Excellent customer service! Clean, friendly staff willing to help at anytime. Very knowledgeable.

The rep didnt know Anything about a scent they just sold 2 months prior in their spring sale. I described it and Nada. But she kept bugging me with options that werent even close to what I told her- rather than just letting me wander and find something in my own. Store is nice and clean- it just rubbed me the wrong way. But Im giving 5 stars because it was my attitude that made my experience that way. Not them At All.

The cashier was polite but short changed me. I’ve had two bad incidents at bath & body checkout back to back now, being over charged and not getting the correct change so this is a warning to everyone. Check your receipts!! Make sure they’re not making mistakes consistentlyI also noticed that there was a sale on aromatherapy but it excluded one specific scent that ALL the employees were recommending, like it was rehearsed. They don’t tell you it’s not on sale they’re just trying to up sell. Be careful!

Came here to exchange some candles that I bought multiple of during the candle day sale back in December I believe and I was informed that their exchange policy has changed and that they’re no longer honoring their even exchange policy for candles that they sold during sas (which had nothing to do with my candles). They have a tiny shelf with candles that have no lids on that you can only exchange from so I just walked out with my previous candles. Would definitely recommend going to a different store, this one isn’t it anymore.

The store reopened recently after a long shutdown due to COVID-19, and the place was packed. Maybe the big sales they were having also contributed to the crowded store. Anyway, I got some men lotions and hand soaps at really good prices.

This place is so dangerous. I literally walk in for hand sanitizer and I walk out with 3 lotions, 3 perfumes, hand soap and sanitizer. Lol. They do a great job at catching your attention in the entrance of the store with the specials or deals they have. I have zero regrets though because obviously I wanted everything I purchased. I love this place, but my wallet doesnt.

Todays visit was to take advantage of the buy 2 candles get 2 free promotion & to use my awesome coupons. Each time I come to the store, pretty much the staff knows their regular shoppers, the staff here are always extremely friendly and pleasant towards me! I enjoy shopping here, I love the way the store smells with all of the amazing scents!

The staff is awesome here always asking you what your shopping for and making recommendations. I always come here for a gift for my wife. You can never go wrong with the candles and body fragrance.

This is by far the worst store I have ever been to. I bought some lotions and body scrubs the beginning of the month and they cant even find my purchase in their system. How is this my problem? I broke out on my body from the scents used in their creams. They offered to give me cash for less than how much I paid for them because I didnt have the receipt. No thank you. Just do your job. I even showed them by bank statement and the card I paid with. First and last time coming here.

I went on candle day and had a really good experience. They were very organized and helpful. The staff was very friendly answers questions and even assisted people with finding product. The whole shopping experience took about 45 minutes and I was pleasantly surprised because I expected to spend more than an hour in line based on my experience in other stores in previous years. Next year I plan on returning for the sale as well anytime I need to pick something up. Great job guys. Thanks for making this as smooth as possible.

The women there are rude they need retraining Orchid be supervised buy a management or by Audio or video surveillance to see how there conducting ourselves with the customers.

Line was out well into parking lot. Weather was 107. Not safe conditions. Doors were open and not all patrons observed social distancing guidelines of the county health department.

Customer service was amazing,I wish I remembered the ladys name who helped but she was so helpful and kind. The down fall was how loud the music was,two others were complaining as well and they didnt lower it at all. The lady at check out wasnt very helpful or friendly. Other wise I was happy with the stock,the vibe and the overall experience.

This location has some of the worst employees and customer service. They never ask if you need any assistance and when they do ask its only because they think you are stealing something. Its almost Christmas and these employees definitely do not have any holiday spirit! #GoodluckOnSales

Customer service was excellent. My only complaint is that a couple of my favorite lotions were no longer available. On the other hand, I found two new scents that I love.

This is a great bath and body works store thats not inside a mall. There are always sale signs outside the door and nice smells coming from the store to entice you to come in :) You will not be disappointed with your purchase here. We were helped by Andrea most of the time and she was awesome but they lose the stars due to another girl working their didnt catch her name started with an n she glared at us and sat on the phone the whole time while we stood in line for over 5 minutes while poor Andrea tried to check everyone out. Then she walked away while there was a line and talked to her friend and just stared at us very rudeBut Andrea made it a good experience

One of my favorite stores!! sales people always friendly and helpful the 75 percrnt sale was awesome! The honey and almond bath gel smells sooo good! I went bsvk to get some more it was on sale $3.00!! But it was sold out😞 next time I am stockung up😊 but even still they had the 50% items so I was able to get some hand lotion for $7.59 great price and will ladt a long time and the hand soap I got the cranberry peach foaming soap $3.00 I love it!! Semi annual holiday sale!! Not sure when it ends so if you like bath and body works go check them out your favorite soap or lotion or bath gel could be waiting just for you!
