I cannot recommend this mechanic in good conscious because work never got done on my bike. The mechanic has obviously done good enough work to garner very positive reviews, but this was NOT my experience. I was told dozens of times that work would be started on my bike “soon” and multiple times was given excuses for why work had not been started as promised. 8 MONTH!!! long story short, the shop owner has very poor communication skills and seemed, in my experience, to have more excuses than resolutions. I asked for valve check and adjustment. This never happened. Why did I leave the bike for so long? Because I trusted he would do good work based on reviews. Perhaps he might have. But because he was unwilling to EVER make my bike a priority, even after 8 months of waiting, I finally had to take my bike back....unfinished....unsatisfied....and unwilling to trust him with any jobs again.

Fantastic service by Redbike. I was recommended here by Roseville Honda, and I could not have made a better choice. He did an entire motor rebuild for my 2016 Honda CBR300R. He was very communicative. I got consistent updates letting me know the situation.

This place is fantastic. Stumbled across it on Google Maps and decided to take my CBR1000RR for its 8k mile service because of all the positive reviews. Joe and his crew deserve every single one of the five star ratings. Hes knowledgeable, friendly, and provides great customer service. On top of that, I got a better price than all the other shops I talked to. Definitely going back here again!

Had them do a rush job on a bike. Tires, all the fluids and filters. The owner was very accommodating and the work was good too. They even have a pickup service!

This guy is great. I recently had him change the tires on my bike and had a great experience. He did the change while I was still there and after about 30 minutes was riding of into the sunset on new tires.Ill definitely be bringing my bike back here for future maintenance.

Came in for a very basic item, Turn Signal & Hardware for it. Bracket, Bolts, Nuts. Not very complicated. We had it shipped, Was told it would be 2 days. 3 days roll by with no update, then 5, Then a week. So i call in & was told it would be another few days. Time passes & i show up for my parts only to find a turn signal, No bracket or anything to mount & secure it with. So after ordering the missing items, The bracket arrives with no bolts or nuts. When its on paper & text message multiple times what was needed. Order the bolts, No nuts. Needless to say these “mechanics” are lacking in a few important areas. Common sense being one of them, I cant imagine leaving a vehicle with these “professionals”

Super weird experience. Came in for a tire mount and balance. Walked into his office, he was standing right outside and didnt even acknowledge my buddy and I. We had to come out to talk to him and even then he didnt seem interested in our business. No thanks.

Brought my 93 Vulcan in for a service job with minor repairs. Joe treated the bike excellently, did the work and polished the bike to excellent shine. Then later on whenever I have needed his help or advice on the bike, Joe has consistently been there and went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a mechanic. I highly recommend this shop and Joe to any motorcycle owner.

Absolutely loved it. Needed to change a dying tire in the middle of the trip. Joe even offered to work overtime to put me back to the road.Ended with changing 2 tires, oil and small ECU error cleanup instead.This guy is a skillful mechanic and passionate Ducatista so I dont mind riding 140 miles to his shop to do any major service next time.

Best place to get your tires mounted.

Good guys, motorcycle enthusiasts. The owner is a Ducati guy, but he has another mechanic whos worked on Harleys for years. The service was quick. My speedometer wasnt working after ward (apparently new Harleys speedometers need to reset) and the owner offered to come to my house and check it out instead of me driving back to the shop. I ended up just needing to restart my bike and all was good.

Needed tires and he went out of his way to pick up the tires i needed and installed them within 45 min of me arriving. Good guy and does great work. Highly approve

I had went to redbike in Roseville I ask him how much to diagnose my bike he told me 100 so I paid him & he cant tell me whats wrong I feel played out my money had the bike over 3weeks & is asking for more money to keep looking into lost my battery I had just bought & still tried to charge me any extra couple hundred, at that he didnt even put my bike back together properly Im very disappointed I wouldnt suggest anyone to go to the unorganized dump so called a shop..

Took my bike here for a simple wiring issue and it almost killed me. They took my starter switch housing and break lever bolt off and never secured the bolt and never put back the washer. As a result my brakes were cut off and wrecked on the ride home. Took it to my local shop and the confirmed the shotty work done at this shop. 100s of dollars worth of damage and I almost died. Texted the owner and never even responded. Could have made it right himself. Now Im speaking with attorneys. Avoid this place like the plague, this guy clearly has too much going on to do quality work.

Sucks a misplaced my battery all my pieces I have to purchase my own battery now and it was brand new Chevy service it was there for an entire month he didnt even do the job he was supposed to do diagnose my motorcycle he still couldnt tell me the problem

Dont take your bike here. You wont get it back for a very very very very long time.Im sure hes a nice guy but he is extremely unorganized and cant get anything done because of it.

Joe knows. Period. Hes a well versed man of motorcycles and id feel confident in anything he does with a bike. He knocked out some chain and sprocket work for me and I think that hes going to be my guy for all future work. If a guy can successfully work on Ducati bikes, im sure hed be able to tackle damn near anything. Give up on the big shops. Go with Joe.
