Ive been bringing my cars to Roswell Auto Center for years. I recently used them for break replacement for my land rover. They finished ahead of time and budget. I was most impressed that they called to check on their work 2 weeks after the service to make sure I was happy. 5 stars from me.

They could have sold me the kitchen sink, but they didnt! In fact, it was quite the opposite. Here is my experience:I recently bought a Suburban with about a billion miles. The check engine light was on when I bought it giving me codes indicating that the air/fuel mixture is running lean. I changed various sensors myself hoping it would fix the problem, but had a strong suspicion it was the fuel pump. After nothing I could do myself worked I took it in and spoke with Carl.Carl is very professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions and did not rush me off the phone. Him and his team provided prompt service testing and confirming my fuel pump is bad. They replaced it quickly, setting realistic time expectations, and sticking to it. I also asked them to look at some other areas of my truck, which they did, and said things are in tip top shape. That was the point at which he could have told me xyz needs replacing, but he didnt. Instead, Carl proceeded to explain little things I can do myself to prolong the life of my vehicle.Its never fun dishing out hundreds of dollars to fix a vehicle, but the team here made the experience very pleasant. On top of that there was a very clear sense of honestly which is extremely rare these days, especially at almost any dealership.Thank you Roswell Auto Center, I will be back!

The gentlemen at Roswell saved me from getting stuck on a long holiday weekend. I cant say enough about how great they were to me. I was over heating and crippled into their shop around noon, Saturday of the 4th of July weekend - 600 miles from home. Instead of packing up and heading home to be with their families, they stayed behind and made sure I was safe and could at least return home to my personal mechanic. I have been stuck before and know how it feels he said, while refusing any type of payment. THANKS Carl & Robert!

Shout out to Roswell Auto for their honesty. My family (parents and now my husband and I) have been going to them since 1994 and we just love them. My husband brought his car in the other day and when they found the problem they opted to tell us where to get it fixed for free (there’s a recall on the part) instead of fixing it themselves and charging us $400. If you ever need car service and live in the area, please consider using them.

Roswell Auto Center is always friendly and dedicated to great service. Call first to see if they are busy if you need to be in a rush, as they dont have appointments. Prices are reasonable and they only do what needs to be done. They will help you with a tow if you need that. They specialize in keeping your car moving for as long and inexpensively as possible.

Had ABS/VDC light and BRAKE light randomly going on and off.also were pretty detailed on the tune up / long travel check on the report.

We used to go to the dealers for our cars. When we moved our business to Roswell Auto, we saw a dramatic cost savings on similar work but also far fewer needed repairs. They are honest and upfront, it may explain why they are so busy. They take a personal interest in each transaction.

Ive been going here for at least 2 years for oil and minor car repairs. I dont have any problems with their pricing or service. However, almost half a million people have died in this country from a preventable disease and no one working here would take the easiest precaution of wearing a mask. I can understand, if not agree with, them taking risks of their own health, but when working in a service industry you cannot take risks with your customers.

Multiple cars over multiple years and theyve never done us wrong.

My husband and I brought our vehicle here to fix a simple issue. Our doorhandle was broken and needed a repair. Our 2016 dodge ram was in PERFECT condition besides the broken door handle. When we got our truck back we instantly noticed that now our truck had a new issue with the door locking. We simply asked for them to fix the mistake that THEY made but they refused and asked for more money. Not a fan of greedy people. I Would spend my money elsewhere where there is better service and your cars are treated more careful.

They have serviced my passenger van fleet (Atlantas Best Van Rental) since 2013. Great people, very friendly. Randall, Robert and Carl are always very helpful and informative about what needs to be done to repair or maintain your vehicle. I strongly recommend using Roswell Auto for all your vehicle maintenance and repairs. Sidenote: I love the camaraderie of the people working there. Waiting in the waiting room and talking with the personnel always reminds me of times gone by - kind of like the Andy Griffith show with Goober(aka Randall), Floyd, Gomer and Barney.

It wasnt horrible, but it wasnt good. Its primarily due to poor customer service. The gentleman who took my payment was just not very friendly. It may be a one-off, it was my first impression, but sometimes thats all it takes.

This has been, hands down, the best experience Ive ever had at an automotive shop. I needed major brake repair, emissions work, and a battery, and they got me in on extremely short notice. Staff is extremely friendly and knows what theyre doing.IMPORTANT: This is a first come first serve establishment, so I highly recommend getting there at opening time. (8am). I will continue to support this business!

I came in for a power steering repair, but thats just routine. What really impressed me was the follow-up. After replacing the pump and appropriate hoses, the fluid continued to drain rather quickly. I brought it in for a follow up, and it was discovered that another repair center had installed a faulty fluid filter above the catalytic converter (a fire hazard), and it was leaking. The technician treated my car as his own by removing the filter, replacing it with a straight tube at my request, and using a cleaner to mitigate any fire hazard. The center didnt charge me anything for the follow-up even though it wasnt their issue to fix. This shows high integrity and commitment to the fundamentals of a good business (referrals). I see why they have such high ratings. Thank you, Roswell Auto. I appreciate your service. I came to you based on a referral, and I will be referring you out as often as possible. Cheers!

I took a Honda Pilot there for a pre-purchase inspection. They took their time to ensure everything was checked properly. I took the car to the dealer who fixed what had been wrong. I took the car back for them to ensure it was fixed, they checked it again and did not charge me a dime. they were very friendly and professional. Their pre-purchase inspection is $60 which is way better than many places around the area.I will definitely recommend them and will do business with them again.

These guys are great. Carl and Robert are honest mechanics. A rarity. Wanted to check the relays on my Honda civic before having the service the AC, so I wouldnt have to pay for it if the problem was small. They printed out schematics and walked me through the fix, so I wouldnt mess it up.The quotes are in line with other shops, and they always do the service quickly.

As a result they have more than enough business to make money honestly serving real needs.Oil changes are little more than the competition, but worth it to know work is done right, and they wont be pushing a few hundred bucks in service work that my car really doesnt need.And finally, I always get a follow-up call about a week after any work theyve done to make sure Im happy and the car is running right. It almost always is.

Their motto of service with honesty and integrity says it all.Overall very pleased with my experience with Robert at Roswell Auto Center.I had a brake issue diagnosed and estimated at a local VW dealer and after the cost estimate ballooned with additional items we took the advice of a friend of my wife that highly recommended Roswell Auto.After a detailed inspection by a very well qualified technician it was determined that the problem of my spongy brakes was a leaking hose between the vacuum pump and the brake booster.Not only was the diagnosis and repair spot on but the overall savings in the repair expense was very significant.Our expense went from a dealer estimate of almost $2000 in questionable repairs to approximately one fourth of that amount.As a first time customer Ill be a long term customer coming back for more Service with Honesty and Integrity.

In the mid 90s I established a relationship with a major Atlanta Tire Company that services cars in addition to tire sales. This company advertises a lot with Atlanta Braves, I trusted them for 22 years. For many years Ive also taken our cars to Roswell Auto Center for emissions testing, paid attention to their services as well as the Ten Commandments rightfully displayed on their lobby wall. Back to the tire company, in December I took my daughters car to them for a battery issue. The company I trusted called and said it was simply a bad battery but, there were are issues with the car. $1,320.00 worth of issues??? I instructed they do nothing and took my car to Roswell Auto Center. The battery issue was being caused by a secondary electronic component, which the tire company later acknowledged they were not capable of diagnosing ( a new battery would have been ruined) and no, the other problems the tire company stated existed in fact did not. Simple Greed or Incompetency on their part - neither are acceptable. My daughters invoice was $244.00 vs $1,320.00. Roswell Auto Center lives the word; Thou Shalt Not Steal

We just moved from out of town and found this gem. Everyone was very professional from Justin, the front desk guy to the mechanics. They told me what needed to be done today and what can wait till later. They physically showed me what my car was doing and never tried to upsale anything. We will be coming back for any repairs in the future!

Do not go here, they tricked my wife into paying about 50 bucks to change an air filter. For those who dont know you can easily do this yourself in 5 minutes for about 10 dollars.Ive been going here for about 2 years and Ill never go back to these thieves.

Honesty. That is what we all want in a mechanic. A few days ago I had an advisor at a Sears Auto Center tell me I needed my ball joints replaced. I was skeptical because the car drove fine and made no suspension noise. I asked Carl at Roswell Auto Center to verify this diagnosis. He did so for free. He told me the ball joints were tight and did not need replacing. They also inflated my spare tire, turning off the tire light. I will be going back to this shop because they were honest with me.

Excellent Customer Service. After some initial confusion Carl went out of his way to make things right. Would recommend to anyone looking for excellent service with integrity.

This was the best service Ive had thus far from an auto repair center. Today I dropped off my car before work to have my alternator replaced. They actually called OReilly and made arrangements to get my replacement alternator even though I was in warranty with OReilly and not with Roswell Auto Center. They exceeded my expectations and expedited the service. When I left work, my car was available for pick up. Great service, especially on a Saturday.
