It was easy to maintain a space of more than six week from the other customers. The washing of the outside of the car was effective. Consider adding a vacuum center for cleaning the inside.

Shared service shop between many Orr dealerships, so always going to be in line, but relatively quick and fairly nice.

They treat you like Royalty. Have a great waiting area, Fresh coffee, and clean restroom. Very clean place inside and outside.Great job 👏 on my vehicle 👍👏.

Cant get nobody to pick up the phone. And when you do get through your put on hold for long periods of time. Three days ive tried to call and talk with a service manager and nothing. Even left my number for a call back. Not even a call back. Horrible customer service and even worse place to try and get some work done to your car. I just took it to little rock way better service there.

Overpriced pos cars and trucks....Orr Hyundai of Russellville did you ever think that the reason you dont have any record of me shopping with you guys is because I seen the pos vehicles and the outlandish prices stuck to the windows???? Perhaps Im a smarter shopper than your average customer and I buy my vehicles because of the actual quality instead of how cute it looks.... and, oh yeah, my review does NOT go against Googles review policies (I didnt cuss one bit, just abbreviated the category your vehicles fall under)

Was gonna give me a car zero down and push my payments back 45 days to help pay sales tax.

In the process of getting a new vehicle and regardless of turn out on the deal, I have to say they know their stuff, have a pretty good selection of vehicles and their not quick to push you into something you dont want...I would definitely reccomend Brent Vining, has a great bedside manner so to speak and he is very attentive to what your wanting vehicle and option wise and will help you stay within the price range your wanting

Too bad I cant give zero stars. Service department is terrible. They schedule appointments knowing that they dont have parts in stock, only to make you come back another day. If you have the option to use another dealer, I highly recommend it.
