The Orr service team located the problem (radiator leak) and reported it to me promptly, with the estimate for repair. Once I had okayed the repairs, the service department got back to me within two days, to report that the work had been completed. I am satisfied with the fast turnover time and the courtesy of the service manager.

I checked online to verify when the service department opened so I could reduce my wait and was surprised it was 8:30. I arrived at 8:20 to find a long line of customers in front of me and learned that they had changed their hours to open at 7:30. I was informed it would be a 2 hour wait, but my truck needed serviced and my job prevents me from being able to get it done during the week so I decided to wait. 2 1/2 hours in I met a young lady who had come in the day before and didn’t want to have to wait so was told to come back the next day and she’d be moved to the front of the line. I thought surely she was mistaken but in fact she was not. She left shortly before I did, having waited an hour and a half to my 3. The most frustrating part was I didn’t have a choice as to which day I came in for service but she did. She simply did not want to be inconvenienced by an extended wait so I was the casualty. I have been a loyal customer and Orr has always done my service work, despite my husband trying to convince me to go elsewhere. However, after my last visit I’m not so sure I will not take his advice next time.

Terrible customer service, was told to bring a vehicle in with a recall for inspection of damage by nissan consumer affairs and the dept service manager Darryl. Vehicle was undriveable and was towed to them. After being in their “Nissan” service dept for 2 weeks and was told by Randall that this is not Nissan we are ORR. They then had my car impounded and towed after saying you can take it to any other Nissan store but here because we are washing our hands of it. My vehicle’s hood latch failed while being driven on interstate luckily didn’t wreck.

Went to look at the new 2021 Nissan Versa S Manual and was greeted by Brett. Told him what we wanted and what payments we would be willing to make. Seems one of their lube techs needs some additional training. My engine air filter was installed incorrectly when being placed back into its holder during a service inspection. The new reminder sticker had the wrong service mileage printed on it as well.

And a chip in the paint on the top back of the car. Hopefully we will get this all taken care of Cary has been amazing. I love my car. So well see 👀

I bought a used car from here and they told me several times that it hasnt ever been wrecked. They charged me a high price for the vehicle and then I noticed cosmetic damage the day I bought it and went in with an appointment but they wouldnt do anything about it. I also requested a car fax and fhey gave me a cheap off brand of it saying it wasnt wrecked. After I had it a couple months I met the previous owner and he told me it was wrecked. I bought a car fax and found out it was wrecked and when I went back to try to get it fixed or compensated but they declined all acknowledgement and wouldnt help me out at all

Usually pretty quick, they do good work, are honest. Only reason Im giving 4/5 is because two out of the three trips Ive made there the customer service was pretty poor. One rep laughed at me for asking a simple recommendation, other times they treat customers as a nuisance. That aspect could be greatly improved but I feel they are great in every other department.

Women behind counter very friendly and helpful. And fastest oil change Ive had in last few years. Plus they rotated tires also. Thx for fast friendly service

Not so great for me

This review has NOTHING to do with the salesmen or the cashiers at ORR. This review is for the service center. We turned in our car for a transmission problem on December 15th. We knew it was going to be a big job and that’s ALSO not my issue. The problems I have are with the way we were handled as “customers”. We clearly weren’t a priority to even get a call to see what the progress of our car was. WE had to call many times to get an update on what was going on. We didn’t know that they needed to order a part for the transmission and they were waiting for it to arrive in the mail until we called. AGAIN, that wouldn’t have been a problem IF we were told upfront and periodically when things were happening. They also didn’t provide us with a loaner car when they had our only car for a month and 3 days. They didn’t even offer the option. We were just left to our own devices and not even thought of as customers or people with real lives. When they finally finished our car, they sent us a text message saying it was done. Not a phone call, a text. They also took over 30 minutes to locate my car the day I picked it up. Just didn’t like how they didn’t care at all. They got their money from our warranty so it wasn’t important to work on our car as quickly as possible or to talk to us throughout the process to make sure we were aware of everything going on. Customer service there was just bad overall and I can’t see myself going back.

Everything went very well, Cary Reddell our salesman went above my expectations to make the deal my wife and I was very pleased.

The service desk was really nice and very fast. I just got an oil change but was pleasantly surprised. They even washed my car! Now I just need to convince them to vacuum it lol
