I needed help with my phone because I wasn’t able to download apps in my apple store. It kept asking me to correct my billing statement and I even went to my bank to see if it was because my card wasn’t affective. They weren’t able to solve my problem so decided to go to cricket because they were right next door and I use their service. The young man helped me immediately and was able to solve the problem. He helped me update my card in settings. I kept trying to do that earlier but it didn’t work. Thanks to cricket for always being such a great help and resolving all my problems!!

I went in to cancel a line because a family member went back to China and they won’t be using the number anymore. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue for me. She told me that once I cancel, I can’t get the number back and told me other cancelation rules. She was very professional and helped me a lot. Thanks!

The young salesman is extremely irresponsible. Before you became his guest, he said he could handle everything for you, but then he messed them up and caused financial loss to the customers. He didnt take any responsibility and had a bad attitude because he simply doesnt answer the phone. I really dont understand why anyone would hire such an employee and he will runout of guests sooner or later

The young salesman who wear the glasses is so worst! We moved our lines to this store recently, he was the one who perform the service for us. He cancelled our lines from Sprint incompletely and we have to afford two months bill from Sprint! The funniest thing is his atitude to solve the issues. He brought extra bills for me and when I contacted him, he just did not to respond my call !!! Excuse me? Is this the way how you solve the problem? You bring up the issue to your customers and you just ignore it?!

This store is a joke. I hear on a radio deal, free one month trial with a new line. So i call them and they confirmed, and ask me to come down to the store.When i got there, they say i need to transfer a line to them to able have free one month of service. Which totally not waht we have agree on. So long store short the customer service is worse, i told the girl that works there: you guy cost me a trip here for nothing. She reply: it is not my faults.I strongly not recommend anybody go to this place. It is false advertisement and scam.

I came to this store to get a new SIM card which was only $10, but they sold me a USED SIM card which did not work and later I found out by calling customer service that it was attached to a different number. Also, he didnt give me a receipt for the purchase, which he shouldve given me. I went back a few days later to ask why the SIM card was not working and the agent tried to sell me another SIM card again which was pretty ridiculous since he had just sold me a faulty one a few days prior. Maybe they werent fluent in English, but I tried to explain that he had just sold me a used SIM card but he kept insisting on selling me a new one. I just left because he didnt understand what I was saying and went to a different store where they were 1000 times more helpful because they sold me a actual working SIM card and gave me a reciept. Dont recommend coming here unless you want to get scammed. Something as simple as getting a new SIM card shouldnt be as frustrating and time-wasting as this.

Horrible attitude, I opened up a line with most expensive plan to save some activation charges (their recommendation), they said call back in one month at this exact date to change the plan to lower my bill. I called back in on that date, the guy on the phone sounds extremely irritated and sound like he was doing me a HUGE favor just be taking to me, extremely rude attitude. He said he would change it, then hang up.2 days later, I login to my online account, what you know??? NO changed at all, the guy didnt do anything. So I had to call back and ask them to change again, who know what will happen.Dont bother try this place, horrible customer service, horrible people, one of the worst place shop I have ever go to, go anywhere but there.

Incompetent workers! Do not trust them with anything! My parents asked them to cancel their t- mobile account and they only cancelled two lines and not the others so there were recurring charges and late fees that multiplied. After two months did my parents realize this happened and when my Mom went back they just blew her off!!

An employee named Joanna at this store location is the worst customer service representative we have ever had to deal with. AT&T get your act together! You have some of the worst store customer service I have ever dealt with! Your losing so many sales, because youd rather save on customer service and hire incompetent workers. LOL, what did this employee do, she not only didnt help she yelled at my boss and lost the sale that was supposed to have taken place!
