I have been in the Russellville store four times in the past month and both women who work in there are extremely rude! I will never go back in there again unless its my very last option. Sure wish I knew the sarcastic, rude, belittling, no help at all ladies name that I had to deal with last weekend.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless they want to get treated like a child. I give ZERO stars and hope one day you all get better employees to assist your customers!

Ridout is a many decades-old Arkansas chain of builders supply stores with an equally old good reputation. Ive found them to have a bigger, higher quality selection than the big box places on several items, and a far, far larger lumber selection with much better prices. Ive saved a LOT of money on lumber over the big box stores with Ridout.Their highly knowledgeable sales staff can offer you the kind of helpful assistance you only find in privately owned businesses of this sort. I also like the fact that my money is going to a local business that stocks the best quality, professional contractor grade tools and supplies, instead of the China-happy big box corporations.Just shortly after the Mayflower/Vilonia tornado a few years ago, I met a woman whose husband worked at the damaged Lumber One store in Mayflower. Depsite being a competitor, Ridout offered to lend them some of their delivery trucks until the insurance paid off and they could replace their own destroyed trucks and get back on their feet. Ridout couldve just as easily grabbed that slice of the pie for themselves, at a time when the demand for building materials was off the scale. That shows character and class on behalf of Ridouts ownership. Nice. : )
