Greeted immediately and my car taken back for service although I was actually 30 minutes EARLY for my appointment. They were finished almost by the time I should have been there. Every person on staff very cordial. Atmosphere was great.

I was looking at looking to purchase a new seirra 1500, although the vehicle was not available at the time I was assured the the vehicle was arrive with in 1-2 weeks. Because of this I put down a deposit. But come to find out after making a $500 non-refundable deposit, I was completely lied to. They lied to me and they honestly had no idea when the vehicle would come in. I was later told I could take many more months. I ended up buying with another dealer, so Im out $500 becuase of their lie. Do not trust this dealership!!

He was so helpful, every part store in town could not find what I needed and not only did I get it at Phil Wrights, but it cost half of what the part store charged me for the wrong part. Made an appointment 2 days in advance for Thursday at 10am. Told me it would take 2 hours until they had the diagnostic. Here it is 3:00pm and they just pulled it in. 5 hours later when I had an appointment at 10:00am? What’s the point for an appointment if this is how the service is going to be. I finally get a call at 3:35 pm saying they won’t be able to do it until this next morning. Horrible service. Customer service is alright. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have all day to leave your vehicle. No need for an appointment. Show up at your own time. 0/5 stars.

John Jones was an excellent representative of Phil Wrights dealership, service was great, never made me feel uncomfortable, and had me in and out of the door in no time.

An oil change and transmission flush as recommended by the service department. They did a great job, as usual, and explained any problems or steps that I need to take to keep my truck in top running condition.

The repairs were done quickly and everything was repaired correctly.

Chance was amazing to work with. Honestly we had searched every dealer in the state. The truck we were looking for was basically at the point where COVID-19 was showing us how impossible it was to find this truck...He had one coming in and it was ours! He was very communicative and kept us up to date daily on the status of the truck arriving.

I went in with a vehicle in mind that I had previously discussed with the salesman, John David Jones. He was very personable and very accommodating to my ever-changing schedule. (One important point to note: At no point did I receive too many calls or any type of pestering from him or anyone else in the sales department. His frequency of communication was perfect and thats very important to me.)By the time I arrived at the dealership, the car was out front, with gas, ready to be test driven. John was ready with the keys and armed with answers to all of my questions, both vehicle-related and sales-related.After the test drive, the entire buying process was smooth, fast and surprisingly painless. This was one of the easiest deals I have ever done!I had a salesman named Zack who made EVERYTHING so easy.Living nearly 2 hours away Zack said take pictures of your two trade-ins and see where we are at. The entire deal was done via text. Never had such a easy deal.Zack will work very hard on and off hours going the extra mile to make the deal happen.Zack also helped me with a few small issues after the deal was done.The dealership was non-stress. Didnt try to push warranties down your throat as many have.I was in and out in no time.After a few weeks of driving the truck I had a few small issues with the truck that the dealer or I had no way of knowing they would occur.The dealership fixed them all with ZERO questions. I did not even have to ask. The dealership offered. Even after i turned down the warranty.With that I will definitely be back.I met the mechanic named Andy who worked on my truck. He was OUTSTANDING! I brought my 2017 Z71 in after the screen in the center of the dash went black and the radio would not work. thankfully the truck would still drive. The lady at the service desk was very nice and said they would take it back in to shop and showed me the waiting room.she checked on me a couple of times and came back and got me in 30-45 minutes and said truck was ready to go. They took good care of me but I am sorry that this happened on my truck.

I took my car in to have the transmission fluid checked, since the place that normally services it does not have the tools to do that. It was found to be low and was filled and I was only charged for the fluid. What a pleasant surprise to have it done so quickly and inexpensively. I am always impressed by the service at the dealership, very economical as well.

Theres a nice play room for kids separate from a more quiet sitting area available, if you need to wait there while they work on your car and they can help you get a rental or even loan a car for free if you bought your car from them. Free soft drinks, water, and coffee available.
