I had one fuel pump replaced here. The customer service was great and they did it in a timely manner but they are expensive. I was charged $200-$300 more than the average cost of this this service. I called another repair shop afterward and was quoted $250 less than what I paid at Integrity.

I travel all over the US and will be gone for extended periods of time, but I always wait to get any work done on my car at Integrity. I have never been able to find a business that is all three: super good and professional, cheaply priced, and readily available and responsive. And amazingly friendly and nice on top of it all! I don’t understand why this auto shop isn’t so busy and booked that I can’t get a spot scheduled. I’m so happy with the work they do and I’m so so grateful for having found the best auto shop workers around! If you are lucky, you’ll give them a try and never look back.

They always do a fantastic job! I love bringing my car here. We can plan for future work ahead of time if needed and they keep her in top running shape, which is important for older cars.

I went here a couple months ago to get my thermostat fixed.I dropped it off Thursday morning and the car was supposed to be ready mid afternoon and the ended up keeping it for an extra day and wanted to keep it until Monday. Every time I called them they said they would return my calls and never did and every time I called they kept saying I needed extra things done to my car so intentionally I agreed because they said it was needed and I ended up spending 1,300 for only 3 parts that were less than 500 so they charged me more for labor than anything. Never going here again

Integrity Auto Repair offers great mechanical service and their customer service is great. I have had experiences where I have taken vehicles to other mechanics and they will give me long explanations of things that I don’t understand. I am not a mechanic - so don’t expect me to understand all those terms - and that’s one of the things I like about Integrity - they explain what’s happening in terms that are understandable. They also offer fair prices and their work is honest and solid. I plan on using their services for most, if not all, of my vehicle repairs.

Service was good. My card was charged twice and Ive been there 3 times and my bank twice. My bank is having to dispute the charge. Dont think it is there fault. It is whoevers does their credit card transactions. Just aggravating having to wait a week to have funds put back into my account.

We have been using Integrity for a couple years and have always loved their service and expertise. Oil changes to brakes to AC have been handled without any problems. Even strange noises have been tracked down and eliminated. You won’t be overcharged or disappointed.

I am from Gastonia and my alternator went out one morning. The tech came out and met me and made sure I made it to the garage. Gilbert runs the place and took care of my vehicle immediately. Super friendly and very professional these men that work there. Recommend for all your automobile needs.

I called just to see by chance if they could replace my alternator on my van the same day bc of course you need a alternator and I could not miss work I called around to every shop around Salisbury and they were booked till Thursday or did not have the staff to get the work done. They got the van in around 10 am and they had it done and working great with a warranty they offer by around 1 and the people in the office welcome you like family other then dollar signs walking in plus they send out a text a couple days later to see how everything is doing and if you have questions I highly recommend this place for quick turn around and customer service

This business is appropriately named. I would recommend them to everyone. Along with quickly fixing the no start problem on our truck they provided us with a detailed courtesy diagnostic. They are priced fairly and Gilbert did a wonderful job of communicating with us. We will use them for all our repairs.

Weve never been disappointed with Integrity. They provide estimates in writing, are honest and reasonable in price, and very personable. During recent repairs on our Suburban and several days later, our Toyota truck, Gilbert stayed in regular contact through texts providing information and even photos of steps taken to repair them.

I went in a couple of days ago for a routine inspection. The guys were super friendly and helpful in pointing out a few items that I should keep an eye on. They did the same for the guy just ahead of me. No high pressure, no doom and gloom scenario, just good advice and some even got price estimates that seemed very reasonable. I think Im going to switch mechanics.Note: I went again with another car, a Jeep. I went in for an inspection. Seems like the serpentine belt was cracked and could have left me stranded at any time. The guys replaced it at an appointment after the holiday weekend. The price was very reasonable and I was on my way in less than an hour.

Integrity Auto shop lived up to its name. They are not here to rip you off . I brought my van making a whining noise, I thought it was a expensive transmission repair but it wasn’t. They fixed it, and the charge was reasonable . I told my co-worker to go and check them out. While you wait check out their gospel tracts by the table. It may change your life for eternity.

I love these guys. That have fixed my car a few times. They explain what is wrong to me, where I can understand the problem. Tell me how much it will cost. ( prices are very competitive ).I usually wait on my car. There waiting room is always clean. Have a cup of coffee and my car is ready.😀😃. There are super nice with all who come in. They can be super busy, but they are right there when customers come in the door.I hate when you go and try to get work done and you have to wait to talk to someone. You dont know if they have seen you or not. 20 minutes or more goes by and you might talk to someone. Not at INTEGRITY AUTO. This place is a joke, for starters. These people had my husbands vehicle twice as long as originally quoted. He took it in to get fixed.. but when he received his vehicle, the problem had not been fixed. At all. We spent almost 200$ to still have to deal with the same problem. It seems they did nothing but take our money and not hold up their end of the deal. We will not be back and I suggest if you want your vehicle done properly, take it somewhere else.

Great Service! I needed my car fixed and there was only an hour till closing and the guy was really sweet about it and fixed my car for a very reasonable price and even stayed later to do so. It was super obvious I knew nothing about cars and he didnt take advantage of that. Very honest and reliable mechanic! Definitely will be going here from now on.

I had an appointment for a North Carolina inspection to be done, got there at the expected time, and within a couple of minutes they began doing the inspection. Everything was fine but I wish they would have protected my floor mat a little more, as it was greasy when I took the truck home. Probably comes from the floors of the work area.

Done great work! Professionals with Integrity on the first visit.After second repair, (Heater core replaced) Sloppy work. Boot prints on the interior & bumper, radio lights out. And interior trim loose and not tight. A constant bring it in and well see if we can fix it. Heater core was the only thing fixed. All else remained dirty and broken .

This is a family run business. He is always been upfront and honest with me. Sometimes a little pricey but a heck of a lot better than the dealers, or some other mechanics in town. Most of the time they are within reason on the jobs done. If you let him know a reputable mechanic was going to charge you. And you maybe have it written down on a card or something. He might meet or reach near that price. Very dependable and very fast. Never have left my car here more than two days. They have done my AC and other large operations to my various vehicles. I havent had any trouble since. Everything theyve done has been good quality work. I especially like this family in town very ethical. And I wont fault him for trying say my last name funny. This business is just like its name integrity. If they end up going into your automobile and find it ended up costing less then they quoted. They will give you the difference back. How many mechanics do you know that would do that in Salisbury. Just like I said this place will give you very good service and integrity.

Thought i had a bad ball joint going bad, after taking it in, they said that it wasnt the problem. So i had them fix what they said was wrong. Upon calling back and telling them that they didnt fix it or the headlight bulb i asked them to fixt, he told me that they didnt perform a diagnosis ..... Little confused on what they thought they were supposed to be doing. They even changed my name in their system three times and the type of car they were supposed to be working on... ive no idea how they have a 5 star rating of this is the work they perform. They must have not even drove my car or they would have realized they didnt fix the problem. Now im gonna have to take it some shere else that actually has integrity. Wont be using them again.
