Very fast and efficient service. Easy access on the corner, blocks off 135. I blew a tire while traveling and they made my day. Grocery store and restaurants a short walk away.

My appt. Was at 3 and I was leaving at 3 45. Following an oil change and tire rotation, along with suggestions my air filter was very dirty. Also informed me my brakes were needing replaced in another 3000 miles. Very professional and knowledgeable staff

These guys are my mechanics. Theyve helped us replace our Old, reliable college cars with nicer, reliable family vehicles. My husbands 1987 crown Victoria is a special favorite of one of the mechanics. They have helped with its restoration. Always honest and try to give great deals with excellent skill. The only thing they could do to be better is offer rides back home while you are waiting or a loaner vehicle while cars are being repaired. I have only had one mechanic in my life do that. But it was a much smaller town...

If I could give a 6th star – I would! These guys are my heroes!! I was driving with my cat from Colorado Spring back to Maryland and my AC went out an hour before Salina on a Saturday afternoon at 1PM when it was 90 degrees out – yikes! I could have managed if I were alone, but not my cat. I began calling frantically from the road as the cabin was heating up quick and luckily found these guys who were recommended from a local dealership. They stayed open until I could get there, figured it out quickly, and managed to get the BMW part before the parts store closed – phew! I was back on the road in about an hour and a half with kitty cool as a cucumber – bless these guys!! They totally could have taken advantage of the situation and charged more as I was over a barrel. But they didn’t - $82 (!!) The part must have been at least $30. Did I mention how grateful I am!?? Thank you so much for all you did for us!

Got a flat while doing my pickups and delivires. Chris the manager, was awesome slipped me in for the fix in less then 15mins and had me back on the road all in less then 35mins total. Saved my day. They are helpful and straight shooters!

Im in the process of moving across country and had an issue with my radiator. My wife called ahead to let them know I was coming in for repairs. Lana up front was gracious and super helpful. Nathan and the Crack team of mechanics jumped in to help out after dropping everything else. I was on my way after they did the honest/ needed/ reasonably priced repairs ... They even stayed after hours to complete the work. TOP SHELF!!!

Way overpriced for a simple job! I called around for quotes and Kansasland was the highest price around! So obviously I went somewhere else that gave same service at half the price!

I called and asked for pricing on tires. I was given 2 options. I specifically asked if the second option came with the rebate and was told it did. I made my choice based on that info. After install, I am told it does not. No apologies, no nothing. They will not get my business in the future.

This place did my wheel bearings a yea r or two ago and now they need replaced again. Come to find out from my mechanic who is replacing them, kansasland put them in backwards and now I have to replace the cv shaft because of it !! Thats an extra 120 dollars !!!. I do not recommend this place. They also didnt attach a couple joints in my husbands car when they did work on it as well. For the high dollar price they charge, you would think they would have some competent mechanics!

We were going to Maryland from Colorado and we got a bolt stuck in the tire and gave us a flat. We went to Kansasland tire and service to see if the tire could be fixed but it couldnt, so the gentleman at the desk suggested to get a used tire so we wouldnt have to get 4 new tires beings our tires were not too old and we have front wheel drive. He said they would try the old tire if it didnt work we would have to get 4new ones. Well it worked . They were so awesome and even though they were busy we didnt have a very long wait and the price was right. Thank you for your fast and great work which helped us get back on the road.

I needed an alignment, but they didn’t align the front tires. They said doing so would cost $2,300 because of the things they would’ve had to do before they could even align the axle.I wanted to pick up the car—as it hadn’t been worked on at all, just inspected—but I couldn’t get out of work in time. Bill stayed for 45 minutes, and he was gone right before I got there.Thanks for the effort and for leaving the car alone instead of doing an expensive job.

Brought in a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee on a late Sunday afternoon. I went in Monday morning first thing and told them it would not start. They were really busy but said they would do their best to get it in for a diagnostic test that day. They did and told me it threw a rod so i needed a new engine. $2,000 for engine and $3,600 for labor. Nice place. Nice staff. High prices for labor. Busy shop.

Avoid this shop if you value your time, sanity, and personal property!I brought in brand new wheels and tires to have mounted and balanced since they assured me that they could accomplish this without scratching the painted rims. When I got them back, every wheel had at least one large scratch on the face and multiple scratches around the flanges.When I brought it back to discuss the issue, they tried to tell me they came that way. My response was that I inspected them myself and never removed them for the factory packaging. They did end up refunding $20 per wheel but they overcharged $20 per wheel for the TPMS sensors install so basically it amounted to nothing. (Peerless charges $50 per wheel and Kansasland charges $70.)After all that, the tires where not balanced. I took the vehicle back no less than 4 times with nearly a hour wait every time. The first time around I noticed that the wheel weights had been applied on a radius so only a very small amount of adhesive was holding them on. These would not stayed on long and they acknowledged that this was not correct. The third time the manager jumped in the vehicle and disappeared for over 20 minutes. Im not sure how long it takes to figure out that the tires are still out of balance, when I left i noticed that my vehicle had documented the worst gas mileage to date.When I left after the fourth attempt, I thought they had resolved the issue but it started vibrating again half way home.Finally, I determined that this shop has old outdated equipment and apparently they do not believe in new technology. Most new wheel balancers apply force to your tire simulating actual road conditions which gives you a lot more information.The moral of this story, take your vehicle to a shop with a professional mindset and the proper equipment to do the job right the first time.

Good attentive service

Ive been to this place for oil changes with no issues before. Then all of a sudden I call to get info about getting my car fixed Chelsea told me it would be a $45 charge to get a diagnostics done, now I called around other places to see what other people offered then when I decided to call back to set up an appointment for the diagnostics she proceeds to put me on hold to inform me oh we dont do that type of service here you would have to call a mechanic. All I wanted was to get my car fixed but Ill be sure to take mt service else where.

I had explained to them that my tires needed balanced because my steering wheel would shake. I go to pick up my vehicle and it turns out I have a bent rim but instead of calling me and telling me my Tim was bent they charged me for a tire balance and waited till I was there to pick up my vehicle to tell me my rim was bent. This is a blatant disregard of the customer.

Ive taken both my vehicles here and they are prompt honest and do solid work. As long as Im in the area Ill continue using this place.

Nice tires. Only negative is they didnt put my rear hubcaps on very well. We are traveling and lost one in Kansas.

Their service was fast, both in how quickly they could get us in, and being able to get the work done quickly! In addition, they were wonderful to work with as they were both friendly and professional. They have a spacious waiting area with a few toys our son enjoyed. It was a great experience!

We thought we needed a front end alignment. I got on Kansasland Tires website one evening and put in a request for service. I was called the next day to confirm my requested time. They checked out my truck and it didnt need an alignment. Reasonable fee to check it out, less than Ive paid elsewhere in Salina. I would go to them again.

Over a week ago I scheduled to bring my car in for an alignment on Halloween (today). Showed up on time for my service only to find that the place closed early today due to the “holiday.” I live about 85 miles from here, out in the country. The only nearby place I have is booking alignments over 1 month out. So needless to say this is more than a little disappointing due to my loss of time and Gad to get here. We were on our way from Parsons, Ks to see our daughter in Hays, Ks when we had a blow out. We put the spare on and made it to the shop where they had us back on the road in about 20 minutes!!! Quick and friendly service and they gave us a great deal on a new tire!! Would highly recommend!!

I had a tire develop a leak south of Salina while traveling across Kansas. Limped to Kansasland Tire and they got me right in and repaired. Bossman said he would do the work himself if needed to get me back on the road. Honest business professionals and comforting atmosphere.

While traveling back from AZ to MN, we had car trouble. We knew it was either the battery or the alternator. We had it tested at o Reilly and they said it was the alternator. They referred us to this place for repairs. They got it right in, changed it fast and for a fair price. They were all very kind. From the tech who took my keys and told me to just relax, to the manager? who let myself and family plug in all our electronic devices and basically just sleep in their nice waiting area. A very nice bunch.

I got charged 60$ for them to come back out half an hour later to tell me that they couldnt allign my car because of a loose wheel bearing, and poor shocks. I had all new suspension, save your money and go else where.

Clearly a rip off organization. Bought 1200.00 worth of tires. First day they shook me to death. They said two were defected. Then all of a sudden I got one tire that blew from the inside. ManaGER STATED it Was CUT! Funny it was the rear tire, and another tech said they were defected. Manager sticks screwdriver in tire twist and says again it was cut. Funny how it was broke all on the inside and around one of the knobs is where it relieved itself. DONOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

Tire shop that does good work not the cheapest

Rip off establishment. They chared me $90 for tire rotation and replace one stud. Said I needed tie rods replaced and wanted $1200 to do it. Terrible rip offs

Had a screw in my tire. Got me in and out quickly and did an awesome job.

I took my van in to have my tires checked and the coolant topped off. I now have tranmission fliud in my coolant and it wasnt there before.me being a mechanic my self knew this was not possible with this particlar auto. This van does not have transmission lines going to the radiator the transmission has its own cooler seperate for the from the radiator. So there was no possible way any transmission fluid could get in to the coolant unless someone put it there And they are the only ones that have been under the hood of my van.ive since flushed the radiator and no fluid has returned im aware that shops do things like this to get unessary repairs i will never take my vechical to this place again and i will spread the word around what they have done
