Went in for THE FIRST routine oil change for a car also purchased from this dealer. The next day I found a large oil spill/stain on my driveway approximately 2 feet in diameter when I backed the car out. We immediately took the car back to the dealership. The Service Advisors idea of making it right was adding the spilled 1/2 quart of oil and replacing the oil filter. I guess cleaning the oil spill on my driveway is on me? Furthermore, the incident was blamed on a defective oil filter gasket, which sounds like an excuse...a poor one. I myself have done MANY of my oil changes over the years, Ive only seen failures at the oil filter gasket resulting negligence; either improper inspection of the filter prior to installation OR over/under tightening. An oil change is debatably the most routine maintenance one performs on an automobile and Ive NEVER had an issue like this even at quick lube businesses. I’m thankful the car doesn’t get driven very much and was taken home and parked. It could have been much worse if the car were heading out on a road trip afterward. This is my youngest daughters first car and I would like to minimize the chances of her ending up broken down and stranded by the roadside AND I don’t need dealership incompetence increasing those chances. I have totally lost confidence in this dealerships service department.

The service department has been taking care of my civic maintenance for the better part of 8 years. I have never had a problem with the work or the people that take care of you during your service. Your price is quoted to you before the work is done, you say yay or nay. They always check if you need shuttle service during the work on your car. I recommend for your honda needs.

Very overpriced cars. Sales manager give extremely LOW BALL Trade in value 4 ur vehicle. And only sell his vehicles for Full Retail Prices. Will not lower his vehicles prices. Cannot give this Stealership true Star rating. Website will not allow a ( 0 ). Which is what I would give Gerry Wood dealership. Wouldnt recommend 2 Any person trying 2 get Fair deal.

Great service, wonderful sales. Was there getting a service and there was no hassling by sales department while we waited. No high pressure sales here. But were there to answer and help when needed. Actually bought there that day because of that.
