Purchased a used G70 ON April 22, 2021. After several unacceptable proposals, we were offered a proposal that included a vehicle theftinsurance policy that we already had said NO to. We accepted the deal knowing we would cancel the policy later. WRONG, the Finance Mgr. told us it was non-cancelable. The fine print was not included with the policy.I called the Manager and he had the policy removed from the deal.Now the rest of the story.We promised the Finance Mgr. that we would make at least 3 payments before we would pay it off. This would keep them in good standings with the loan co.They gave us a 45 day temporary tag. Their Tag & Title agency never received the paper work. We were told that UPS lost it.Our temporary tag expired and they issued us temp tag #2. (June)After many phone calls and emails still no tag and the #2 temp tag expired. We were sent temp tag #3 (July) It was 3 days late because the Finance Mgr. said he was busy.After more phone calls and emails we were told the second Tag & Title paper work was lost in the US Mail.More Phone calls and emails - temp tag #4 arrived. We finally receivedthe Title exactly 5 months after closing deal.We cant recommend Rick Case of Roswell.

Internet sales prices are not accurate, they advertise a final sales price online but when push comes to shove, they bring you a $5000 protection package that they automatically add to every car, that you can’t option out. Of course this isn’t mentioned online or at their quote. I don’t mind dealers ripping people off for door edge guards but at least be honest and fully disclose your price before having someone commit to a long drive and best they can do is, “this is the only car of this color within 500 miles”

Great service- explain everything before and after service - no surprises. While waiting, great inventory to view and to whet the appetite for the next. Highly recommend salesman John Henry and Ian in service.

I LOVE my new Genesis! From the first phone call to arriving at the dealership to the deal to the post sale follow up exceeded my expectations. VERY happy customer!

Edit:They lose a star and went to 3 stars after I called twice about my tag and title and was told everything was submitted and to be patient only to go to the DMV after the temp tag was a expired for a week and have them tell me it needed emissions and I was set.

My genesis has been in the shop for 2 weeks going on 3 now. You guys only called me 2 times for updates. Very disappointed with your service and the car.
