Wow! What a great experience. I live out of state and found a Toyota Tacoma at Phil Wright Toyota in Little Rock, Arkansas. I live in Idaho. I decided to go for it and I am so glad I did. My purchase started with Eric the General Manager. He was incredible to work with and from the beginning he made me feel like he was there to make sure the experience and purchase were excellent. While purchasing the truck I worked with Brooklyn. She was always quick to answer my calls and reply to my texts. I arranged to fly in and since I had 30 hours of driving to get home I wanted everything ready. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning and my truck was sitting up front ready for me to begin my drive. Yeng greeted me as I arrived with the keys in her hand and asked me if I wanted to take it for a drive. I let her know that I had 30 hours of driving to do so I was ok to skip the test drive. She replied by letting me know that all of my paperwork was ready and that I was next in line to see the finance department. Patrick was my finance manager and he was a pleasure to work with. Overall the experience was incredible. I would highly recommend this dealer. Everyone I dealt with was warm, friendly and very service oriented. After I arrived home, I got a text from Eric asking me how my journey went. Great customer service is not a thing of the past with this dealer. Awesome experience!

A great place to buy a Toyota, I live about 2 hours away and they have delivered my last 5 vehicles. Easiest paperwork I have ever filled out, paperwork is all ready to go when the car is delivered and it takes about two seconds to fill out. Highly recommend buying from them. The manager Eric is great and always takes care of anything I need.

Wright Toyota knows Customer Service! They treat you like you want be treated. The whole Staff is friendly,nice courteous. I trust them if my wife needs to go there by herself for any reason. Theres no pressure buy,they tell you what have in inventorye, if they dont have it, they will get what you want at no extra charge! Others will charge you. They dont put any extras on the vehicle that you dont want. Honest, down home business.

Never have we had a better experience buying a vehicle. Friendly. Interested in us and our needs. No pushiness. Knowledgeable. Patient. Flexible. Hospitable. We were dreading the process of haggling, but needn’t have. They came up with better deals than we asked for, even giving a good amount on our trade-in car. Then they made all the paperwork part quick and simple. The friendliness cannot be overstated; not forced or exaggerated, just plain, simple, southern hospitality and manners. Rather than pushing us toward what they wanted to sell, they guided us toward what we were looking for. We felt completely at ease through the whole process and thoroughly enjoyed the ride home in our new vehicle.

We dealt with Aaron as our salesman.He was such a polite young man. Very nice, and he spent so much of his time making sure we understood everything about the truck we were purchasing. Yesterday morning I decided I was finally ready to go car shopping. I had been in my previous car for almost 5 years and with the amount of traveling we do... it was time. I knew I had to find a car that I absolutely loved before I even considered trading mine in and I knew I wouldnt buy from anyone who didnt take me seriously as a woman (even though my husband was with me) or that rushed me around through the process. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted and welcomed to the lot. They took their time getting to know what exactly I was looking for, why I was looking for the particular model I was interested in, and they wanted to know what was a must for my new ride. They never pressured me into looking at the most expensive vehicle on the lot and they respected my opinions. We were there for FOUR hours looking, test driving, and just taking our time through the process and the guys we worked with (Adair- so fun and knowledgeable-helped me set everything up too, Antonio w/finance, and Eric-the GM who was exceptional!) were sooo very patient and kind. It was honestly like car shopping with my husband and 3 buddies. Once we finally picked out a car we moved on to the finance side and Antonio was super and took the time explaining every single thing we were signing and again, never rushed us. We had our children with us during this part and they were offered drinks, snacks, and the dealership had a fun kids area that the kiddos could go sit in while we finished up. Overall, it was the best car shopping experience I have had and this will be my 3rd new vehicle Ive purchased. I hope to be part of the Toyota family for many many years to come!

Brody takes care of us! This was our second buy from him! When we need another we will go see him! Listens to what we want and need. He put us in the perfect vehicle the first time BOTH times! I had the oil changed, tires rotated and a once over asking them to drive it and listen for noises that shouldnt be there. Turns out the noise I was hearing was from bad tire ware. They also identified my rear brake pads needed replacing and their price wasnt bad, especially for a dealer with factory parts.Overall happy with the service and I would recommend them to a friend.

Ive driven through there several times, have gotten out and looked at vehicles and had absolutely no one come over to us, talk to us, or even make an effort. If youre to good to talk to someone, instead of making then find you, your not worth my time or money. They even have a GMC location basically in the same lot. I will not spend my money at a place where they treat you like they are so not worth their time. Worst car dealership ever, as far as Im concerned.

We only have had business with the service department for our 2011 Prius, but they always address things including recall items with courtesy and honesty. I wouldnt trust anyone but a Toyota trained mechanic work on a Toyota, especially the Hybrids. Will consider Phil Wright if we ever need to trade in.

Always clean, efficient, and fairly reasonable, but the mechanic told me that my water tank was empty and I probably had a leak in my pump. Took it to a friend of mine that manages another dealership. His mechanic couldnt find a drop of water anywhere. I was being scammed.

I have enjoyed our RAV4 immensely. I never have to worry something might break. We have had this model for 6 years. I like the inside space and the free maintenance (limited). The Phil Wright Autoplex / Toyota is always ready to schedule us for car maintenance or just talk to us about our car.

Found listing online, emailed for car fax and more info... had all the info in less than hour! Some dealers still (weeks later) havent replied or returned phone calls. Drove 4 hrs to test drive, vehicle ready and waiting. No haggle prices, great customer service, and no huge sales pitch! Quick and seemless...would gladly buy from them again!

As for the Prius, it stands to turn over 300,000 miles before first frost. I’m not counting on them to make it the last car I ever buy. But I figure they’ll get me past 400,000. And then I’ll buy a new one from them.

The response is certainly correct, I have not purchased a vehicle or personally recieved service from this location, but I have experienced first-hand the way in which service is taken care of at this location and most definitely wouldnt have anything to do with this location if I could help it. I feel that I have a right to review this dealership based on my experience, not what I purchased.

Needed an alternator. The part seems kind of expensive $300 but I realize Phil Wright has to use Toyota parts. The battery terminal connector was cracked and the estimate to replace that was $32 which is absolutely outrageous so I told service manager to forget it. Just replace the alternator. He called to say my 4 Runner was ready to pick up and said they replaced the terminal connector but didn’t charge labor “as a courtesy”. It still cost me $22 for that terminal connector!! I can buy that exact same terminal connector at Walmart for $3!!!! Not happy about that charge at all!
