Thank you Larry help me to switch my number from sprint to att. Larry did great work because he helps me to call sprint customer care to unlocked my devices it take at least 1 hr on the phone. He is so patient, knowledgeable and kind. I really recommend this store for all att customers and other carriers customers.

I just love this store. First time for A AT&T customer as well as an iPhone user. The Store is immaculately clean and very eye catching. With enough accessories to equip an entire School. What I like about this ATT store is the variety of different options you get with for example; an otter box case. I’ve seen colorful cases, to a nice sheek solid black, to a professional looking otter box that can clip and has other functions also. I also liked that different inventory the store had from smart watches, to ear buds, all apply products including Samsung. If I had to choose a a store to refer I’d refer Mr. Larry du. aTT store. You will not be disappointed. Mr Larry Du was very helpful immediately upon my arrival all while still tending to the customers he already had. Larry du was very easy to talk to about my port in issues and promptly took care of my issues with my port in I did myself. Mr Larry du was AMAZING AS a sales representative but also as a Person a Human being that sincerely does care about helping his customers and making sure we al get The best service possible as well as taking care of all our needs. The awesome part too of my experience today was that he offered me deep discounts on two otter box cases. And continued to try to get me everything I’d need for my first iphone. He threw in a free screen protector which he really didn’t have to but did. AMAZING MR. Larry du. May you continue to be the person you are and may you be blessed and your store. Really good service help me lot when I get new device . They did all data transfer from my old device to the new even I forgot my Apple ID password and I don’t have iCloud back up. They are ready nice and kind. They offer me the new plan more cheap than before and give me the great deal with trade in my old device.

Okay...So my family and I had OK service. There was only (2) staff on hand, and they were both busy, one helping us. I watched as people were coming in and waiting for about 10 minutes until deciding to leave because no one had greeted them whatsoever, or said they would be right with them, or Hello, give me a second...So the only thing that they need to work on is customer service. If youre someone who wants to feel appreciated, this is not the place for you...and take your business to another ATT shop unless you dont mind being ignored...

Worst experience in setting up new serviceI was promised two free months and afterwards got a bill for almost five hundred dollars to get one month services. I stopped the service without even activating the phone and had to paid over $400. I feel ripped off and that they are a scam .The salesperson named Michael is a liar and fraud. All they want is to achieve their quota by misleading the customer. Even after speaking with AT&T they did not care and would not cancel the service and refused to waive the fees.

Wow. So I havent had any extensive direct dealings with the salespeople of this store, but my dad has. The girl helping him upgrade his cell phone and my mothers cell phone messed up--- causing us to pay an extra 121.04, because she entered the incorrect account number. This caused our bill to become past due, our cell phones to be temporarily shut off, and for us to have to pay a total charge of approximately 381. When we went to resolve this issue, they were not helpful at all, and even had the audacity to tell us to take our issue elsewhere. This is not proper customer service, and sheer incompetency on the part of their employees. Please do not go there, save yourself the trouble!

Great service

THIS STORE ROCKS WITH SERVICE. I tried calling the Gale Store at the Puente Hills for about 30 minutes and could never get through until my niece asked which AT&T Store I was calling. I told her Puente Hills store. She told me how their service sucks. Then I checked their reviews and saw 14 out of 15 were sooooooo bad. I decided to look around. I called the Nogales retailer and with ONE CALL I got through and they gave an appointment right away. Leo was very courteous and we were able to switch my sons service from Verizon and bought a new Iphone 6. Ditch the Puente Hills office.

Cost $25 to replace SIM card, while other att stores only take $5!

All lies and scams at this place. Will send u to a corporate store to fix any issues caused by them
