My son and I just left and had a beautiful shopping experience. Layla the manager helped us personally and found everything that we were looking for as always shes a joy. Her staff is like minded, obviously because theyre trained by the best !!! Thank you Layla for always helping me have the best experience possible.

Store is set up with enough space between racks for appropriate 6 feet of distance, as well as stickers reminding customers to give each other space. Use of masks is enforced and hand sanitizer is available! Urban Outfitters is doing a great job of serving customers and keeping them safe during the pandemic.

Very clean with a nice atmosphere and ambiance. Layout and signage of the store was uninviting. One had to search for an associate to ask any questions. Points of reference were mannequins.

Everyone was really nice for our current COVID world. For me the girls clothes for my girlfriend are much better than the guy selections

The sales staff was really nice and helpful!! Im new to the area so one of the staff members gave me suggestions for a couple good places to visit. This location had a really large store and is easy to get to as well.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Or at least call before you go to make sure that they’re open. It says online that they are open but it is a lie. Me and my mom went to this store expecting it to be open but when we got there there was a sign on the door that said it was closed for a “break” from 3 pm to 4:10 pm. Mind you we got there at 2 pm but we couldn’t get in because the doors were locked. We found stuff to do downtown and waited until 4:30 pm to go back and they still weren’t open. I also tried calling the store but no one would answer since no one was there. Some couple told us that they also got there early and drove all the way from Vacaville since it says that they are open online just for them to be closed the whole day. They also said that they talked to some guy in another store who said that they’re “known for this.”It’s fine if you’re not going to be open because i understand that we’re in tough times right now due to covid, but you guys could have at least had the decency to say that you are closed online so that people wouldn’t have wasted their time.

Dope stuff in one central location if you dont know where to get it for less.

Better Than Expected: Since they are part of a new sports stadium redo of our downtown I expected prices to peel my eyebrows clean off my forehead. Instead there is a great variety of prices to choose from. Also many clothing items suitable for this 60+ woman that wont make me look like Im trying to relive 18.

As of july 30 2020 they require mask to enter the store and yes mask need to be above the nose. there was no one there around 5pm. so you are safe if you decide to pick something up from the store..I had something in mind to get but also had the chance to browse the store just incase I need something or saw something. I went in for popsocket because my previous copy alike pop socket broke so I figure I need a new legit brand one..so I went in to the section where the phone accesories are at. I found the gem stone with purple color which is my birth stone so it was perfect and looks luxurious! the one I picked. there was also baby yoda on sale for 7.99. also a white pearl white for 9.99 and sponge bob for 7.99 and random flower ones for 9.99.they price matched the purple gem stone which on urban outfitters website says 25 percent off from 20 bucks but instore it is not marked down. so i also see join new member you get 5 bucks off so of course joined the urban outfitters email account..so from 20 Msrp and 25 percent off it came down to 15 bucks and when join new member 5 bucks off so it was 9.99 plus tax so it came out to 10.83 score for half off ;).overall the sales assistant was very helpful and price matched. even opened my package for me and I get to use it right away with a big smile on my face. thanks for reading and have a googletastic day!

Best little zoo ever. Recent upgrades have really made the animals more accessible, including a nice path through the center of the lake. Prices have gone up, but its worth it, considering the infrastructure updates.

Great selection of quality and attractive clothes and insignia, such as stickers and what-not. Decent sized collection of vinyls and some very good picks for record in my opinion

Normally I avoid this store, as its been years since I last shopped at their Berkeley location. They always have a great selection of whatever is currently in style as far as clothing, accessories, and home decor. This particular location is huge, well-organized and well-maintained, and doesnt feel crowded like some of the other stores Ive been to. I dont like to shop here based on price points alone; I feel theyre way too expensive for what you get. With that said, this particular trip I didnt buy anything although I did see a lot of items I could have easily splurged on. I cant speak for customer service as I had no contact with any of the employees whatsoever. I also cant comment on DOCO parking because I always visit on-foot. Overall not too bad of a location to shop.

Great staff, awesome store, has all the product youll need for paintball or airsoft. If they dont have it, they can order it for you easily. Huge selection though.

I think the size charts were different but clothing was trendy.

I only shop here for the candles. However, they are excellent quality. Perhaps being shared with Anthropologie helps. Would buy again.

Friendly staff!!!!! I felt extremely welcome. They all went out of their way to be helpful in all areas from the moment I walked in all the way to checkout. I am a plus sized woman size 16/18 which they dont have or at least most looked super small (seemed to be a petite store) but I didnt feel judged or out of place for coming inside. I was offered to have my coat hung up because I was carrying a few things without a purse.They sell record players and records with modern albums and old reprinted albums.Cute things not related to clothes that are really funny.Love this store.
