Took for an auto claim and the car was returned with non working electrical. They claim the car is haunted by Bruce. They refuse to take responsibility and told me to take to somewhere else. GO ELSEWHERE!

We had a friend pick up our vehicle when it was supposed to be done, as we were on vacation. The lady in the office was very rude to her only to find out that they mixed up the paperwork. She did have the other lady in the office call and apologize for the mix-up. Long story short she had to drive back 20 miles and find a ride 3 times because our vehicle was not finished and not complete. Im very disappointed because I know that Crossroads had an excellent reputation when the former owners had this business. Maybe this was just an isolated incident and mistakes can happen but theres no excuse for rudeness.

Took my vehicle(jeep) in and the staff was very nice and polite and their communication was amazing always keeping me updated and returning my calls and answering my questions. I STRONGLY recommend this business.

I went to Crossroads Collision for the first time and had a great experience. A deer had hit my car and it needed to be repaired; they did a great job on the repairs. I will definitely be returning to get more work done.

When we received our car back after an insurance claim it was a mess due to horrible workmanship. There was actually new damage when we picked it up! Unfortunately we had to take it back a second time to have it repaired correctly cause insurance wouldn’t let us take it elsewhere!!! Will NOT recommend to anyone ever again!!! How can you improve? Work on your customer service and the integrity of your work!!

Window got busted out on the back of my GMC truck in Abilene Kansas. Called around and out of all the places listed to call, nobody could fix same day. Back glass had to be ordered. But out of all the shops only one cares enough to have me come in and have a protective wrap put on until a different shop could replace the glass for me. Boy Fu@king Howdy! That’s right a shop that isn’t even doing my repair still cares enough to have me come in and at least have it wrapped so no water and etc will damage my interior. Thank you Crossroads Collision! I never have to worry about whether the prices are fair or not because they work with me to makes sure Im not over paying or getting things I dont need. Ive been getting work done at Crossroads Collision Inc for almost 10 years and Im always happy with the work. Theyre not only friendly, but also knowledgeable and they get the job done on time.

My dad had some work done to his truck after he was hit by another vehicle. I finally saw it today and someone who builds those little plastic models could do a better job. The van that hit him had the rear glass break and it fell on the hood and chipped paint everywhere. The shop just painted over the chips instead of leveling them out so you can see every one of them. Very poor quality job I would not take your vehicle there if you expect it to look like new again.

I first went to Crossroads Collision Inc. after I had an accident and they did a remarkable job fixing everything. Thats why I will always be going there from now on and I always urge my family and friends to go there as well.

I like having a place where I know I can just walk in and they know me, my family and our cars. Whenever my kids are home from college and need work done they always make sure to squeeze them in. Crossroads Collision definitely takes care of their customers.
