My first impression was wow! This was my first time shopping at Harbor Freight. The store is clean and well organized and I could not believe the prices on the items in the store, tools were half the price that youll find at any other hardware store. Then they have a membership program that qualifies you for discounts off of the regular prices. I usually dont believe in paying stores for the privilege of giving them my money but if this is real the membership should pay for itself. So Im wondering is this the mechanics best kept secret or the Family Dollar of tool supplies. The jury is still out on this one.

I love tools and gadgets for my farm. They have almost everything I need, just have to watch the quality of the products that I buy! For anything I cant get or dont like from here I get at LEONARDS HARDWARE IN RUSSELLVILLE ARKANSAS!

Great prices. Come here first for tools. My man tears them up expensive or not so why pay more?

Great place. On a 1-10 scale, I would give them a 15. I am the worst at describing what I need, but they know what I am talking about. Walmart should send ALL their employees there to teach them how to treat customers. The crew at the Russellville store is fabulous. Definitely recommend shopping their.

Friendly staff, great selection. We love to come in here--as an ag teacher I buy the stuff here that i want my students to use since the prices dont make me cry when they accidentally tear it up! They also have a great selection of PPE, particularly they have good welding gloves.

Id give them a better rating if they would bring back the coupons!

Didnt find what I needed, but I needed what I found. Figure that one out. That place may not have all the top of the line tools, but it has enough selection to make up for it. I wouldnt list it as my favorite dining establishment, but may I say, all those tools have my mouth watering. Hope I get rich quick. Id like to spread a little wealth around, Harbor Freight direction.🙂🦅

I really like spending at least an hour at this store... I enjoy crafts and mechanical ingenuity... I find a lot of tools and I needs here!!!

The store itself is very clean and well organized, but the employees are rude and careless. We gave the store a call today regarding employment information and what the requirements for the job are ect... and the employee that answered the phone started LAUGHING...LAUGHING... and then blatantly hung up the phone before we could even get another sentence out... This shows a great level of disrespect and disregard to any customer and/or other that may be seeing employment during these terrible times. I was honestly shocked and appaled by the lack of professionalism shown today.

Everyone was super helpful. They asked questions to make sure the product I selected was best choice for what I needed. Even helped load into my truck.

Stuff is good but not the best perfect when your in a Bind and need something for a quick fix

Leaving a 1 star for that fact that the customer service was absolutely ridiculous! Lady at cashier was checking out a guy who just wanted to know if she could check how big a box was (probably to make sure it could fit in his vehicle) and she had such a rude attitude! She said very hateful I dont know i work up here! I dont work back there! I literally walked out very because of the disrespect she displayed to the other customer.

He needs a raise pronto!!I only gave 4 starts bc, we are still talking about a store that sells the cheapest, Chinese version of whatever your shopping for.

A great place for tools and stuff for your house prices are a lot cheaper than Lowes and Home Depot and and the quality of the tools is pretty good I still have the Chicago brand table saw and miter saw I bought like 12 years ago and theyve worked countless jobs and still to this day they cut straight and true as long as you have a good saw blade and a little tip of advice definitely spring for the membership its saved me so much over the years

Store in conway told me store in russelville hade 2 porta powers in stock get to russelville no porta power except displays same as conway we cant sell displays nor can they do anything for ignorance on there part or wasting my time

Good customer service. Wonderful prices and frequent sales. They have a great warranty on their brand but Ive never needed anything replaced. None of the tools Ive bought over the years has ever given me a problem. I always go there first.

Was able to find everything I needed. The only negative was while I was shopping/comparing prices not one sales associate asked if I needed help. It wouldnt have been a problem except that they were asking other shoppers if they needed help.

Harbor Freight isnt SnapOn nor Mac but they are good and no they dont have Mac nor SnapOn prices!

This is just like a Hobby Lobby for those who are mechanically inclined!!! I love this place!!!! And as the old saying goes if you want quality, its not going to be cheap. If you want cheap, its not going to be quality... having said that, there are some tools here that can and will last a persons lifetime, it all depends on how you treat them.

They sell a lot of things but didnt have the length of propane adaptor that I needed to connect from my 15 lb propane cylinder to my propane camping stove.

I have always been happy with the tools I get from Harbor. I dont feel I need to spend a lot of money on a tool I may only use once a year or less. That said having the right tool is important. Needed to remove 3 large 45 year old bushes. 40 dollar chain saw did the trick.

Well, if you stay away from anything that plugs in your good to go. GREAT place for inexpensive tools. I mean really. Its kind of hard to mess up a hammer or a pair of pliers lets say and they are almost always half the price of any other store for similar items. They have a vast selection of tarps for example. One hasnt lived until theyve experienced Harbor Freight for themselves. I know from personal experience that they are definitely the place to go for simple hand tools such as sockets and the like. You take your chances with anything having to do with electricity though. A little too cheap. For example, rechargeable anythings only recharge a few times before they no longer charge. Their 4 1/2 inch grinders are so cheap that you just buy another when it quits working.

Typical Harbor Freight merchandise. Good items if you need it, great if you have a coupon. One visit in Russellville was outstanding. Staff is always helpful but this day electricity was off in their half of town. Stores all around them were closed but they remained open if you were using cash or check. The wrote out manual receipts and did all the math on their cell phones. Since we travel 80 miles we were very pleased not to have to make another trip.

I can say this is the FIRST time one of the employees were rude and sounded to me as if I wasnt welcome. I was standing in front of the auto refrigerant shelf, the can I came for was out of stock and as I was using my phone to look up other part stores number the big broad shoulders guy comes up pushing a cart and barks out to me if I need any help and so I asked him if and where I could find a business that has a connector to recharge am ac and he cuts me off and tells me NO immediately and go ave me this look as if I was ignorant.

A great place to get tools, hand tools have a lifetime warranty, Ive had no problems getting busted wrenches etc replaced on the spot.

They Have Adult Goods Needed An As A Customer I appreciated Being able to conduct Business There.

Checkout Clerk was the most helpful young gentleman ever ( Hunter I believe) will work hard to help with your shopping, and the Lady store manager was the very best to assist in some paperwork needed for purchases. She was a very professional and kind person. Just a enjoyable experience being in a business with this type employees. While shopping, other employees spoke and asked if they could help as they walked by. This is in the Russellville, Arkansas store. Both of these employees, Manager and Checkout Clerk made you feel like they appreciated you being at Harbor Freight. This type service and help creates a desire to return. Russellville is a great town and has been my home over 70 years, and an honor to have this type business come to the area. Thank you so much!

Well, I was a bit dissatisfied today. Having paid over $30 for the ITC membership and finding a few items that had the discount, I got to the checkout and found out that the internet was down and the attendant wasnt willing to process the discount, I was left paying full price. Maybe I should have just left the items on the counter and left the store. But I wanted the items, hence the reason I was there. Oh well, next time Ill probably do something different.

I love Harbor Freight Tools, this store has tons of cheap tools for people like me how might use them minor amount. No you arent getting professional contractor grade tools but if you are shopping here you likely arent a professional contractor. I buy all of my home repair tools here.

The one good thing about harbor freight is that you can always find the cheaper tools you need, but not have to use over and over again (great for seldom used tools)

I would say that the fort smith AR store is cheaper on things this store has. Even return item your paying over 1/2 of new no savings.

They know right where everything is just ask when you walk to the door and Ill take you right to it I like that too.

Will not be going back to the Russellville Arkansas store. Terrible Customer service. Spent almost 400 on a oxy torch kit. Did not open the box and the store wouldnt return it the next day with the receipt in hand. Called another Harbor Freight about an hour away and they said they would return it no problem. Russellville manager was a liar.

Really nice people. I just like to go in and look. We looked everywhere for a 30 ton jack. Found one there.
