Just purchased this lovely BMW from their dealership yesterday. Ben truly goes above and beyond, he came in on his day off to help me purchase a vehicle. Attempting to rebuild my credit I explained Ben our situation and he worked very hard to get us a good deal and the best interest rate we could find. To help us out and to ensure he was happy, he noticed the battery on the car was running low, asked if I would wait so he can get me a new one. And before I knew it, he installed a brand new battery detailed the car further while I was filling out the paper work and made sure I was happy. He texted me today to ask how everything was and told me to contact him any time if there’s an issue. This guy is a real person and not a fake salesman, he truly gets all people go through things and did his best and got us the payment amount we could afford and the best interest rate he could find. I seen this beautiful diamond whit cadillac xts and had to have it. The price was lower than Blue Book and I applied online. Within a couple of hours I was driving to Sacramento to meet with Ben & Brian. They had the car sitting out front and ready for me to drive away. I don’t even want to give this company one star because that would be generous. My boyfriend bought a 2010 Ford Focus from this carlot in Oct. 2017. Within the first couple of days the battery died and they replaced it, which was great but that was only the beginning of the problems this car has. All doors except the drivers side lock gets stuck and you have to open it from the inside almost every time you try to get in. The CD player is broken. The windshield wiper fluid leaks. We fill it up constantly and there’s never any in there. They told us that this vehicle had new tires and they now need to be replaced. The check engine light came on in January and bogs every time you drive it. The engine is abnormally loud. If we knew what kind of problems this car was going to have, we would’ve never invested money into this company.

Shout out to Brian at 7star auto. I came in a little over a week ago to look at car he had for sale and im glad i did. The whole experience from start to finish was hassle free and laid back. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable on the cars he had in stock. He got me approved for one of my dream cars (06 trailblazer ss) with decent monthly payments for a first time car buyer with ok credit and no co-signer. I was able to put down payment,sign paperwork and leave with my new car the same day. I forgot to mention he was the only dealership in Sacramento with the car i was set on getting. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody on the market for a new car. I would rate it 10 stars but Google only allows 5 star. I hope this review is helpfull to anybody thinking about stopping in and looking for a car to buy.

I went to this Carlot today I drove all the way from Oakland today to purchase a 05 infinity truck I was going to put 3000 down but I only had 2000 so as I give him the 2000 I go out to answer my phone I come back the guy says I gave him 1500 hundred dollars Im like wow I just gave u 2000 which I actually counted before I came in so I ask him to show me the video he said he couldnt pull it up but soon as the police came the police said that he couldnt see the whole desk so I had to drive all the way back to Oakland without my 500 dollars so if u go to this Carlot be careful doing business with these guys they are very shady not gd business.
