They are awesome! Great selection, fantastic service! Basically I dont know why anyone would go anywhere else. Only down side is getting them on the phone can sometimes be difficult but even so they are worth waiting for a call back

My pants and shoes didn’t fit when I went to pick up my tux. I tried a different pair of bottoms that fit better but the waist was to big. No one checked or told me the waist was to big and my pants were falling down the whole wedding day. The shoes picked for me didn’t fit so I had to try two different pair and they don’t have sizes for wide feet so I had to ware a pair 1.5 sizes to long for my feet. I thought since I tried everything on in front of them they would check to make sure everything fit me the way it was suppose to but I guess not. I think my vest was hemmed for a hunch back because it covered the whole back of the collar on my shirt, I don’t know anything about suits but I’m guessing this was a bad fit because no one else’s vest fit like this. Two of the other suits for the wedding didn’t fit and weren’t tried on upon pick up. So those two guys had to drive 1.5 hours out of there way a day before the wedding and be late for rehearsal. Beside all that tux den was flaky with responses and only had the suits “ready” one day before everyone in the wedding needed them, which may have been ok if they all fit. Maybe if they aren’t good at taking measurements they should insist you try on your suit when you pick it up, and if they need you to try it on, maybe they should have it ready sooner than one day before you need it.

Our rentals were fantastic. The individual Jillian was fantastic. She heard all of our opinions and help us make a informed decision on our suits. My guys really liked it and could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be coming back to get myself some suits to purchase. Thank you Jillian so much.

If i could give them 10/5 stars I would. Better price than Mens Warehouse, better selection of attire than MW, and faster service. The staff Janell, Jillian, and John were professional, trustworthy, and excelled at customer service. They took so much stress and financial burdens off our wedding. Be prepared to wait during peak season though! It gets real busy so call ahead and make sure you dont have anything time sensitive to do after you arrive.

Jillian called me today personally and helped resolve some miscommunication and helped rectify some discrepancies with my order. I was very pleased and satisfied with the outcome. Worst retail experience ever, and terrible wedding headache. Long after the bridal party had already completed their purchase, paid in full, completed measurements and moved on in life to more important things, the staff started calling us demanding more money or they wouldn’t release the suits we’d already completely paid for! They said the employee who made the sale makes a lot of mistakes and doesn’t work there anymore, and that he didn’t charge the bridal party enough money. My husband explained that wasn’t our fault and that we’d paid in full the price that had been quoted, and we had receipts that state “paid in full” and that we weren’t going to pay more since the sale was complete. They continued to refuse to give us the product we’d already paid for! This went on for weeks until my husband finally went in and paid them hundreds of dollars just so the men would be dressed at the wedding. To top it off, they lost measurements, didn’t have all the suit pieces ready, and delivered suits that were way off in size. I can’t believe they’re still in business. Guess this is why so many people give them crumby reviews. Wished I’d checked first before we wasted so much time and money there. Save yourself the grief and go ANYWHERE else.

Jillian Shafer was the lady who helped me. She got me on track and what I wanted. A master of figuring taste, cost, and efficiency. I had my entire wedding attire assembled in about an hour as in what I was hoping to wear, my measurements, what my grooms men were going to wear, and what my guest would wear if they chose to go that route.

Came out looking spiffy!

We are getting married on Saturday 5 hours from Sacramento. The only thing stopping my fiancee from coming to the destination Thursday morning was that the suits would not be ready until 4 pm on Thursday. He called and 2 of our groomsmen called and were all told that there was no way the suits would be ready early. My fiancee showed up at 430 to pick up the suits and head out. They werent ready. Then 4 pairs of shoes were missing. I called and spoke with the manager at 615pm who blatantly lied to me and told me he hadnt gotten there until 545 and hadnt been waiting long and it was our fault the shoes were missing because the suits had been ready for days and no one came and picked them up so they were sent back. She said she was doing us a personal favor by driving to get the shoes and save us time. Then they called my fiancee at 650 to say the shoes were there and the suits were ready. My fiancee got there and they were still packaging things up. He didnt get out of there until 8pm. 4 hours late. And too late to drive to our destination so he will be coming Friday morning and I will have to do all of the last minute errands and whatnot myself. Thanks Tuxedo Den. I will be calling first thing in the morning to speak with a different manager. I will update this if anything positive is done to compensate us for the stress and time wasted.

Pushy with the up-sales, exchanged a small tight shirt for a large baggy shirt (why not get the right fit?), added the damn pocket square even though we said no at least 10 times, but other than all that, we looked good.

They went over and beyond for us!! The owner was super helpful and friendly!!

After reading excellent previous reviews, we decided to choose Tuxedo Den for the tuxedo rentals for my husband (the groom), groomsmen, officiant, and ring bearers. All of the bridal party immediately went to get measured and pay their deposits. When the sample tuxedo came in it was the wrong color than what we selected and incorrect sizes. So to our knowledge it was corrected, when we went back two days prior to the wedding still the wrong color and still the incorrect sizes. We were then told that is why they have the rental pick-up 2 days prior to the event; however, we were told it was already corrected in our sample visit. Then the following day, one day prior to the wedding they did not have my husbands tuxedo coat and vest available and they were to deliver it to us the day of the wedding. They delivered his tuxedo coat and vest one hour before he was to walk down the aisle. They put us through enough stress, I would highly NOT recommend Tuxedo Den!
