I spoke to the receptionist about speaking to a sales manager and she hung up on me. I called back and she wanted my full name. After going back and forth she finally put the manager on the phone who did not care one bit that she hung up on me. Ill spend my money somewhere else!

Their prices listed online are inaccurate and misleading. I was in the market for a new Palisade and this dealer caught my eye as one of the few that might not be doing a “market adjustment.” Despite being labeled online as “true, transparent pricing,” when I actually got a hold of someone to ask (which took a few days), I was told that actually there is a $5K markup above MSRP for Palisades. Please fix your website and don’t advertise transparent prices when the true price differs by $5,000+.

Roswell Hyundai is the best service facility I have ever dealt with.I have had Fords, GM, Nissan, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Subaru. I know service when I see it. Most dealers were pretty good. But Roswell Hyundai is the best.

Worst dealership ever! They false advertisement on their website. So if your looking for a car online don’t expect to pay that price because they don’t include everything that they add on. Tried to talk to management and they said they had nothing to speak with me about. Horrible horrible place to purchase a car.

Would NOT trust this dealership ever!!! I called because they had a car listed on their website with a price. They told me that they could not sell it to me for the listed price and marked it up over $5k from the website price. This was extremely DECEPTIVE! Either list the asking price on your website or say “call to get price” on the website. Such a waste of my time and their time!

Horrible experience with the sales person. Bought my car in November new, comes with 2 keys but we were only given one. Called 2 weeks later and told me still not in. Called a month later and nothing. Called January and I got the remote but no key cause they cut it wrong. Fast forward till now still no key. Do not recommend this dealership. Very rude and unorganized

Very nice personnel. I just showed up to check for a recall on my car. They took it in immediately and made sure we were taken care of and had time to chat. I only subtracted one star because originally I called on the phone for the recall and they didnt call me back about it which they said they will do.

During this Pandemic, Im very careful about where I go publicly. I had contact with just one person in the service dept. and he was wearing a mask. This is a MUST for me if Im going to use any public service. He called when my Kona was ready and the pick-up was the same safe procedure. Roswell Hyundai is taking the Pandemic seriously and of course the service was well done and on time.

We started in South Carolina and drove to orlando,Florida then to the gulf coast. We tried to get the oil changed before we left but our local mechanic did not have the oil filter. No where in florida or texas had the filter either. This place had our oil filter and changed or oil and did an inspection of the care within 30 minutes. Thank you for great customer service and accurate service!

Take my car to the dealership to replace the shark fin antenna. I have a 2015 hyundia sonata. The fin is held with 1 bolt and a nut. The rest of the antenna design is pretty weak.with 5 flimsy tiny screws. When the car wash tore my fin off I saw why the design is defective lacking structural strength. Other than that the car is been pretty good.

This is the closest dealership to me and is 70 miles from my home. They are great at keeping an appointment. They get me in as soon as I get there and their estimate for how long it will take to do the work has been spot on! I will definitely return for any of my warranty work.

Great service department. Sales was aweful. They couldn’t sell a car if their jobs depended on it, which is interesting because it does. They push junk on you and try to take advantage of every deal they try to make. That’s nothing though. Somehow they gather enough information to pull your credit even though clearly stating that you are buying cash and have no intention of financing through their greasy dealership. I’m guessing they do it to decide whether or not they’ll waste their time with you at the expense of 3-5 points off of your credit. When you call them on it you get stuffed and ignored. Can’t make this stuff up. I’ll take my business elsewhere and definitely be contacting Corperate about this.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL service department I’ve ever had to deal with. They asked me to drop off my vehicle the day before and did NOT explain how the process works if they are not there. I dropped it off early in the morning. I called when they opened to let them know where I parked and where the keys were and Joel was in such a hurry to hang up with me he didn’t get my number and after the THIRD time I called he got my name and address...still not my number. Went in today and front guy said they JUST found the keys and still don’t have an answer and what’s going going on with my car. Will not be back!!

Went yesterday 9/12/19, sales man was pushing a mustang on us, wouldnt give the price, said he had to ask Spencer about the price...wanted to run credit before he told us the price...we left, then called today to ask and receptionist said they were all in a meeting, I asked again for the price she said she is only a receptionist and doesnt have that information and that they would call when they have time... Obviously Roswell Hyundai does not need my business if they are going to be as rude as they are.... Makes you wonder if they make up prices once they see your credit I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody!!! If you need a used car go to Desert Sun Roswell, at least theyre they know how to treat their customers.

I have bought all but 2 vehicles in my lifetime from Roswell Hyundai and have nothing but positive things to say. There is nothing more frustrating than spending hours upon hours in a dealership with all the prep and paperwork of buying a vehicle, but the staff at Roswell Hyundai always cuts that time in half and gets you a deal that makes you feels like you haggled your butt off! Jeremy got me into a vehicle a not only a significantly lower payment and interest rate, but he did it when I had a ton of negative equity in my trade-in. Our faith in Hyundai was renewed today! If you are contemplating a vehicle not only will you be impressed with the gas mileage of this vehicle (meaning the Hyundai Sonata) but if you ever need your car serviced (which I know you will because lets face it unless this is a super perfect car it will still need a routine service) the service department ROCKS!!! Overall service was very unprofessional. Recently I am purchasing a used vehicle from Hyundai and make monthly payments on time. When did paperwork their policy is that you show the Carfax and didnt get shown the Carfax. Then there was some thing wrong with the vehicle so they looked at it and said it was a motor mount took forever to get them to fix and when they finally fixed it the vehicle is still doing the same thing. So took the vehicle back down so they can look at it and the mechanic said it was the other motor mount and that they would fix it and also said that the motor mount they replaced basically had nothing left on it. Who would sell a vehicle like that? Called to see when they were going to fix other motor mount and now they said their not going to fix it and that its not other mother mount its something with the driveline which they didnt tell us when they looked at it again. Thats pretty sad paying 15000 for a used vehicle and they wont honor what they said. Employees in service department are very rude as well. Will never do business with Hyundai in Roswell again.
