This Place is Great! Great Customer service and was able specifically find the vehicle I wanted Mr. Noman who is the owner/ main guy there is provides great service and works with you with patience and also there was a minor problem when we left but Noman took good care of us and made sure everything was straight fixed it real quick. His workers are very nice as well very happy with my new vehicle and in a couple years when I want to get another car I might just come back strongly suggest this place to anyone looking for a honest reliable service.

Noman is a great guy to work with. He keeps his cars in way better shape than the majority of other dealers. He’s also very fair when problems happen. You can trust the cars are top notch, in great shape and clean. No reason to go anywhere else.

The best customer service!They had a vehicle that I was interested in and I drove almost four hours to see it. Ended up buying it a few weeks later.Drove it home and noticed some problems. I bought this car as is and they had me bring it back and they repaired the problems at their expense.I would buy from them again and I will tell my friends who are looking for a vehicle that it is worth the drive to check them out.

Excellent Family Owned business! Customer service and experience was very honest, polite and caring. I was so impressed with the quality of their cars and the condition that I purchased two cars the day I went shopping for a used car for my son. I was not in the market for 2 cars, but I couldnt pass up the deal and they were willing to work with me a little on the price so we bought both cars. 2009 Subaru Impreza and 2007 Mazda 3 hatchback. We love both cars and will definitely go back to Urban Motors for our future car purchases. We went through ALL (over 40) of the used car dealers on Fulton, Riverside, Sunrise and Florin Rd, and BY FAR THESE WERE THE BEST CARS and PEOPLE WE MET DURING OUR CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN THE ENTIRE SACRAMENTO AREA!

Purchased a 2005 Nissan Murano here. Customer service was good from Noman Khan. Seemed genuine. Car also seemed genuine. NIETHER ARE TRUE. The car had MANY mechanical issues within the first 2 weeks of driving, there is no warranty but because Noman met me and my kids and made an issue about having a safe good car for me and them... he asked me to bring it back WITHOUT warranty, so his mechanic can fix it. Even asked me for a list of problems that had been diagnosed on the car. I got the car back and it seemed good, the NEXT day engine light is back on, drivability is still compromised. I told him the fix wasnt actually fixed, and I got no response. I left a 3 star review, 3stars for effort and I ultimately liked my new car and had hope for its longevity. My step father who initiated the whole sale, contacted Noman and we got it taken back for repairs again. At this point my AC blows hot air and that system needs repair or replacing. So Noman takes my car for a few days and gives it back with a brand new AC Compressor. Fast forward to today, my AC has been blowing hot air for 6 weeks. I got it diagnosed and the entire AC KIT needed replacing at the first issue, and only ONE component was replaced, which essentially band-aided the problem as a temporary fix. Its in the 90 and 100 degree weather range and I cannot drive this car with a baby and a small child in it. The real mechanic who diagnosed my AC, says the new compressor is irreversibly damaged now due to all the necessary AC components not being replaced at the same time. So my quote to repair just that is $1500, which..this car is barely worth that at this point. And there is other things that need replacing also. HIGHLY do NOT recommend buying from this lot, UNLESS you bring your own mechanic and/or take the car in somewhere prior to purchasing.

I bought a car in May and the guy forgot to send my registration so I was driving with expired tags. Very Unprofessional. Wouldn’t buy there ever again.

I bought a car from this very nice family. Unfortunately after only less than two months the engine light came on. Took it to get looked at they said its either the spark plug in the first celinder of its the celinder it self. I changed both over 100.oo dallors later the light just came on again. These people are ni e on the outside but people trying to rip you off as they did me. Dont buy a car from them.
