We just had the BEST car buying experience here! We found the car (Subaru Outback) we were interested in online and drove up from the Central Valley to check it out. Absolutely loved it, it was clean and obviously well taken care of by its previous owners. Actually, all the cars on his lot seemed really nice. After test driving it, I asked them if they could just check out what looked like might be a small leak from the oil filter, thinking it might need to be tightened up or a new gasket. While checking, their mechanic noticed a potential problem with the timing belt cover and that the radiator looked a little brittle. Baja had them replace everything and covered the cost completely. We walked (drove) away with a new water pump, radiator, timing belt and cover, etc at no additional cost. It was abundantly clear that he cares about his buyers and that they get a good car without problems cropping up. I especially appreciated it, as this was our 18 year old daughters first car purchase, and she and I were doing it together. He treated us women with respect and didnt try to gloss over anything... He went above and beyond to make sure the car was in excellent condition for us! Also, all the employees were kind and considerate... we had my newborn son with us, while car shopping (yikes!) and they offered me a cool place to nurse him and some water to hydrate... so thoughtful!I highly recommend Carology to anyone looking for a straightforward transaction with an upstanding crew!

Scam artists avoid at all costs. My friend who is a single mother purchased a car with a warranty and paid part of the warranty up front. Car broke down and she contacted the warranty company who said that not only did they never get the payment from the dealer but the warranty was cancelled from the dealers end and cashed out without consent from the owner. Owner will no longer return her calls and basically stated go ahead and sue mehow dare you do this to a single mother. Thank goodness she is seeking legal counsel and is filing a complain through the bbb and consumer affairs. The news station is also being contacted

On Nov 9, 2019, I purchased a car from Baja at Carology. We contacted the lender and the warranty companies to make sure everything was in a order and we received a copy of a document with a different warranty purchase and a vehicle value of $995. The signature initials were not mine and the date of signature was 11/19/19. We have tried to work with the dealer as described in the contract. This place lives up to the rep of a scamming used car dealership! Hello Sacramento county DA!

WARNING!!! Read reviews prior to purchasing a vehicle from this dealership (wish I had). Brought a vehicle almost 3 months ago. 1. Still have not received registration (yeah, they have 3 months but why wait till the last minute) 2. Clicking noise that was promised for repair (received such a run around, Im still driving with the clicking noise) 3. Dealership stated oil was changed prior to the purchase (took it to my guy, no recent oil change) 4.Check engine light came on (additional repairs required). Disappointed that these kind of dealerships are still in business.Update: Truck broke down!!!!!!!!!!!! Invested over 5,000 for repairs and still could not fix engine problems. Please, please consider all other options if possible before you buy a vehicle from Baha at Carology!!!!!!!!

Dont waste your time going here. Poor customer service. Owned me a 100 dollars due to not being able to detail my car before purchasing. I waited a month and no check when I asked where my check was he said he already took it off the price I paid. I have a due bill that states a check will be mailed out. Also he never sent me my license plates gave me excuse after excuse. Been 2 months and still no plates. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Save your time AND money coming to this car lot. Dealt with them a year ago and My car was a piece of junk from the day I bought it. Its gonna cost me about $7000 to repair IMPORTANT things and there is more. The warranty company is a scam too, they will look for ANYTHING to get out of paying for your repairs. So please dont sign for AUL warranty. They use these cars as their own personal vehicles as well. NEVER honest... and take it from me since I used to push slave paperwork for them. Please Please so somewhere else.

I bought my first car from Carmax, I’m so disappointed I didn’t know him first. I’ve now bought a mustang and a Cadillac CTS from CAROLOGY and I couldn’t be happier. Baha got me approved with very reasonable payments. I would definitely recommend CAROLOGY to my friends.

It’s been 3 months since I’ve traded a vehicle in for a car they had and they still did not pay it off yet like they said. Sorry to whoever bought a 2005 Toyota Sequoia sr5 from them heard it was actually a cop to lol. They don’t own the vehicle and sold it to make money and screw me over. Now I have contacted my attorney and will be dealing with them about this. Do not deal with Baja he does not run a good business and is not trustworthy enough to believe payments and things will get taken care of. If you own the sequoia and are reading this feel free to reach out to me and we can talk about what things have been going on. Also the car I traded for hasn’t had a working navigation since I bought it just needs a disc and still can’t seem to get me that and it’s only 100 dollars. Our experience with this dealership is not turning out well. We have called the owner Baha 4x asking for the title for a car purchased in January (its now the first week of April). We are getting run around and dishonest answers, non returned texts and now calls are going to a generic voicemail. EDIT AND UPDATE - Well we did get the title finally, but how odd is it that 7 months after owning the car, it is leaking 4 fluids. FOUR: transmission, oil, water AND power steering. We are not one bit happy with this strange coincidence, the car is a Cadillac and only had 74K miles on it.

They had me sign two diffeent contracts, was suppose to have registration back in April. I paid the car off and their giving me an extreme hard time every time I come here they had my aunt sign checks they are holding hostage and she is NO WHERE ON MY CONTRACT . Don’t ever get a car from them I’m not the only one complaining about not having the license plate, no tags or registration at all! They always get into some drama and stay in the hospital or out of town

They are horrible with service unless your sitting in there face . They just continue to give a run around instead of being straight up and just saying you got denied, they would rather keep you guessing for days and ignore each text you send and every time you call all they say is we got you approved im on phone with bank I’ll call you back and i never get a call back . Horrible place to do business with, they really need to get it together and learn how to be better with customer service and communication.
