I rarely keep cars longer than two years and with the current market (low inventory, higher prices), I thought now would be a good time to sell my Porsche and get something new. Driving by Zen auto almost daily and seeing all the gorgeous cars they have for sale, I thought Id stop in to see if they might be interested in purchasing mine, or selling on consignment. Thats when I met Amir. He talked through options with me, had a good handle on market trends and likely value of my car and I felt was honest about what was realistic. Also being a car guy, I liked his no pressure and no BS approach, so I decided to pull the trigger and sell my car through consignment with Zen Automotive. Seven days later, Amir found a buyer for my car and just like that, it was sold. He handled the paperwork, was transparent, and really just a down to earth guy to work with... When we decided to pull the trigger and get a Tacoma, had three great options on the lot, all gorgeous trucks and immaculately maintained. Amir, the owner, was so friendly and helpful, no pressure, super good vibes, handled all the paperwork and came in on a Sunday to close the deal and get us on the road. As my wife and I drove from “Another Dealer” we read quite a few of the reviews to see what we were in for.. What we learned is, his overall score should be 5/5 stars..? Other then the “occasional” human error I can’t understand how anyone could have a bad experience with Amir, he went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing experience, even better we bought something that you can’t go down and pick up at the nearest Dealership. Zen is awesome. Amir is easy to work with and very trust worthy for selling cars on consignment. He has quick response time both before and after the sale. With his detailing and marketing I got the price I wanted.

His asking prices are always on the high end. He has a vested interest in his cars given the fact that he goes to various auctions to purchase these cars so he will not negotiate to a reasonable price anywhere close in your favor. Do your homework broaden your search and you can find a better deal at a dealership since they dont have a vested interest like this guy does. Back in early 2016, I was trying to negotiate for a 2013 Kia Optima SXL Turbo and he wouldnt negotiate the price that much lower. I was able to find a 2015 Kia Optima SXL Turbo with only about 4500 miles at the time for only about $2500 more than what this dude was asking for.

Probably the best car buying experience Ive had. Everything was represented accurately on the website, and there were no surprises when I arrived from 3.5 hours away to check out my new ride. Financing went smoothly, and the (usually) dreaded paperwork was a breeze. Amir is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, and has been readily available post-sale for any questions I have. Highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised with this dealership. I was fully prepared for the whole salesman routine. Instead, the guys there were really straight forward and helpful with zero pushiness. It definitely had the small shop vibe to it with a friendly attitude from everyone there. I feel the cars there were fairly priced and I know I got a great deal on my Jeep. They came down on the price even though they already had the best price in town so I walked away feeling like I really got a great deal and they treated me better than other places on my trade in. Having a full mechanic shop on the back eased my mind on the condition of the cars. My own mechanic confirmed that everything was in tip top shape. The thing that seals the deal for great service was that after the papers were signed and I drove away, I noticed a few minor problems that I didnt see before. Amir made sure everything was straightened out and taken care of even though he didnt have an obligation to after that. Ive been to places that just turn their back once the deal is done. Im glad these guys care about their customers. A+ all the way.

Great Company ! What a great dealer ship ! I came here to trade my car in and they actually gave me more then blue book. I mean Im sure they got me on the other end of it but shoot everybody has to make money and of course im a sales man I did not leave with out a little drama LOL. Currently in process of purchasing a 2008 F-250 Diesel. Both Chris and Amir are easy going and definitely not pushy. Both were patient on paperwork since I was financed through Travis CU and Purchase Order had to be sent in (mind you Travis was having issues with their system which delayed everything). The owner is or was a guy named Ray...He fried my 64 Corvette when I went into get a manifold replacement.. I had to have the manifold repbuilt...These guys dont know anything about cars, and they left a rag inside of my valve covers...They are East Sacs best joke...

I just want to tell everyone about zen auto its literally where my dreams ca1me true Amir was super responsive and helpful to all my inquiries about my dream vehicle of the srt8 jeep which he was really not benefiting much from the concieinment deal he offerd except proffesional responsives and fair replies which enabled a turn key deal with same day financing due to a straight forward approach in helping me get all the info to the bank asap .Vehicle was detailed buy his loyal staff which offered a friendly greeting on my arrival knolagble staff helped me get the dream car Ive seeked out for no joke decades..anyhow if your looking for a high end vehicle with a good deal find your zen....

I (tried) to buy a 2007 SL600 from Amir at Zen Auto, The deal was contingent on the car passing an inspection, something he claimed was no problem. However, the inspection showed a major issue: The ABC pump needed immediate replacement at a cost of $4,000. When I relayed this to Amir, he determined he needed a second opinion. For some reason the local Mercedes dealer he picked was no longer good enough. Suddenly Amir disappeared, claiming the car would be fixed, and then we could complete the sale. I contacted him again, thinking we had a deal, and waiting for his response. I also watched the car, and low and behold, instead of replacing the pump, he lowered the price. I contacted him, trying to cut a reasonable deal, ready to buy the car as I said I would, and replace the ABC myself. Unfortunately, he told me it sold locally. Presumable (more than likely) to someone who has no idea they will have a $4,000 repair bill coming their way. this is why I am only dealing with a legitimate franchise dealer!Dont be the next duped into a major repair bill!

Three strikes and you are out!1. Owner mentioned that he had ghetto people calling about a car.2. Owner said he only dealt with cars that cost 60-70k. Company website has 2 that are over 60k and the other 20 are 45k and under.3. Refused to help me because I looking for a under 25k.
