Long wait and no customers service. Rep was rude and didn’t even thank me or ask if I wanted to talk to the pharmacist.
Wish we would’ve had the luxury of finding another location. Traveling through on a road trip my Type 1 husband ran out of insulin due to faulty pods and we had to find the closest pharmacy to us. First we were refused, then they made our doctor wait on hold while he called in an emergency prescription. After all that we were still made to wait. Horrible pharmacy.
I am extremely disappointed in the service. I had a ups package there and when i arrived to pick it up my package had been opened. When I asked the shift manager about it she said she dont know how it happened that it must have been done by mistake. Donna is her name. How do you make a mistake and open someone elses package when my name was clearly on it NOT ONCE BUT TWICE in 2 spots. Opening peoples mail is against the law and if you know you are an access point store then the staff should definately pay closer attention to the names on packages before opening them. Making excuses for them and getting an attitude with the customer is not professional nor is talking about the situation in front of other customers. Then when she came back to me she didnt even say anything she just stared at me like im wrong for being upset. No i have a right to be upset when someone opens something that is mine.
I have never experienced such a rude and awful person until I came to this location. They deserve 0 stars
The waiting area is nasty band-aids all over the floor .needle caps and just plain dirty
Wonderful pharmacy staff! Specifically the pharmacy manager Mr. Beachy is extremely nice, helpful and caring. He went out of his way to help us. He knew my nieces name and was more concerned about getting our nieces medicine for her upcoming trip than he was about getting out of work on time. I know what CVS stands for now Courtesy Value and Service! Thank you very much!
I waited in the pharmacy drive thru lane, arriving later 4:50 pm on a Saturday. There were three cars in front of me. Knowing I’d checked the website and closing did no occur until 6:00, I knew I could just wait patiently. When the car in front of me arrived for his turn, he continued to drive through without stopping. When I pulled up for my turn, I understood why. The blind had been pulled down indicating they would NOT service any more customers. Thinking there must be a mistake, I parked in front to go inside the store. This is NOT a hometown store, but instead a large corporation THAT DOES NOT CARE. The gentleman in front of me was pleading to get medication for a young child to get through the weekend. I didn’t have an emergency, but ended up being BEYOND FRUSTRATED at the callous attitudes displayed.
They had my prescription ready to go at the expected price and i picked up some additional items at sale prices. The checkout was quick and efficient.
Drive thru faster then others in town for picking up meds. I been to the others in town and usually wait time was 15 minutes or more. Here the longest I ever waited was 3 minutes.
Also zero if i could. Every time i have a prescription sent there, it takes most of the day for them to get it....unless i have my doctor personally call and tell them to fill it.Then the staff acts like its not their problem. Debra is the only one who is not rude and who will go out of her way to help. I give her a 10 if i could.
Worst customer service I have except experienced. I would give zero stars if I could.
Horrible Customer Service at the Pharmacy. First and Last Time!!! I would never ever would ask for this particular location. I’m new in Salina and in Houston CVS pharmacy was like my Favorite. But not in here!!
Tried transferring my prescription here and they couldnt find it. Tech and pharmacist did not know how to look up on line orders and were very unfriendly. Pretty much didnt care that I went back to Walgreens
Horrible wait time (generally 20-30 minutes) in the drive through. The staff sees you as an annoyance rather than a customer.
Went in to see if there were any thermometers left, encountered the rudest employee I’ve ever seen. She used foul language, was rude to a caller then snapped at me for asking a question. It was unbelievable. I called the manager and told all of family and friends, none of us will ever enter that store. So sad especially during a health crisis.
I havent been using their pharmacy lately but when I did, it was fast, efficient, and they were very informative. Drive thru was always quick.
Their website is inaccurate and my fiance needed his inhaler!!! Its 5:30 pm on a Sunday and it is CLOSED!!!
One of the best pharmacies I have worked with in Salina. Friendly staff, fast service and very helpful.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could! VERY unfriendly and extremely unprofessional!! Took a script in for pain medicine for my dry socket, and they refused to fill it and kept the script! Treated me as if I were a druggie and was unnecessarily rude! Having a dry socket is the absolute worst pain Ive ever felt, and I wouldnt wish it upon anyone.....except the unpleasant old hag that treated me like garbage!
Love this place but the hours are stupid!! they should at least open at 8!
Most unfriendly pharmacist Ive had the displeasure of meeting ever. Would never go back there again.
