First time financing a car and the guys were super helpful in helping me choose the right one. Even when I was like Goldilocks trying out 4 different rides until I found the one that was just right. Quick easy process. They didn’t hassle me and Dave was straight on the price and there was only a minor issue with the a.c and they were willing to have it fixed. A month ago I drove by The car shoppe and noticed they had a used pickup much like the one my father lost to a fire. He is very elderly and drove up here for a day. We went by the shoppe and noticed the pickup. He went in and made a nice deal with a very respectful Mr. Quinley. I am thankful my father had such a painless truck purchase.

I stopped at every used car lot in Salina and The Car Shoppe was the best by far! Friendly staff, salesman Mike came out to talk with me and wasnt pushy at all most of the other lots I stopped at I was all but ignored, I told him what my budget was and the car that I was interested in we looked at the car I filled out an app and a few days later was approved. All the staff that I interacted with was polite and helpful, I did have an issue with the car after purchase and they resolved it immediately great place would do business with them again in a heart beat best used car dealer I have ever dealt with A++

Bought a truck here. After signing papers at the bank came to get it and they removed running boards from it while we were gone. Changed brakes a couple months later and when I removed hubs the rims were cut with a torch. Almost all the way to the lugs!!! Called them and they said To bad, you bought it and left with it. Sorry, hope you recommend us. Worst place I have been, ever!

We highly recommend The Car Shoppe. Our family had a very pleasant experience. This was our first purchase from a dealership! Not only was our salesman excellent the entire staff was very kind and courteous.

A few weeks back, I went to this dealership to inquire about a few vehicles they had that I may have been interested in purchasing. Guy #1(Mike Q) gave me the information and kept reiterating these are pretty expensive. He must have said it at least 10 times. So fast forward a couple weeks, I gave them an opportunity to reveal themselves for a second chance. Guy #2(Bill) comes out, gives me the spill on the same vehicles I had inquired on before. He immediately shied me away from the more expensive ones and again kept telling me how they are pretty expensive vehicles. I get it dude. So I decided to go ahead and test drive it. Before I left, he took down my information and asked me what my husband does for a living (never once asked me about my job/income). So I brought it home for my husband to look at. Wasnt even gone for 45min and hes calling me to bring it back. He was worried something had happened (Christ dude, if you think my husband is buying me a car, dont you think I should talk it over with him?!) Anyways. So we took the car back, and I brought My husband with me so he could look at the other ones. The guy again kept saying, these are pretty expensive, this one here is almost $20,000. At this point I had finally heard enough and said, ok, thats fine I CAN afford this. Thats not an issue. I think he finally got the hint that I was a little upset. We finished talking and as we were walking away he pointed across the lot and said well, if money isnt an issue here, then why dont you buy that Tahoe there, its $50,000. Thank you for solidifying my decision to take my business elsewhere...

The cars are listed abovw KBB, justified them because,of all the work,they put into the cars. The one example I know still had mechanical problems after purchase that werent appeareant at the time. Always have 3rd party mechanic look at a used car before purchase.Staff is super friendly. The said they are the oldest business of their type in Salina. Process of buying was easy, smooth. Explained exerything the paperwork was for. Seemed genuinely happy to help and work with buyers.
