they even stayed late for us both times. I got into an accident on March 4th and my car was totaled, he had me in a brand new car today only 2 weeks after my accident! I told him everything I needed and my budget and he didn’t disappoint with all the options he gave me, I ended up going with a 2021 Toyota Corolla! Purchased used Toyota Sequoia from NY on 12/1/20. On the date delivered, TMPS warning sign was on. Brought the car to local dealer. Found tires were new from Ironman which they never heard of. Decided to replace with new tires by Dunlop and reset TPMS sign. Dealer found there was no TPMS in all 4 wheels which cost me $880 plus tax. Only 1 key delivered without any explanation. Paid $450 for new key. Interior door trim has sign of damage and repair also not heard when I asked. Sales manager promised a gift card for the TPMS but not received until now. He blocked my number and not responding my email.Worst dealer. I would never do business with this dealer.

Thank you to Kevin of pohanka Toyota service center! We were driving on 50 and suddenly the splash guard fell down and was dragging. They were fantastic and fit us in as we were 2 hours from home. They quickly fixed it and had us back on our way and were so nice the whole time. Highly recommend!

Worst dealership I have ever bought a car from. I purchased the car in August 2020 and now its November. I am still driving around with an expired temporary plate and registration. I called multiple times and I was promised they will overnight another temporary plate and registration to extend it to another 60 days. 5 days later I still have not gotten my temporary plate or registration. I called and texted and the response I got was this Im so sorry we have been slammed let me talk to someone in finance when they get here. I called Bethany in Finance and she will not return my call. What do I have to do to get my registration and plate? I understand you are busy but you have more than 3 months to get my registration together. This is unacceptable!!!

I bought a 2017 Chevy Tahoe Used and they have the worst service and body shop! There was a piece broke on the door and we have taken it back there 4 TIMES SINCE NOVEMBER 6th 2020 when it was purchased and they have yet to fix it. Gary the salesman thinks it’s a joke and was awful. Save yourself the time and money and NEVER give them your business.

I worked with Salesperson Suzanne Young of Pohanka Toyota in Salisbury MD. I was a walk-in customer who wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Suzanne hung in here with me as I went from new to used and then to online options. When the vehicle that I asked her about turned out to be at the Pohanka dealership across the street, she went with me to find it, and stayed with me until I had a chance to look at it. At any point I would have understood if she had wanted to leave and return to her dealership but she stayed and truly helped me through a process that can be daunting. I even bought the car, which I am so happy with. I don’t think I would even have had a chance to look at it had she not been with me, as there was so much going on there. Used to be an honest place to get work done.........that all changed for me today.Went for an oil change.was told that I need :Wiper blades all around, Brakes all around, tires rotated, air filters, both engine and cabin filterYes, I do need brakes redone.........The cabin filter I just changes the day before, the engine air filter is not new, but clean ( I keep an Eye on that stuff)I just got back from Florida, thru a lot of rain, the wiper blades are just fine.The tires have just over a thousand mile on them, why would I need to rotate them ???This will be my last visit..........
