The gas pump would not pour fuel using the kickstand. I had to manually hold it at just the right angle.

I am so disappointed in the employees that work here and how careless and rude they are.1. All of your employees should know how badly of a diabetic one of your employees are and how MAJOR of a thing this is. IT IS VERY KNOWN THAT ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES IS A SEVERE DIABETIC AND NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO EAT THROUGHOUT HIS SHIFTS!!2. Last night his blood sugar dropped so low and NO ONE noticed him for over 2 HOURS!!!! He went unresponsive before they freaking noticed him. HE COULD OF DIED AND THEY WOULDNT OF EVEN NOTICED!!!!3. I have been in there and realized how people talk and treat him. They treat him like he is less than equal to them, like he is stupid. Which if you truly know him, you know he is actually a very, very intelligent man.4. Last night I went into kwik shop to ask a question and the lady at the register was busy with customers. (COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE) Another employee was working on the coffees and just chatting on the phone and when I politely interrupted her to ask her a question, she acted like I was bothering her on her time and wasnt very interested in helping me.I am just so disappointed in the employees at this store and how rude and inconsiderate they are to their coworkers and even their customers.

Bathrooms were completely filthy & out of toilet paper. Employees were extremely rude to my son because he asked a price on something from an end cap where there was no price listed. Then when my son acted surprised at the price the cashier got smart with him. Maybe you should teach a class on customer service when you do orientation for new employees so they arent complete jerks to small children or maybe pull the giant stick out of their butt

I come here all the time, everyone is usually very polite and happy to help. Today 4/14/2020 the morning shift morning shift employee at 830 AM was not very pleasant to deal with. She was banging my lottery tickets and snatching them out, she was very upset I was buying more with my winnings, snatched cash out of her drawer and seemed highly annoyed to help me. At the end of our painful transaction, I almost felt bad for bothering her, so I told her I apologize for any inconvenience I caused her. She replied lotto should be shut down because it is not essential. I left very dissatisfied.

Love Kwik Shop. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are wonderful and clean. Coffee / cappuccino offerings are plentiful and doesnt cost $4/cup. Have really good breakfast with baked fresh each day biscuits and gravy. There Italian Kalzones are scrumptious. Very well lit both inside and out.

I like to stop in for drinks and/or a quick snack. The place is clean and the people are friendly. The bathrooms are clean too.

Nice clean place to stop. It was very busy (Friday afternoon at almost 5), but the staff was friendly and got folks through quickly.

I just paid for a 44 ounce cup of (just Ice) no drink in it $1.62 and u sale one bag of Ice small for $2.09. It would have been cheaper to just by a small bag. What a rip off !!
