The two guys working the desk were lazy and unmotivated. Finally got tired of trying to get a quote and left and went to Fastenal.They wont be in business much longer

If its a screw they probably have it & way cheaper than Lowes or auto parts stores, just tell them what you need or show them the bolt or whatever in question & theyll get ya fixed up.
