Fantastic experience here after my brakes went out. Found out it was covered under warranty and I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket. Car was ready in two days and I was provided with a loaner in the meantime. Super efficient. Matt was my salesman.
This dealership is a great place to buy a car. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they take their time to explain everything. It was such a pleasure doing business with this company. If you are looking for a nice new or used car look no further, this the place.

I love this dealership . Mukhamed Ismail was my consultant and working with him has made my first time buying a car, smooth and fun . He truly cares about what you need and He went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information required to make the right decision in purchasing my first Car ! I did get to meet some of the other team members and they were also as friendly, upbeat and professional as Mukhamed was. He is highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have her as their Consultant.
Not impressed. Had a scheduled oil change, waited two hours for them to call about my car, no call. So I came back to find out my car had just been finished. How does a schedule oil change take two hours? My service advisor, Francine, didn’t call me and then when I went back was not available because she was taking a smoke break. The gentleman that helped me seemed to be a service or shop manager, not sure of his name but he was very nice and apologetic. However, even after a $15 discount, I still paid $92. And I don’t even know what type of oil was used. I was never asked what kind of oil change I wanted nor was it listed on my receipt. Won’t be going back.

I have been taking my cars to this place for years. I dont know if they change staff or what. I paid $ 1,300+ to get the list of service suggested to me. However, they gave me back my car with most of the service lights on, in addition of the oil, dirt, trash on my door dashboard, seat. I had to ask management at first it was spark plugs, then door malfunction, then gas used, then you have to drive 200 miles in order for the system to read the issue. Very disappointed with Taylor and his manager Shawn.
Frustrated, Humiliated, and Discrimination!! I was at the negotiating table (so I thought) and the car keys was taken from the table and given to another couple to test drive. They sold the car from under me to the other couple at another table. I was there first and looked at the car first but because they thought I wasnt able to pay the down payment(discrimination) they sold it. That was the only car I wanted and I had drive almost an hour to get there. How could such customer service be so poor, you looked at us and my credit score to determine I and husband was the right chose for the vehicle, very disappointed and wont ever be back. I may even get an attorney to fight for discrimination which was obvious! General Manager Arnold Harrison II is a joke and plays games as if he is dumb and has no idea whats going on in his store! Refused to give me corporates number! #needstobefiredAlicia
I took my Avalon 2000 to this dealership after going to a couple of mechanics that couldnt diagnose the issue. At Nalley Toyota they misdiagnosed the issue, said some part had to be replaced but the part had been discontinued, after shopping around for used parts, I took it to them to have it installed, they told me the part was bad, but charged me the diagnostic anyway. A couple of months later, I took my car to Hi-Tech Vehicle Electronics Repairs, they quickly diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed it in a couple of hours. Dont waste your time and money going to Nalley Toyota of Roswell.
Out of all the toyota dealerships that I’ve had service at this is the best one. Customer service is awesome and the team is very knowledgeable.
I called ahead to make an appointment for an oil change. Ive been here for almost 2 hours and they still arent done. Great coffee though 👌
After purchasing my car from Nalley, I had a terrible experience and left a review of how everything went. I got a message to call the General Manager and let him know what happened because he wanted to hear more about. After calling in for a week straight, the lady at the front desk kept sending me to a voicemail that wasnt even setup to the General Manger.. She kept saying its the right number but his voicemail is not setup... Not sure what General Manager doesnt setup his voicemail after being there more months.. I never once got a call back from him fter being told each day she would personally make sure he got my message. Overall they do not care about their customers and will do anything to get more money out of you. My original issue was Josh who only tells you only what you want to here. Very sketchy dealership and would never recommend using them for your business.
After having my new vehicle for 3 days, I got side swiped by an unknown vehicle while my car was parked and unoccupied! I brought it into the dealership and they were able to take care of me without any hassle !

$300 for an oil change, that would be fine if I was driving a Bugatti. If you want to throw your money away do that instead of going here youd get more enjoyment out of it.
