They have performed a wide range of repairs and services on my vehicle. Such as: every oil change since Ive owned the vehicle, major engine repairs, brakes and suspension problems, and also things such as replacing taillights and headlights.Having an older vehicle, there has been multiple times where there were overlapping repairs that needed to be done at once. The knowledge Adam and the other technicians have at diagnosing the issues and the sometimes creative solutions to fix those issues, show they have the mentality and willingness to think outside the box. It was impressive, and shows they are not only true mechanics but top class ones.Being an owner of an older Audi, one of the most common questions i get is, where do you get your car worked on. Looked this place up based on recommendations. Booked online, received confirmation the next day. Dropped off after hours, they have an online form to fill out and envelopes for your keys etc. They are very communicative, explain everything well, break down the price etc before doing any work. Once given the ok they ordered the parts and had the work done the next day. Adam on the front desk is friendly and knowledgable. Pick up was also done after hours, super easy. Payment made through their online link. Needed something double checked after wards and they had me bring my car straight over, put it straight on a hoist and sorted it in 10 mins. Overall a great mechanic experience. I highly recommend Autohaus!

My wifes X3 w started giving faults where the car will go in a limp mode. The source of it was turbocharger. My old mechanic shop couldnt do a complex job such as turbocharge for a BMW. They didnt have the correct tools and the necessary computer for BMW vehicles.After doing some research online I found out Autohaus. Adam is the service manager and John is the sales person at Autohaus. They were very nice. Took my car and diagnosed that turbocharge was failing and also there is a leak in the line. It is a very common problem on X3 2013 especially the F25 series. If you do some search you will see lot of turbocharge failure issues. The part is made my Mitsubishi. They still made turbocharge for BMWs.It took them 9 days to fix it. They didnt charge me much on the unit itself. I did some search on the price of the unit if I buy online. They dont have a loaner, which is one downside. But they have an agreement with Enterprise on Woodward for very low rates rental vehicles.Long story short after they fixed I was still getting the same error codes. I took the car to them mutiple times to them. They noticed that there is no mechanical issues with it. Occasionally the computer was tripping and sending a wrong code. If you some search you will see in blocks that sometimes the computer thinks there is an error, but truly there is no error.The only way to stop the computer sending false errors was to perform an ECM software update.I waited for a few weeks and took my car when I had to replace the oil filter housing gasket and oil cooler seal. Those were getting worn out and minor leaks were happening. But the major leak was from engine oil pan drain plug was loose.Autohaus didnt charge me for the drain plug eventhough they didnt do oil change previously.Overall I am extremely satisfied with them. I would recommend Autohaus for German cars.

Adam and the team made it super easy, dropped my car for an oil change and 90K maintenance on a Sunday night (convenient key drop on the building) - it was done Monday afternoon. Honest shop and reasonable labor - I’ll be back!

I called to ask about getting a newly-inherited car in for a couple of obvious issues and an overall inspection to identify any other issues. I was invited to drop my car off that same evening and by 9:00am the next morning they had diagnosed a few minor issues. The quote was reasonable and they had everything done (new brakes, new coolant overflow tank, new washer fluid pump, oil change, and brake fluid flush) within 4 hours. They even managed to save me a little money when they found that the washer fluid pump was just clogged, not totally shot. I couldn’t be happier. I was nervous about the maintenance costs of a luxury import but Adam and the staff at Autohaus really put my mind at ease. I’ll be back for sure.

Very satisfiedI’m a returning customer. Brought my BMW in because my coolant is low indicator light came on. They ran a diagnostics test, determined nothing was wrong, topped off my coolant reservoir and sent me on my way - no charge. Made my day!

Very polite and friendly. Couldnt figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, they had my vehicle for 3 days, said oil was leaking and it would be a $2-3k fix. Still charged me over 100$ to diagnose. Not ideal. At one point they asked me what my long term goal was with my car... seemed like they were planning to offer a trade in.UPDATE:Went to Erhard in Bloomfield, diagnosed in 50 minutes. Easy fix covered by BMW, 0$. Unfortunately had to pay another 100$ to diagnose.Autohaus seems like a decent enough place. I would recommend getting a diagnosis at a legit bmw dealership though.

Andy is great! I will never ever go to another place! I love my BMW and refuse to get rid of it! Andy always fixes my issues in a timely manner and calls before he proceeds to do anything! My car is always ready a head of schedule and I love it! If you have a BMW, Audi or Benz don’t go anywhere else! These guys know what they are doing! Never had to go back for them to re-fix something they worked on!

Five month update- bought a Jeep Wrangler JKU from AutoHaus- great deal, great service and after doing a good cycle of months of driving all over the country, Jeep is doing fine and the servicing these guys have done is holding up perfectly. Thanks again and if I need another vehicle, AutoHaus will be the first place I check with.

Dropped off the BMW for a little loving care. Maintenance and such. Nice folks working here. Cheaper than the dealership, like about 20 percent even with diagnostic fees, which everyone charges that, including shade tree mechanics, which Autohaus is not. Id recommend you check them out.

I asked them to do a complete safety check and they told me everything was good. They had the opportunity to add on but we’re professional and didn’t recommend any service than what was needed. These guys are great. Will be taking my car here from now on!

I just left Auto Haus after spending $170 on an oil change and tire rotation. While Im sure the service is top notch, its an OIL CHANGE. Suburban VW where I bought the vehicle only costs $79.95 (vs $110) and $24.95 for a rotation. I really wish I had checked with the dealership first. The dealer is almost always more expensive than mom and pop shops...just not in this case. My fault, but I will be seeing the dealership for routine maintenance moving forward.Update: I got home and had a tire pressure light come on. I checked the pressure all around and it appears that the tires werent filled like they were supposed to be with the service I overpaid for. Disappointed...

Always great customer service. They answer questions and explain everything in detail. When I arrive for appointments, they are always ready. When they say the work with take a certain amount of time, it takes that time. When I get my car back theres no fingerprints all over and it doesnt smell like cigarettes. I trust them with my new Jetta, Ive been there twice in the past year for two oil changes. I also brought my old Jetta to them, with a manual transmission, and they did work on it about 4 times over the span of 5 years. No complaints from me ever. I had a recurring issue with my water pump and they took it in almost a year later, honored their warranty and replaced it at no cost. When I picked it up at the end of the day, I noticed they had cleaned my car as well. Very happy with my experience here and will continue my business with them.

The best German car repair place in metro Detroit. These guys quietly go about caring for your car--when I first brought it in, I noticed they replaced an AC valve cap that was missing before I brought it there--that tells me a lot about them doing the right thing without fanfare. Its the simple small things that matter. They tell you what is priority and what can wait. Honest, reliable and competent. I couldnt ask for more when I entrust them with my older BMW E39. Great people!

I was facing an ENORMOUS bill from the Audi dealership after they originally diagnosed the noises that starting coming from my A8L undercarriage. We have never had such a positive car-buying experience! Our talks with John were all very candid and without pressure. When we realized we had made the wrong choice shortly after buying a car, he went above and beyond to exchange it for a different car on the lot that better suited our needs.

This organization are experts at taking care and maintenance for Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche brands. Very cost effective, high quality original parts, state of the art diagnostics and OEM certification process and procedures. You will save time and you much money over dealer garages. They are excellent at sourcing low mileage vehicles for great and fair prices.

I have had my 2010 VW CC serviced by Autohaus a number of times in the past few years. I have been really impressed with the honesty and genuine care expressed by Adam and the rest of the team. Maintenance on these Euro cars is not cheap, but I know I am receiving quality work on my car each time. I have had multiple cases where they have advised me not to get certain work done because it is not needed or not an immediate concern. And they’ll do nice touches like replace a burned out light bulb for free, give me a ride to work and always wash the car before I pick it up. I’ll continue to bring my VW here for service as long as I’m in the area.

Love these guys. My 2014 Jetta Sportwagen TDI wouldnt turn over; AAA told me my battery was fine, so it must be the fuel pump or alternator. Towed it to Autohaud; they gave me a complimentary diagnostic, which showed that the battery was shot and everything else was fine. Saved me a ton of money and hassle!

Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, NOT knowledgeable of vehicles on lot. Quoted my husband one cost for rare vehicle over the phone and when he went to test drive vehicle in person and they saw that he was black, the guys total attitude changed. Despite my husband (engineer) having more knowledge about the vehicle than everyone at the dealership, he even told them several issues that was wrong with the vehicle in which they were trying to figure out for over 100 days of it sitting on the lot......He told my husband that he rather sell the car at a wholesale auction than to sell it to him. The hate that people in this country have is ridiculous!

Price saved me $300+ from the stealership lol

The dealership wanted to replace major parts because a couple of screws were stripped. Autohaus was able to do the repair with just the NECESSARY parts and only cost 1/4 what the dealership quoted! And repairs completed same day.

As always good service completed on time. My go to service center for my 2008 Mercedees E350. However, one of my problems with the car was suppose to be followed up upon receiving parts information from Mercedes Benz then I was told that I would be contacted with the information and an estimate for the repairs dealing with a steering problem I was having. I called Monday 5/10/21 to inquire, the service manager was busy and I was told that I would receive a call later. It is now Thursday 5/13/21 and still no call. Disappointed.

The mechanic that typically works on my vehicle is Franz, and there truly is no better a person to work on these older Mercedes - as he has superior knowledge and experience. We purchased a replacement low beam bulb for our Mercedes to replace it ourselves, but were unable to do it on our own. So, we took it to Auto Haus and they did it for us and even used the bulb that we had purchased for the replacement.
