First time to Gerry Wood Honda for initial servicing of an Accord purchased at this dealership. Very pleased with the work done at a reasonable cost. Service Adviser Shaun was extremely helpful and courteous. I waited for the basic 5000 mile servicing to be performed and the building was comfortable and staff friendly. I have used other area Honda dealerships in the past (had a series of Accords through the years). Would rank Gerry Wood Honda at the top of my experiences both purchasing and servicing a car. Highly recommend.

Gary Junker (salesman) was amazing to work with. I knew exactly what I wanted, shopped for the best price and on had 1 other dealer do a bait and switch price. So I was very Leary about the dealer throwing something in at the last minute to raise the price of the car. I was pleasantly surprised! Gary and the folks at Gerry Wood Honda was pleasant, efficient and fair. One of the best car buying experiences I have had! I also appreciate that they followed COVID precautions by wearing masks. Highly recommend this dealership.
I guess my review will buck the general trend in that I had an unfortunate experience trying to purchase a 2022 Honda Civic Sport. I worked with internet sales rep (Tamara) and on premise sales person (Austin) to secure a selling price with deposit and paperwork to be executed next day. I received a text from Austin next morning that the monthly quota was reached and the Sales Manager no longer wanted to honor the quoted amount. I let him know I was not interested in an updated price but fully understand that in this market they were probably able to move the unit that same day with no issue.The dealership gets two stars only because of Tamara and Austin who both provided solid service and communication. The unnamed Sales Manager gets zero stars and as a result once I hit post on this review Gerry Wood Honda is dead to me.

First of all, this is my 3rd visit to Gerry Wood Hondas service department. The customer service is great! It has been every time. This particular time I needed a minor repair on my Honda Fit. The service department not only fixed the problem quickly, but they did it free of charge! I would have gladly paid for it, but they wouldnt have it any other way. Nowadays this is a rare occurrence. I am definitely a believer in Gerry Wood Hondas commitment to quality and service!
I had a great experience buying my insight. I was able to get lots of information online as well as by phone and got a great deal. The folks were friendly and helpful and I am very satisfied.
Gerry Wood was very busy but allowed me to leave me vehicle until they could get to it, which I appreciated. They communicated well about pricing in terms of parts and tried to help get me better prices as needed for what my vehicle needed.What disappointed me, was that I was hit with a large diagnostic fee when I told them I would need to complete the work at another time due to the high cost of the parts. In addition, they removed parts from my vehicle which should not have been removed as per our discussion.I fully understand the need for a diagnostic fee to pay for labor, however, I was never told of the diagnostic fee at any point in time. To better their service, I recommend they inform customers of the fee when they are bringing their vehicle in. I didnt not expect my vehicle to be diagnosed for free, but I did not expect it to be $140. I give props to the receptionist who showed nothing but kindness and concern about my disappointment.

I dropped my Honda Accord off for an airbag recall. Customer service was awesome. The only reason for not giving a full 5 stars, is the amount of time they kept my car. I dropped it off for a scheduled appointment at 8am and was not called back/able to pick it up until 4pm. I was never told ahead of time that they would have my vehicle all day, even when I made an appointment. They offered a loaner, which I assumed would be off their own lot. I did not realize they would shuttle me to Enterprise for a compact rental car. This took until after 9am, getting my day started later than planned. Also having to return the rental lead to delays on the rental company’s part. Point being, I wish I had just sat in their waiting area and maybe they would’ve treated my appointment and car as a priority. Instead I felt like it was something on their list of “things we are required to do for recall” and the last vehicle serviced that day.

Its a process to find a good mechanic. Theyre ability to explain what needs to be done for regular maintenance was simply explained. I made a connection with the lady that checked me in.I decided that Jerry Woods Honda of Salisbury made me comfortable and Ive found my new auto mechanic
Worked with a gentleman who was more than helpful. From the test drive to getting a good deal on my trade in he covered all basis. I left the dealership with a 2017 hyundai tucson limited with low mileage. Although the dealership was out of my way Im glad I made that drive. Would recommend to friends and family.

I chose Gerry Wood awhile back to repair my CRV after hitting a large piece of metal on the interstate and they did a great job. When I decided to trade for a newer model, I checked them out. Their prices were lower than other dealerships I looked at. My salesman was awesome and listened to what I wanted. I got a great deal and my experience could not have been better.

Told me they ran my credit but it wasnt true. I was also told I was pre-qualified to buy a car. Nevertheless, when I got there I was told I had to pay $2000 down with a co-signer.
Salesman was super nice and very up front was honest about vehicle and wasnt going to get our hopes up for something that wasnt going to work for our payments we wanted to stay around.

Completely unethical location! They charged for an inspection knowing that the window tint would not pass. Ive witnessed inspection locations informing IMMEDIATELY no go, so to be charged over $100 and fail solely due to tint level is awful!!
I just wanted to thank Bradley Alexa for his assistance in my recent purchase. After visiting several different dealerships in Salisbury, I was very frustrated when I couldn’t get anyone to come outside and speak with me. You’d think a salesman would want to sell a car, but apparently not at some dealerships. Bradley didn’t hesitate to come outside in the rain while I was looking at trucks, and was very helpful while I eventually found the one I wanted. He could not have been more professional, despite the late hour I arrived at Gerry Wood. I would highly recommend Gerry Wood, and specifically working with Bradley Alexa.

Worst dealership I have ever been too! Went to my scheduled oil change at 9 am to get my oil changed and waited 2 hours. I went back to desk and they said they hadn’t even got to it yet. When I asked for my keys nothing was said. Not an apology or reason why they treated me this way. Worst service center and dealership ever... if I could they wouldn’t even have a star.

Terrible place to do business with. Do not go to this dealership. They will agree on one price, then change it and say they made you a good deal. They ask for a down payment, and not refund you if you decide to back out because they came back with an offer you did not agree on. Lost a few hundred dollars and still no vehicle because of this. They say it’s because they had to get the vehicle from another dealership and detail a brand new car. We were told before that we could get any color model we wanted and they’d get it. They are rude. They’ll waste your time. Basically they will steal from you and screw you over.
Had 3M scotch guard paint protection film installed. Ray and his staff did an awesome job. Ray is a stickler for perfection. He is a genuinely concerned that your experience is the best it can possibly be. I am a person who’s hard to impress. Ray exceed all my expectations by a mile.
I own a 2018 CRV with 28100 miles on it. It started getting slow to crank. Called Gerry Wood Honda and said bring it on down although they were busy on Saturday morning as you can imagine. Needless to say our battery was still in under warranty so they replaced my battery free of charge. Also washed our car!! Thanks Jessica for taking care of us!!!

Purchased a new CR-V Hybrid, they didn’t have what I wanted, but agreed to the price I was happy with and arranged to find the car at another dealer. When I arrived, I was a little concerned they would change something about the deal we agreed to on the phone, but not only did they keep the deal, but the car they gave me was a 2021 instead of the 2020 we agreed to. The manager came out and informed me that the deal was the same. Would recommend.

Process went well. Had a CEL and there was. TSB for the issue and fuel injectors were replaced free of charge. Kept me updated during the process. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

HORRIBLE Company!!! Called about a wrapped Honda I saw on Cargurus for $28,000. Called and was about to drive an 1 1/2 hours to buy it. Spoke with Evan. They are bait and switching people. Wanted an extra $4,000 for a wrap and window tint, that was already on the car! That is ridiculous! Then told me that if I dont want to buy the car then dont! He was the rudest sales person I have ever dealt with!

Gerry Wood Honda is the best place in Salisbury, NC/ Rowan county to get your Honda/ Acura serviced. We have been bringing our Hondas here since 2003, and have received consistently the best service and at a very competitive price. We got a quote once for a repair from an independent Honda specialist and the price was _higher_ than Gerry Wood, so we no longer waste our time looking for alternatives, and we use them for everything from oil changes to an engine swap.
