Don’t go there. They are 3rd party not Verizon Corp store. The thing is they sign you up with cheap plan and bill come up totally wrong. They charge for activation fees. Verizon don’t charge you when you open more lines at all. The promise from them is completely a lie. I have call Verizon myself to collect the bill. They are tell you to wait and dragging your time. This is scammer store. Highly suggest don’t ever come here.

The manager persuaded 84 years old lady to return her Samsung s9 phone, so he can sell 2 top of the line Google phone that she cant use.Now my step mom is stuck with balance of 1600 dollars. They dont honor Verizon rules. They make their own. They told me I can sell the phone and keep the money. However buy one get 2 deals are locked in to minimum. 6months.The manager Jialin Zhang is a crook. Taking an advantage of older people. Never shop at this place. !!!!!
