I bought a Toyota Corolla from Nalley in July and I cant say enough good things about them. I was never pressured by anyone and they made a usually very uncomfortable process, stress free. My credit was not very good but they kept trying until they found a car loan for me that was the very best they could find. I will definitely buy another car from them.

Great sales experience

The first trip here was a bit rough. However if you do return Try to find and talk to Jordan Stevenson or Alex Nostrosvic. These guys took care of me the second time I showed up. They both know a lot of about the vehicles and are very pleasant to bargain with. It was relatively painless and as fast as you could expect a busy dealership to be.The Dealership its self is very nice. It is very open clean. you should not feel crowded here. You can see into a service bay center from the sales floor and gives it a really nice feel of a full service place.I wanted to mention this: They have a really nice cafe and it is part of some sort of special needs help program and employs autistic individuals. The refreshments are free. This really stuck out in my head.Thanks for making the return trip a much better one!If you are looking for a Toyota, check these guys out and ask for the sales guys I mentioned.

Waiting area comfortable. Complimentary beverages and snacks. Complimentary shuttle while you wait. Not sure about quality of actual service. Seems pricey. Some service sales people better than others.

I am SO nervous from past experience about taking my car to ANYBODY. But, Keron, in the service department, is EXCELLENT. Hes my new go to for routine service.

All the employees at this Service Center are quick, responsive and customer friendly. Theyll make sure, you are being taken care and resolve your concerns.

Disappointed because I was called by their service representative to schedule recall work. They confirmed the parts were in. I showed up at my appointed time only to hear said parts were on back order. I took a day off from work for this for nothing. Need more proactive service reps and better quality assurance from those doing the scheduling.

Typical what is it gonna take to sell you this car dealer. AVOID online inquiries, they call you with call me back, I have great news its a car, not free money, really feel like a shower after leaving this dealer. Looked at used car for daughter, it was filthy, dealer said, she will never know how dirty it was. He might lie to his kids, I do not. Old school dealership. If you like to argue to not give 5K in markup on a used car to a dealer, Nalley Toyota is for you! Want to pay too much? COME ON IN TO Nalley Toyota. Bad experience all round. I will not be back again.

Finally a car dealership with integrity! Four stars and will update to 5 as soon as the promised work is completed. My son and I purchased a used Toyota, and while we encountered a few minor bumps along the way, each person we dealt with, from Sales (HD), the Manager (Eric), Finance (Brian) and Used Car Service (Mark) listened to our concern, question or request and responded with professionalism and integrity. I would highly recommend Nalley of Roswell and plan to return here to purchase my next car. As soon as my sons radio/touchscreen is replaced, as promised (it has been ordered). I will update our rating to 5 stars. Very nice not to dread car shopping in the future!

Nalley always treats us well. The service is usually quick and my kids love the complementary snack bar. They cheer when they hear we are going for an oil change.

I cannot warn people enough about Nalley Automotive they own Toyota and Nissan dozens of other dealerships from Texas all the way to South Carolina to Florida they are the worst lying people Ive ever met. You know theyre lying when their mouths move.

They take too long for a basic oil change. I usually wait 2 hours. I purchased my car here. I will be looking for another Toyota dealership.
