Lykins has come to my rescue, and gone above and beyond for me, on several occasions!They were able to get to the bottom of my SUV suddenly losing power, get a flat fixed for me while I was at work, and come to my home when I had a flat on my way out the door to church.I am always impressed with their impeccable service and work ethic. They are quick, they get the job done right, and the car back on the road.I highly recommend this place to anyone needing auto care, tire maintenance, or advice on repairs- they are second to none in my book!

Had a road trip crippling flat tire during a 2k mile RV trip, occurred just outside of Roswell.Lykins got us in once we limped in and got the problem diagnosed, changed the schredded tire as well as two that were potential problems. In and out w three new tires in less than 2 hours with no appt. We felt super taken care of and fortunate that Lykins was open and available to help.Price was reasonable and service on a large Sprinter RV was great. Thank you!!!

Passing through the area with our RV. Had an cab ac leak. Got me in right away, diagnosed to problem and although they were not able to get the part right away to fix it ( had to be ordered and we had to leave that afternoon) the patched us up so we could continue to our next stop for a very fair price. Our tech, Johnathan I believe, was great.

I took my car in to get a new tire, i was standing right next to them well they where doing, and the employ doing my car was tightening the lug nuggets he broke one and they also cracked my rim as they where putting a new tire on it causing my tire to go flat. Then when i went to tell them ab it the guy acted like he did remember it at first then said it was cross threaded so he did remember what he did.

I can’t believe I was charged $19 to fix a flat tire and they charged me because my car has sensors. Not only that but after telling them how many psi the tires took the wrong amount of air was still put in. I got half way home and had to go back because of this. Needless to say I’m not pleased at all.

The Lykins guys were AWESOME!!! All of them were efficient and personable. The service was above the norm. The prices were reasonable. Im a single mom just trying to keep my grocery getter going. The Lykins shop will my go to in the future!

Hard to know what was happening here. I had an appointment set up by their staff, and they said that I would have to drop off my vehicle and return hours later. That was not possible due to the fact that I live 90 miles away and would have had to have another person drive separately at 6am to arrive by 8am.

As a professional I did not have time to take a tire off, run it to the shop, run it back and put it back on. Their mobile tire service saved the day. I went to work and they came to the house and put on a new tire.

Being from out of town, having some major issues with tires, I was in a spot where I could have been taken to the cleaners when it came to prices...but not the case!Bart worked out a solution, tire wise, that was superb. The prices I received for the tires was much better than I expected. And the service & speed of the gentleman that took care of changing the tires was excellent!I very highly recommend Lykins to anyone needing the service....whether you live in Roswell or passing thru town needing help!

These guys absolutely saved my road trip. they were able to squeeze me in same day to have my cv axel replaced. super friendly and prompt service too. very lucky to have found them.

Tire light came on friday. well went inon saturday with just a tire light on. was told they found a nail and needed a patch. upsold me to reprogram all my sensors on my yires. everything was fine and yold when i drove off to drive like 20 minutes and all would reset. no issues. go in two days later as the issue was persisting and ask them to look at what they did. now i supposedly have 3 out of 4sensors out? now it is going to run me $300 for new sensors. something does not seem right. friendly staff and i have been going to shop for years. patched my tire though.

They were able to order an unusual size of Interstate battery for me and call me when it arrived.

Nice people and a nice clean shop. I was passing through Roswell and I needed some maintenance work done on my truck. I was satisfied with the work they did and satisfied with the price. If youre passing through Roswell and you need some work done you should stop here.

These guys are great! I had a mechanical issue with my truck which they repaired for about 1/3 of the estimate i received from another shop which i will not name. It is always good to get a second opinion and thankfully i gave Lykins a try. There customer service was outstanding from the time i checked the truck in until i paid the bill. They lived up to my expectations through the whole process. Technically, they are very capable and honest, they found a leak which caused my ck engine light to come on, instead of replacing components they repaired the hose. The other shop wanted to replace expensive components and the hoses. Great job guys ....i will definitely be a repeat customer. It is very difficult to find a shop who has both great customer service and highly skilled technicians. My experience at Lykins was outstanding and it is in my opinion they have both customer service and very skilled technicians. thanks again guys!!

Got there as soon as they opened. A couple of my tires looked like they were delaminating. Was hoping to make it to Fredericksburg, but still a ways to and not worth chancing a blowout. The Lykins folks got four new Yokohama tires on my truck and I was back at the RV park ready to hook up the trailer. We were off earlier than we usually depart on a travel day. Fabulous service.

My daughter had a blown out tire outside of Ruidoso on a Sunday evening and I could not find anyone in Ruidoso that was open. Bert was the only one that called me back and was quick and professional on getting his service guy out to help my daughter. Would recommend them for sure.

Watch you wallet with these guys.I arrived from out of town only needing tires balanced, which they agreed to do, then it startedOh your tires are worn (keep in mind tires were worn only 1/3 of life)When I told the guy not to worry about it, then all of a sudden there was a perfect half inch cut in the side wall of my tire, which then they wanted to sell me another tire. WRONG. I would sooner walk than trust these guys.

These guys helped me in a pinch and have never let me down. I love this place and will do all my business here!

One guy with a hat was very knowledgable, helpful, and nice. As soon as he passed off my car to another mechanic things went south. I suddenly wasnt allowed to observe my car during repair and he was whipping it around the parking lot and revving the engine. They put conventional oil in the engine that uses synthetic and they replaced my 24000km oil filter after only 8000km and made me pay for the new one after they put it back on. I only mentioned I might need an oil change when I was clear I was there for an alignment. I wish I could have dealt with the one good mechanic mentioned earlier.

Fast and easy. I went to discount tire for a nail in my tire, they told me it couldnt be fixed and wanted to see me a new tire that all together would have cost $150. At lykins, they took care of it no problem and cost me $20. Would recommend.

Called on a Sunday due to having car trouble on our way through NM. They did answer the phone though they didnt have an after hours mechanic. First thing Monday they got on it and worked to diagnose it for 5 or 6 hours. Turned out to be a bigger problem than they could handle,so they gave us their diagnoses,but did not charge us anything.They were honest and up front about things and helped us as best they could. Thank you.

Im from out of state, and all I can say is: Wow! What a great, and knowledgeable bunch of gentlemen. And, they stayed lated to be sure I had a car. I was truly blessed, and am very grateful for their hard work!

The first time I went, staff was friendly and helpful, and fixed the small problems I had and got a couple of tires. Had to go back a few months later with my cars warning lights signaling a problem in the injection system, and also had a bad tire (one of the tires I bought from them) with a bubble on the side and the other tire had a slow leak.They said theyd give my car a service and would have to order new tires in, that it would be 3-4 days, and said theyd fix the slow leak then. After giving them 90$ for the service, went home and the next day I was sitting on a flat tire, and a few weeks later the same engine light came on in my car, and Im sitting here looking for another mechanic before I take my car in again.I sadly dont make lots of money, and when people say theyre going to do work on my car and dont get it fixed right the first time, and when I end up with tires that go bad within a few months, it puts a lot of stress on my shoulders.

Lykins helped me get on the road before bad weather set in. Prices were reasonable, service was absolutely wonderful, and the product (tires) is working well. Will return to Lykins for all my vehicle needs.

Lykins put a starter in my Blazer. Turned out they installed a used starter from somewhere and charged me for a new one. Stay away from these crooks. They are the definition of Bad mechanics and will take advantage of you.
