I am a longtime customer of Honest-1 AutoCare in Roswell, GA. Recently I was in to have my brake system checked, Oil & filter service and an overall vehicle check. As usual I received an honest assessment of my brakes and they did not need to be replaced at this time. In the very thorough vehicle inspection several items were found that needed attention. I was provided with a very detailed written assessment including pictures for every segment of the complete inspection. For those items needing some attention a detailed quote was included with costs. There was a full explanation of all of the sections of the vehicle in the written assessment and verbal explanation each as well so I could properly evaluate the recommendations and make a decision what, if any, of the work to have done. I have decided to handle some of the minor issues myself, monitor those items that do not require immediate attention and have Honest-1 take care of the two pressing issues. If all businesses operated as professionally as Honest-1 there would be many more happy, satisfied customers.

Top notch customer service. They provided a full report with pictures and an estimate before any work was done. Chuck was maximum helpful and very friendly. I’ve been to my fair share of mechanics over the years and felt like I was getting my money’s worth with Honest 1. Highly recommended

I absolutely love this place. This isn’t your typical “get your oil changed by some dude they hired yesterday” you know the name and face of everyone who touches your car. They take you back to your he or office while they work on your vehicle and have photos of everything they touch. When I brought my truck in with a battery related problem, they pulled a mechanic off whatever he was working on to find out what the problem was instead of just leaving the truck there. That was great!

Extraordinary service. Did several things for me for free to ensure that I passed an omissions test, and then they did a comprehensive evaluation of the car and gave me a print out, and then they did the repairs in less than one day. Oh, and they gave me a ride to my house while they were doing repairs. Hats off to Jordan and the crew!

Im a long standing customer who made an appointment for service only to leave my car all day and get zero service, and no phone call. Upon talking to the owner, he tells me just how great business has been recently and he doesnt have enough staff to keep up. He went so far as to tell me hes so busy, I have thirty cars in the lot. Its not personal. I hope he makes as much money as possible and keeps thirty cars in his lot forever! But for now he only has twenty-nine.

I recently went to Honest-1 to possibly get a Tune Up plus new tires and an alignment. After they did an inspection, they told me there was really no need to spend the money on a tune up just yet. It’s preventative maintenance, and nothing was currently wrong with the vehicle.They were very thorough in discussing my vehicle to me. It was the first time I’ve ever gone to a mechanic, and they pevented me from spending money! Typically, I do my research before going in and am prepared to respond to whom ever the mechanic is when they give me an endless list of items that need to be addressed, usually none of which is required or hindering the performance of the vehicle. It was nice to get an honest assessment, the inspection, to fix what was actually needed and save money! I definitely recommend the shop and all who I’ve encountered there. I spoke to Jordan, Conrad and two front desk employees.

I call bs on the recent 1 star review. I had my vehicle towed to Honest1 of Roswell last night and received a phone call early this morning. They were able to get my repairs done efficiently and kept me updated the entire time.

Cant say enough about Honest Auto Care -- They are so professional, friendly and do a great job on both communication and the work they do! I called today (which is a Friday and they are typically busy) at 10:30 am and told them I have to go to Florida tomorrow due to an emergency and I needed the oil change and also one of the blinkers were not working. They said they had 60 cars -- BUT they would get me in so I could get going in the morning. I picked up the car at 6 all finished and was so thankful. There is no other place for us -- again, cant say enough. You can trust you will be taken care of and not taken advantage of--the reflection of the company name. Thank you

Went to this location last month. 1 service wasn’t done and one done incorrectly. What made it even more unprofessional is when the manager called me to talk about what happened and why I think it wasn’t done. When I was talkative him that there was no sticker in the window and I checked my oil that night he ignored me by talking to a customer in front of him. I had to repeat myself and then he tells me he needs to talk to one of the guys about it and will call me back. It’s been a week....smh

Ive been going here for a couple of years now but this review is for work they did on my wifes Wrangler last year. The engine light was on and they handled that along with an oil change, but it also had a pesky coolant leak that required a few visits to finally resolve. While that may initially sound like a negative due to the multiple trips, it was a non-obvious cause and I really appreciated their persistence as they worked through the issues without extra charges even given their increased time and effort. Dennis and his team did a great job and did right by us, and Im sure theyll do the same for you. Thanks again!

Great experience, went in for comprehensive inspection, was done free of cost and a detailed crisp inspection report was sent to my cell, was amazed with level of clarity in the report. Found that the Issue that my Mazda showroom asked to fix for hefty amount was a non-issue in real, so glad I went in here. Got my four wheel alignment done as well and it drives smooth and steady now.These guys are true to their name ‘honest’ and will recommend a repair only if it’s really needed. And the shuttle service is definitely a bonus.

I went for a pre-purchase inspection and they were backed up. But the owner came out to the vehicle and ran the codes, inspected under the car and even looked under the hood for me. He was so explanatory, professional and extremely helpful! He gave me his honest opinion and kept me from spending thousands of dollars on a lemon even with 45+ cars on the lot to work on today. He took time out of his day to help a random stranger and you don’t see that much anymore. It meant so much that he, as the owner, would help run a basic diagnostic/ pre-purchase inspection when he didn’t have to because they were all clearly really busy! I’d recommend this shop to anyone! This is the second time Ive dealt with Honest-1 in Roswell, and the second time theyve amazed me on their quality of work and customer service. I brought my car in for a transmission fluid replacement and coolant leak investigation. Not only did they do a complimentary inspection of my entire vehicle, letting me know what was OK and what needed attention (and at what intervals said items needed to be addressed), but they called me at every step of the process to let me know what they were doing, what the cost would be, and how much longer it would take. The inspection report was beautifully written up in HTML form so I could view it on my phone or computer, with pictures of my own vehicle for proof/reference of each inspected portion of my car. All needs work items were written up in a quote that was emailed to me for my review, and they didnt try and weasel me into anything when I said excluded those items from my list of items for them to do. They were very reasonable with their prices and how they billed me, so my total bill came out to around the price I was expecting it to be beforehand. With the quote they gave me, I already know how much I will be spending when I bring it back for a tune-up and routine fluid changes. Highly recommend Honest-1 in Roswell!

Im new to the Roswell area and was pleasantly surprised to find a highly rated place relatively close to home. My visit confirmed the ratings were justified. Honest-1 has mastered the art of customer service and, doubtless, that helps explain the many repeat customers I saw enter the facility while I was there. The service department was very busy the day I went for an oil change but they still had me in-and-out much quicker than a dealership would. I appreciated the vehicle inspection report which I received via text message. This is a place where they treat you like a valued customer rather than a number. I respect that.

I had a truck taken in for a pre purchase inspection. The people here took there time and diligently inspected the vehicle to assure me that everything checked out and was up to par. I then took it to the Roswell Honest 1 on Alpharetta Hwy and they fixed my car for less than $300! It works great! They are always so professional and great about finishing the work quickly! Great service by Conrad recently in getting my old car healthy again.

Took a car I wanted to buy here for an inspection, they have a detailed print out of everything they do on their inspection. It is incredibly thorough and they are incredibly trustworthy. I ended up buying the car and am very thankful for the service they provided.

This is the only shop I’ll take my car to. They will text pictures after the diagnostic check of your vehicle to prove everything they are doing and saying. Their prices are competitive, the folks are friendly and professional. Most importantly, as their name suggests, these guys are honest and trustworthy. There’s really nothing more to ask for out of a solid auto mechanic.

Per usual, my experience at Honest-1 was a slam dunk. They’ve added a new software that sent a text of all the safety inspections that were done on my truck and the recommended services needed in the future. There were pictures to document everything proving their “honest” recommendations and services completed. Due to my regular car service with them I was able to present my “money back” coupon with the owner’s personal signature, which cut my bill in half! The staff top to bottom is always very polite and grateful for my business. Check them out if you need a good and fair mechanic.

I had a great experience for an oil change here at Honest-1. I made an appt on the phone with them (super friendly) they took the car quickly and on time, gave me a check in on what the car may need and then we discussed the cost prior to getting to work. Since Nash Chevrolet didnt take my warranty I had to find a new auto place. I took my car for a general inspection because I was heading out of town on a long trip in 2 days. They let me know that same day that nothing “needed” to be done to it. I appreciate the fact that they were honest with me and took care of me quickly.

Honest-1 listened and listened to my description of car issues and found then resolved my issues. They provided a shuttle as well. Nice and clean place. I have only had my car back a couple days but my car just purrs like the day I bought it 7 years ago again!

I made an appointment for Friday at 9:30am for an oil change for my 2019 Kia Sedona. When I dropped it off I was told there was a little bit of a back up and they would get to it as soon as possible. They called me shortly after dropping it off to ask me if I wanted regular oil or synthetic? He explained that it would cost more for synthetic but I told him to go ahead with the synthetic.8 hours and $102.90 (after a $10 discount) later my car was finished.I feel that this is just too long and too much for an oil change. Yes it was thorough, but this is extreme to wait 8 hours for an oil change and pay that much money.I called the dealership where I purchased the car and they quoted me $79 for full synthetic and oil change while I wait.Update: The owner called me to apologize for my experience and offered me a full refund. They always go a great job and everyone is always very nice. I will try them again and see how things go.

Happy with these guys, this was 30% cheaper than the brand mechanic for the same part. They did the work (starter change) in 2 hours whereas it would have taken days with the others.

They have employed a new diagnostic tool which provides regularly updated status of all issues found in the vehicle sent to your phone via text, and service is prompt and professional. Quality parts are used, and you always know exactly where you stand with the repairs.
