Tire pressure on right rear was very low. MHC diagnosed that i had a nail and fixed it quickly. My car only has 1200 miles on it. I have tire protection so there was no charge to me. Very satisfied with MHC staff!!!

Dealership now has blamed customer, you took vehicle off the lot took it home and shot a bullet in the radiator, the fan, and the AC, canister... REALLY MATTHEW HARGREAVES and this from the General Manager. The last vehicle before this, they had over 4K in repairs to make, guess we brought that one home and punch holes in all the oil lines, this vehicle was taken off the lot with not only 1 oil leak, but 2 oil leaks. They had the good opened at least 3 times missed both leaks. I had it checked out with another Technician, in less than 30 seconds he spotted both leaks...WOW 😳2015 Jeep purchased, no working AC, they completely complained but made repair, they found a bullet hole in old part, but said thats just what we call it, I paid out of pocket about $400 to get second opinion, true enough it was a bullet hole which damage the radiator and the fan, car started over heating . I wonder why they did not fix that the first time seeing those are major parts of the cooling system. Guess where vehicle is at today, back at the dealership, after getting a ear full from my insurance and the adjuster they might now have their be act together.This place is the worst be and they need a class in customer service. If they would have just fixed it right and completely the first time instead of putting a non adhesive bandage on the problem. I am out of $400.00 due to MATTHEW HARGREAVES...
I, purchased my car at this dealership and have always received excellent service. I never had to return for a service that was done at this dealership.
Hannah was very helpful and let me bring my puppy with me in the service area. I was able to take a nice walk to Northern Lights on the corner and buy some plants while they were doing my service. I received a prompt notification when they were done.
Visited to possibly get a new lease and tried them twice both time we were treated very poorly and like we were low class people. I save lives on a daily basis. Im not low class. One person called us well we were on a test drive for 10 minutes like were going to steal the car? Not going back wont buy from here
In mid January, my Blazer experienced transmission issue so I called to find out service hours. I was able to get in at 7:00am and worked with Eric. He was friendly and made the process easy. Later in the day, I was called about a rental car that was ready so I picked it up - once again, it was an easy process and the gentleman was friendly even though it was the end of his work day. We were not sure how long it would take for them to get the parts or completely replace the transmission. Less than a week later, I got a call from Eric telling me that my Blazer was done and ready for pick up. Returning the rental was a breeze and the pick up process is easy. Took 3 thousands dollars and truck still not fix just giving me the run around enough went to service manager Tom and said he will take care of it well no call from Tom and been a week and still no truck I guess I have to call help me hank and see if he can help
After nearly 3 months and numerous times telling me my truck was ready from the body shop I finally accepted a less than satisfactory body shop repair. The tail gate of my truck which they didn’t not install correctly just fell off the truck while trying to close it. This was one of the minor issues I had from their body shop. Repeatedly I was treated rudely for not accepting body trim pieces missing, of which still missing one.
I bought a new (demo) car from here. It had just over 3,000 miles on it. They should have done an oil change on it because I bought it. As I was going through the features on the car dashboard in the lot I noticed that it said I had 34%oil change let on it and all the tire pressures were off. So I questioned it and they said that they just forgot to rest it. Two days later the window solvent light came on. So I took it to my mechanic and sure enough they did NOT change the oil. So not only did I have to pay for an oil change, I lost out on the free first oil change because I cant trust them to actually do it. I was furious because I would have went 6,000 miles before I did an oil change on it. What they did was morally wrong!
Mark the salesman he needs to find another job that isnt selling cars. Isnt professional at all whatsoever with a bad attitude does the owner of the dealer know Mark lost them 25k of a business deal?
All team members are professional and know how to walk customers through the visit seamlessly. I had a coolant issue repaired, and the service lane went the extra mile to take another look at the vehicle when I began to smell coolant again after the initial service. Absolutely worth it.
