I had been searching for almost a year for a used Regal 2500 in a specific color with specific options. I found an ideal used boat in OK and figured I’d do my research so I could understand the depreciation and market for these boats. I requested a quote 3 times on the Regal site for a brand new 2500 with no follow up from the local dealer. I found the exact color and options I was looking for on Sankey’s website and “assumed” this boat would be way out of reach for my budget. When I called to inquire about the price of a brand new 2500 I was pleasantly greeted with respect from the owner Shane himself. In a few words I explained to Shane my situation and just wanted to know what a brand new boat would sell for...Shane was a strait shooter with pricing and to my surprise, his pricing was not far from the price of the used boat I was looking at. Shane spent many hours on the phone with me answering any and all detailed questions I had and if he didn’t know the answers, he would find them and get back with me.It was a no brainer to purchase the brand new 2500 with full warranty and the new Gen5 Volvo Penta 350 with easy drain for all year round use (especially in the south).Shane went above and beyond from assuring my concerns, financing options and even delivery of my brand new boat (15 hr drive).Not only has the 2500 exceeded our expectations, I’ve had continuous support from Shane (Sankey Boats) to resolve my punch list of small details. When I say a punch list I don’t mean build quality or major concerns, I’m OCD and very particular with anything I buy and with all new things, it is normal (for me) to have small adjustments until my satisfaction is met.I highly recommend buying from Sankey Auto Center / Sankey Boats as I intend on being a long time return customer no matter what state I reside in.

Lost a boat tie for the rear end while there for service and after letting them know, they sent me a new pair of ties via Amazon.
