1) Immediate greeting, very welcoming, actually felt like they where happy for the business.2) Job was completed before expected.3) Gave my wife and I tour of facility as our first visit.4) We own 3 businesses and actually use BMW service as our target example to aim for. We have experienced excellent service with our 235i M series and now with the bike. You guys rock! Even and two hours away from us. We expect to use you as our go to Motorbike source.
I was third wheeling for a friend today as the knowledgeable one. She was looking for a newer cruiser, lightweight and entry level. Harrison spent over an hour with us, walking us around and letting us sit on a few different styles to see what fit her best. There was no sales push, just open and honest communication and excellent answers. All questions were directed at my friend, which was exactly as it should be. Cannot thank this man enough for his time and help today! In terms of pandemic safety, everyone wore masks indoors and kept a reasonable distance. It was absolutely comfortable.Ill be back, and Id definitely recommend coming in and checking out their stock!UPDATE: just had my Triumph serviced here, and got it back way ahead of schedule with all work done. Kirk and the team did an awesome job and kept me up to date through the process. Cant recommend this place enough!
The staff was very nice and accommodating. My service advisor, Kirk, was very flexible with my schedule, which I appreciated very much. Lastly, not only did A&S get my motorcycle in tip-top shape; the cleaning detail that was done made it look brand new, which was a great surprise.
I had a great experience at A&S. Randy, Mo, and Marco were all very friendly and informative. From the beginning; Randy was quick to respond to my texts, and Mo had a lot of useful information to share with me regarding my new bike. Marco actually made the financing part enjoyable, not dreadful like I’m used to. So, if you’re shopping for Ducati, BMW, or Triumph bike, I highly recommend this store.
I recently moved from MA to CA, and in the months leading up to my move I worked remotely with David Morton on acquiring a 2021 Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro. We arrived two weeks ago. Last week I pinged David to arrange the purchase. Finally, two days ago, my son drove me down to A&S to pick it up. There was some delay due to customers ahead of me, but no biggie, I checked out the gear and the Ducatis. When it was my turn, I found David friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. So too was the finance department. Before I even arrived my bike was ready to go with all the accessories (panniers, top case, crash bars) mounted and a full tank of gas. Before leaving, David went over the electronics, the bags, the center stand, and all the other components. In short order I was on my way, a very happy customer.Highly recommended.
I wouldn’t think of taking my Ducati to anywhere but A&S Motorcycles, period. From my initial purchase (Harrison) to my dealings with the Service Department (Dave), and the shop (Steve), A&S has always met my expectations. The bottom line? A&S Motorcycles cares about my bike as much as I do. What more could one ask for?
Exceptional customer service and amazing selection of motorcycles. Harrison was awesome and helped me on questions. You can find BMW, Ducati, Royal Enfield and Triumph motorcycle brands here as well as a great selection of riding gear.I am new to riding and came in looking to sit on some bikes and see the variety and maybe get some advice. I was helped by Harrison, he answered all my questions, showed me some bikes, gave me gear and safety tips and sat me on all kinds of bikes to help me get a feel. Very happy to have a helpful environment.
The service and professionalism at A&S was outstanding. David Lumbus was one of the best service managers that I have ever dealt with. He took his time to make sure everything that needed to be done to my F800ST was on mark and then explained everything that A&S would do. This was my first time in A&S to have my new (2007 F800ST) serviced. David took me back and toured the shop, explained their quality control procedures and each of the different service bays. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I would and will highly recommend A&S to my friends and colleagues.
Great service as expectedReally glad Mike is backWouldnt trust anyone else with my 1250
A&S motorcycles is full of incredibly kind and knowledgeable people. They found a really serious safety issue and had it repaired within warranty within a few short days. The dealership is immaculate and everyone I ran into was really kind and helpful. For sure worth whatever drive you have to utilize their service and sales department. They have way more inventory than the surrounding locations and their prices are more than fair.
A&S is a top notch dealership. Their staff was very friendly, professional, and passionate about the bikes they had and their selection was better than most Ive seen. I was helped by Harrison who did an awesome job answering my questions and introduced me to the BMW R9T series which I would highly recommend taking a look at if youre in the market for a bike with a lot of character.
Great communication with Randy and Harrison. They were able to find me a lower rate after the first finance company approved me. This is my 3rd purchase from A&S and the transaction has always been smooth. There is another dealership closer to me but I choose to deal with A&S instead. Customer service and communication was top notch. 👍
A&S was awesome they not only made sure all my questions were answered but went the extra mile to show me there dedication to outstanding customer service. I will be back thats for sure.
Had to bring my 08 BMW RT in on a trailer for two recalls. Recalls completed and $40 reimbursement for the trailer I rented. They even cleaned my bike. Positive experience. Everyone was very friendly. Thanks
Been buying parts and riding gear from this dealership for many years, but finally purchased a motorcycle from them recently. Total 5 Star experience all the way around. Randy has a great crew, and Mo was very insightful with his knowledge. I appreciate the great attitudes and service from all. Ive purchased a dozen bikes in the last 20 years, and this was my best experience. By far. Thank you.
I took my 2021 Multistrada V4S to A&S Motorcycles yesterday to have the active cruise control and blind spot detection activated. This was my first time visiting the shop and I had a great experience. David, one of the service advisors, got my bike checked in right after I arrived and then gave me a tour of the shop and motorcycle sales area. Their shop and sales area are impressive. David also introduced me to a few people in sales and service. I decided to wait for my bike and they had a nice area to stash my gear. They also have a comfortable waiting area in the Triumph show room where I was able to work off my laptop while I waited. Obviously it was also fun to walk around and look at all of the new bikes. When my bike was ready David ensured I understood the changes made to my bike and made sure I was good to go. I will be back there again in a few weeks for the 9k mile service.
Great people in all departments. Service dept was good and fast on my GS. Parts and merchandise were very helpful. And sales was very friendly and professional, even though I didn’t buy a motorcycle.
A&S Put on two new tires, changed the oil, and repaired an auxiliary light on my BMW K1600GT. People at A&S were helpful pleasant and efficient.Regarding repair of the auxiliary light, I had taken the auxiliary light off to see if I could repair it myself; I could not. However, the clamping support used to hold the auxiliary light appeared to me to be in good shape but it was replaced (part #46638535971) - don’t know why.
The staff at A&S Motorcycles is top notch across the board. From sales, parts, service, and financing, all their departments are very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I just purchased my sixth motorcycle from them and looking forward to future purchases. Im very fortunate to have such a great motorcycle shop to do business with.Regards,Very Happy Customer
I moved two hundred miles from Roseville and had come back to town on a Saturday morning. I needed some work done on my bike before I could take it on the road. I needed a lot of work to get done in one day. I was worried about A&S’s service department being able to complete all tasks needed, but they came through as promised! Very helpful and friendly personnel. Thanks
A&S has the best staff. Competent sales and service staff. They truly care about the customer. A big shout-out to David in sales for going above and beyond to deliver my new bike. I showed up later than I expected to pick it up which unfortunately caused him to stay an hour past closing as he covered all the features. Another shout-out to David in service for his attention to my service needs, and Steve for his professionalism and honesty in test riding my bike for a handling issue with it.
Love this place. Whether I’m buying or servicing a bike here the staff is always super friendly, helpful, and professional. I was told my last service would take up to 4 hours, they were done in under 2. While a wash wasn’t part of the service, it would have been a 5 star exceeding of expectations.
I am a bit over due with writing this review.... I bought a used 2016 R1200GS Adventure from A&S in the middle of August. Randy and Mo were excellent to work with. I brought in my Harley Road Glide which had exhaust and air cleaner modification which put it outside of California CARB requirements, long story short A&S couldnt take in the trade but worked with me to find a local buyer. Randy handed me over to Mo Maduro to work through the balance of the purchase - Mo is very knowledgeable about all things motorcycles and has a book out to help new buyers figure out what bike fits their style best. After riding Harleys for 20 years, I cant believe I didnt make the switch earlier to a bike that has actual suspension, agility, power and technology - a convert to BMW for sure. Give A&S a shot, they wont disappoint.Kevin
I had a phenomenal experience at A&S back in October of 2020. I met up with a friend of mine who was picking up her bike from service the night we were headed out for a cross country ride. Jeff picked her up from the airport and got us taken care of even though we were past hours at the shop. Jeff was extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process. If I was a local this would be my go to shop but they definitely got us off to a great start for what turned out to be a life changing trip. Much love from the East Coast and I see you when Im back that ways.
This is a very well run dealership where all employees are friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy. My experience has been quite positive and I would recommend A&S to anyone who is interested in a quality experience.
I had my bike serviced yesterday. Everything was great. They kept me informed, people were great, great experience. Bought my bike there and I have the same comments. Great to do business with. Thank you.
I worked with David M. who is great guy with great advice. Everyone is very helpful and they will even take you on a demo ride to make sure the bike you think you want is what you actually want. The only advice I have is give yourself time. If you are trading in a bike and/or getting financing it will take several hours so just plan on that. If you pay cash with no trade you should be in and out in about 2 hours though.
I came in thinking I needed new brake pads and your inspection showed a different problem that saved an unneeded pad replacement. In addition, I was advised of a warranty issue that should resolve an issue I’ve experienced. Though I didn’t have any work done yesterday, I was very pleased with the service experience.
The best dealership when it comes to these European bikes. Quick service too. I have some minor problems with my bike, operator’s fault. They got me in without an appointment and fixed it quick. First class services. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend this place.
Walked in without an appointment to get a tire mounted and balanced off the bike. Kirk was awesome, had it done for me in probably an hour or less. These guys really try to do what they can for you.
Edit: they have reached out to me and offered to warrenty the part.Everything was going great with this place until I needed help with my mirror. Bought a brand new bike. A bolt was damaged from the factory and I didnt notice until I tried to take it off. It was an Alan head bolt and looked like it was almost stripped during assembly. I tried to get it off, but didnt know it was a reverse thread. When the already damaged bolt started looking like it was going to strip worse, I stopped and asked them for help. They refused to warrenty a $2 bolt on a 28k bike. Not believing me that the damage was there beforehand. Shame.
A&S provide great service and always do there best to meet your expectations. They always clearly explain the work and what they will do ahead of time with upfront pricing. The service team and sales team are always friendly, respectful and understanding. You get a sense they are genuine and care about your concerns or service needs.
I went to A&S for my latest motorcycle purchase simply because they had what I wanted on the showroom floor. Because of the experience I had, I will never go anywhere other than A&S again. From the initial phone call to the experience of buying, they were nothing but top notch. My salesperson, Harrison, gave me his total attention from start to finish and everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly. No high pressure upsale with financing and they even loaded and secured my BMW in the bed of my truck for the ride home to the Sierras. Ive purchased many motorcycles from many different dealers all over the Bay Area but A&S has my loyalty and business going forward.
I went in for my 7500 mi service on my ducati scrambler 1100 sport and it took 6 weeks to get my bike back. They called me on a Saturday for pickup but I had to work so I told them I would pick it up Tuesday. I took time off work to pick it up and they still didnt have it ready. I waited and when I rode it home it was a terrifying ride home. The front end was shaking at 70+ mph. I used to go 100+ with no issues. I dont know what I should do at this point but Im not going back there. $2285 was the charge by the way.
Great team here at A&S. Bought a 2021 bmw s1000rr from Harrison there. He is great to deal with and helpful. Bike was a 6 month wait since bmw couldnt seem to keep up but Harrison never pressured me to stay in the deal or get out of it. They helped me with many things up to this first service and Jeff was also great.Overall whole team and facility is very customer oriented and will do whatever is needed to make any issues right.Great experience there at A&S Moto
I just had my BMW 1200GS serviced by A&S. I purchased my motorcycle there in 2012 and have always had them service my bike. They are a very professional and highly competent operation. This is the fourth BMW motorcycle I have purchased from A&S.
Good place, I like there show room cleanParts department are staff are super nice.Maybe soon getting another Triumph street triple.
I had been looking for a new helmet for my wife. We had looked high and low as she is difficult to fit and the helmets were either to loose in the cheek pads or they created and presure point that was very uncomfortable. We stopped into A&S and spoke to Cole, who we found knowledgeable and very helpful. Cole suggested a Shoei Helmet since the crown pad inside the helmet or the cheek pads could be swaped out for another size. A few minutes later, Karen and I were walking out of the store with a beautiful new Shoei helemt that fit perfectly! We road a few hundred mile and it fit comfortabliy!
I visited A&S in September 2020 with my lady. I wasnt a serious buyer at this time and was still awaiting my MSF course. I spoke with Randy and exchanged a couple of emails afterwards. During our correspondence, I had informed him that I had purchased a Moto Guzzi from a competitor (EG Powersports). Randy was very professional in his response, congratulating me on my purchase. Fast forward....MSF course completed, M1 endorsed, and 600 miles on my Guzzi; I am now realizing that I need to upgrade.I decided to give A&S a shot for my next purchase based on their professionalism and service offerings. I met with Harrison who was great to deal with. I test rode a couple of bikes and settled on the Ducati Multistrada 950S. I couldnt be more thrilled with the upgrade, as well as the end of the model year pricing and rebate.Three days later I returned to give them some stock parts from my trade-in. They had a great deal going on a Ducati Scrambler, so I purchased it (through Harrison again) for my girlfriend. Harrison, Michael (finance), & staff once again made us very happy. There is a certain old school business etiquette still present at A&S which is absent from most businesses these days. I have no real complaints about EG Powersports, but A&S just seemed to really hit the nail on the head in a lot more areas. Randy sits by the front door and greets everyone. Randys no nonsense demeanor communicates, the buck stops here, and lets you know that they run a tight ship. You dont see any employees goofing around or attached to their mobile devices. A&S is a well oiled machine. Their policies & work ethic inspired confidence in me as a customer and make me want to continue to do business with them in the future, to include handling my service needs.Thank you,Keith Chelini
Great service and excellent communication. I think the reimbursement for Uber/Lyft is over and above what any other dealer offers. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I wish all businesses were run as well as A&S Motorcycles.
We bought a motorcycle from them and several weeks after we seen a problem with it .we try to have it fix somewhere else in a shop and they said they would not touch it .. so I contacted the shop and I told them the problem and they came to pick it up.. I just want to thank them because they came and fixed it and they were very friendly about it !!!!! I give them five stars
We’ve only dealt with the shop in the past when we were in the area .we live 81 miles away .but it’s worth it .and in a pinch they always seem to have what we wanted . Ie: California style brake lines on a 74 custom R90 fresh new windshields for a 1250 gsaand then their inventory their overstock of inventory on parts on the bling for clothing and accessories not just trademark BMW gear or competition of KLIM or other makes or brands .for any type of parts modern motorcycle or classic .The staff oh my what fault in a happy crew every person is respectful knowledgeable helpful .A real team environment customer service outstanding thank you Kirk Randy Bob and our favorite Aline or was it Elaine sorry kid .Thank you all for the inter action thank you all for the service on the two 1250 GS is and a four tires you put on for us - I just wanna point out when you book an appointment to put in tires and you show up and they have the tires in stock at the time of your appointment with none of this “I think I might have your tire in”, from brand ex dealership .And oh my God when you guys brought up the recall action for my brake calipers on both bikes when we’ve been dealing with this on to previous notices from another dealership that kept blowing us off !wow thanks for looking out for the customerYou Floored us on suppling and covering the car rental thank youI was impressed by just the cleanliness in organization and work space, hell I meet the sweetest nicest person doing the housekeeping in the restrooms . Can we say attention to detail. And can I see everybody was really humble everybody was really upbeat everybody treated us with great respect .I have truthfully been satisfied with them resourcing and sourcing out the product to get it to me whether they got it at their shop or they mailed it to me directly I am impressed.
Friendly, accommodating and efficient best describes my latest service work at A&S. Patient and helpful when I called afterwards with questions.
A&S has been my Go To place for many years, and they have always been friendly and honest. Ive owned 14 BMWs going back to 1972, so I know a good dealership when I find one. Their one of the Best!Al Olseen
Ive been looking at the new BMW R1250GSA for a while now, I went in to look prior to the COVID thing took over. Randy has continued to reach out via e-mail just to check in and to keep me informed. When I went in to meet with Randy in person he was a true professional, he was transparent and honest in his dealing with me all while keeping his distance to ensure safety. Randy also made sure I purchased the exact bike, with all the options I wanted and made sure I knew how to operate all of it prior to leaving. It is obvious that A&S Motorcycles is passionate about all things motorcycle, from Randy on the sales side, to Chuck on the test ride, to Mike in parts (he knows his stuff) and Mike in the Finance Office, everybody was a true pleasure to work with.Thank you to you all!Scott
#1 Place for all things BMW/Ducati/Triumph in greater Sacramento area. Bought a Triumph and a BMW from them and have my vehicles serviced there for all things. Art in service department is outstanding. Randy in sales is top notch and I forget the guy back in accessories/parts, but he rocks too.
A&S is the best. From great, not too pushy sales staff to informative and patient service staff, I feel welcomed and well taken care of. Kirk, especially, rocks the service department. Hands down a fantastic operation.
I purchased a pre-owned Ducati from a private individual about a year ago. Even though I did not purchase this vehicle from A&S they have still embraced me as family. Thats honestly what it feels like each time I get the opportunity to go there, like family. Specifically Harrison and Art are the gentlemen that I go to for information and help. Theyre both very knowledgeable and I trust them. In general the dealership has been top notch and I always recommend it to fellow riders. Way to go A&S!Joshua Pettus
Great staff, plenty of stock....good vibes! Was not hounded or followed around desperate for a sale.
Fairly quick turn around for the amount of people that were there when the shop opened...I had a wheel off tire change...I think they even cleaned my wheel...will go back..Went back on 28sep21..for the front tire change...ditto on the service..they even let me know the tire I brought in was 5 yrs old..even though I just bought it online
Absolutely the best Duc Sales and Svc ever. Randy and Harrison del my new 2021 Ducati Fasthouse Desert Sled Scrambler impeccably! They are caring, reasonable, listen and completely came through, making the 200 mile jaunt so well worth it!
These guys were great. Spent the time, before, during and after the sale. Just took care of me. Did the extras. Great facility. I flew up from L.A. and rode the bike home, and every aspect of the process was top notch. Loving the bike and that I gave these guys business that they earned. Well done.
Nice dealer with a lot of nice people, BUT, the service department WILL try to rip you off. Exercise common sense, critical thinking, and a good amount of skepticism when it comes to pricing. $65 to read your check engine code and you need to schedule an appointment. ~$200+ to diagnose a check engine light. I guess that means looking the code up and figuring out what the issue is if any. Frankly, I expected the code to be read for free on the spot and then an immediate estimate of what it would cost to confirm the fault (find the faulty part) and repair/replace it. Major service WILL cost you an arm and a leg and they don’t check or lubricate everything that’s on the list. In fact, my coolant level was low when I got the bike back and they used incorrect body panel bolts to bolt it back together. I still have two bolts that aren’t quite long enough. I picked up some coolant, took the panels apart and topped it off myself. I still have no idea why they installed incorrect bolts. Don’t expect them to clean and lubricate you chain when you do major service. Even if you are paying them over $1k for this service (much more if the valves actually need adjusting). I got a check engine light about 3k after their service. I’ve ridden to Death Valley (total trip 1500+ miles) and took the bike through the valley off road with no issues after I returned. I also went to Oregon and back 2up with my wife on a 3-day road trip before I took the bike in for major service. No issues before and it’s the first time I visit this dealer for service. You know that saying, “If you want it done right, do it yourself?” It definitely applies here. Needless to say, I found my OBD2 scanners and will be replacing the brake pads, chain, sprockets myself. I already picked up a wheel balancer on Amazon and tools to replace the tires. Worked beautifully and I have the satisfaction and peace of mind that it was done PROPERLY! I know the dealer has to make money, but man, that doesn’t mean they need to nickel and dime you or charge you some insane price just to diagnose the issue. I commute daily on my bike, 500+ miles per week. I would be happy to have them do my oil changes, filter changes and tire changes but not if they are going to charge me like they do. Like I said, a lot of nice people work there, but that doesn’t mean they have your best interests in mind. Exercise caution.
My experience was very good with the purchase of my new Triumph Motorcycle. My sales representative David Morton was extremely personable and attentive to my questions and needs. He was never distracted and gave me his utmost attention. It was obvious he was proud of the dealership and gave me a detailed tour and introduced me to various department staff before even committing to the sale.Since the purchase, I have been contacted by numerous members of the staff to follow up on my satisfaction. I look forward to a long relationship with this dealership and highly recommend you take a look hereThank you A&S
Top notch service department! The shop caught a major issue on my motorcycle when it was brought in for a routine tire change. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally.I wont use anyone else for my motorcycle PMCS.Thank You A&S!!!!
I have been a loyal customer of A&S Motorsports for over 30 years & have purchased 5 BMWs from them. They have expertly preformed all of the services on all of my bikes. When ever I have had a question especially with the new systems they are always there to help this 87 year old dog learn new tricks. 😃👏
A&S has been fantastic from the moment I started shopping for my bike. From Harrison’s no pressure sales experience to the help you receive from the service department with every follow up. Every aspect of the A&S team is top notch. Sales and maintenance/service are simple 5 star.
My bike died out on hwy5 after 6 hours a tow finally arrived to tow the bike to Fresno BMW, it sat there for 4 days.Randy at A&S offered to go get it. They worked on it for a week found the issue and returned the bike it perfect working order and even washed it
Well, they must be doing something right, I just bought my 6th motorcycle from them. David, Mo and Randy treated me right, as usual.
Great job in servicing my 1200GS. Art kept me informed about charges. Great job to a great dealership.
My brother Jesus and I walked in yesterday and we found the perfect bike for him with our salesman David. Being that we are experienced riders we wanted to be sure it was the bike for him so we left to test out a few more bikes at Sac Harley. We didn’t like anything at Sac Harley so we returned to this dealership to buy. We sat down with David again to discuss pricing and asked again if there was anything he could do with the price. He became incredibly rude and disrespectful. We were ready to buy the motorcycle had our bank preapproval and had every right as customers to inquire regarding price negotiation. We ended up walking out and leaving credit app on his desk because of how rude and disrespectful he was and decided to go check out other dealerships next weekend to buy. Doesn’t matter how much we loved the bike it’s not worth being disrespected. Terrible dealership. Sacramento Harley had such amazing customer service we were sad they didn’t have anything we liked. If we could we would have bought something yesterday from Harley. Don’t bother coming to this dealership.
Amazing people had to find a new dealership to service my 5 triumphs, A&S under promised and over delivered. Art and Jeff handled everything to a tee! One great happy costumer over here! Can’t wait to actually buy a bike from them !
I worked with Mo in sales and he was really great. The staff was super friendly, literally everyone I passed said hello and/or offered me water. I was in and out of the dealer in a few hours and my purchase experience could not have gone better. Thanks guys!!Update: After two months, the motorcycle I purchased developed a coolant leak. I made a call on Christmas Eve to A&S and I was really surprised they were willing to take me in right away. They repaired the leak; seals, gaskets, fluids were all covered under warranty. Great sales and great service teams here at A&S. This gives me confidence to go back for my next motorcycle purchase.
I was still jumping from one motorcycle to the next. There was a demo day in Sacramento and decided to head up (reside in Newark) with my brother to finally decide on which one to get. The Vulcan S was a comfortable bike but I was not thoroughly pleased. Decided to check out A&S Motorcycles since they offered a sort of demo day, basically letting you try some of their bikes. The team was courteous and accommodating (still being indecisive here) and let me try the Ducati Diavel. My guide didnt only let me try the bike but let me open her up on the freeway! I was hooked and sold. Getting the bike was even smoother. My sales guy was very informative and answered any questions I had. Being a new rider (switching from a sport bike to a cruiser type), opted for vehicle delivery. Got to meet the GM and he too was a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to the roads ahead on my Diavel. Thanks again A&S Motorcycles team for the smooth and easy purchase.
Kirk and Kylen did a great job getting my ‘07 R1200RT ready to ride again after it sat in the garage, unused, for a year. All work was completed to my satisfaction on time and the bike was returned cleaner than I left it.
Quality of service was 5 star. My bike runs well and like new.
What a great experience! I have had several BMWs in my riding history, a 2000 RT and a 2004 CLC. Missing my RT, loving the comfort of the CL but wanting something more sport oriented I settled on a K bike. David helped me work through my though processes to be sure I was looking in the right direction. He listened carefully to my descriptions of my riding experiences, likes, dislikes, and overall goals in a new bike. He worked hard to be sure that I was going in the right direction and didnt just sell me a bike - he made sure I was getting the the right bike for me. When we went on a test drive I fell in love with the GT and now I cant stop smiling! I am more than sure that I made the right decision and my thanks goes out to David and all the A&S crew!
So Indy came up with something when I did that road skill at Lake Tahoe last week. He started misfiring and lacking throttle response. he kinda was in a bad mood all day. Then around noon- loss of mid range power by at least 50%. No lights, no warnings, nothing. Electronics on those modern Ducatis is a big deal and I was really worried that this is going to be deep down there, so I dropped it off at A&S Motorcycles in Roseville. Not just because I ran lots of seminars there- mostly because I know they know their stuff! I couldnt have make a better choice, cuz issues like that can end up like the search for the needle in a haystack. They were busy as hell but took the bike in right away for substantial diagnostics... nothing to be found. Next day, they wanted to eliminate the little stuff before contacting Italy and found that the evap canister was topped out with gas- bypassed it and the problem was found. The needle was found but ordering parts would take weeks, so Randy Felice authorized to take out a canister from a new bike to donate it Indy. I mean... if this isnt showing flexibility on a high level, then I dont know what else!!! Top notch techs, top service and flexibility when needed. BRAVO!Can, Superbike-Coach Corp
Great customer service, first class operation!
We like this dealership. They are helpful with out being pushy 🙂.
Terrible experience with incompetent salesmen.Do not try to buy a motorcycle here unless you have an 800 credit score and make several hundred thousand dollars a year. My friend went in with his girlfriend to buy a bike for around 8k. They make well over 6 figures and both have over 700 credit score. They came with the intention of putting 2k down on the bike and financing the rest. Then they were told they had to put 50% down because of the financing company which they were happy to do. Still they decided that wasn’t enough and sent them packing with no bike. Mo, the salesman was nice but couldn’t get his numbers right and seemed to not know what he was doing in regards to the financing portion of the sale. Still can’t wrap our heads around how over 6 figure combined salary and great credit scores couldn’t finance a motorcycle worth less than 10k. Not to mention the finance company they use (the only company they use no other options) had them set up for a 16% interest rate! Insanity, do not give them your business.
My service appointment for a fuel pump recall couldnt have gone more smoothly.
Excellent service through and through. Just got my first bike here. There was no push, just answers to any questions that I may have thrown their way. David was a great salesman. I dont like to call him that, but not sure what else it should be. David was a very informative and chill guy. Made the whole experience fun. Logan at the parts desk was a nice guy to work with. Great sense of humor and very informative with all my questions about gear. This will be where I go for all my riding needs. Thanks!
They have a 2018 KLR 650. Which initially cost about $6,000. And now it is used and no warranties. And they still want $6,000 for a bike you could go to your Kawasaki dealer and buy for $6,500 brand new no miles full warranty if you have any problems Kawasaki is going to help you a&s well you can assume what theyre going to doIf you are trading in your motorcycle make sure you get sticker price because that is what theyre going to ask for it
Kirk was my service advisor. He was very helpful and also shared info about my bike and what to look out forThank youChris
I bought a new BMW R 1250 GS Adventure from A & S Motorcycles this past Saturday. It was one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had. My sales Associate David Morton did an outstanding job of making sure I was very comfortable with the process and features of my new bike. I would strongly recommend A & S to anybody looking for a new motorcycle!
Best service and show rooms that Ive ever seen!! Was offered something to drink multiple times while we were there. We were shown everything, from all their show rooms, to the company wall with the companys history on it, to the mechanics that are all trained thoroughly on all the bikes they service. Definitely worth checking them out!! We will go back in the near future.
It’s a busy time of the year! I brought my bike in Thursday evening, hoping to get it back in a week or so... Friday Kirk called, said that the tires were about due. Recommended Michelin Pilot 4 GT’s. My Beemers have always worn Metzelers, he said I’d like them. Saturday afternoon they sent me a Uber to pick it up!Sunday I did a 325 mile backroads trip that took me up above Stirling City. The only downside was a 60 something long haired employee of A&S who was borderline rude. I hope he was just having a bad day.
Wow!! They have very awesome looking bikes!! I walked in looked around I saw the bike I wanted!! And ready buy!! BUT no one approached me!! They all walked around and looked at me. Am I to flag someone down to talk?? Wow!! Lost a saleHahaha
This is specific to the Service Department. They were friendly, helpful, informative, and quick. I dropped off my Speed Twin for service, and I got it back the next working day! Shout out to Art for his time and AWESOME customer service! Oh did I mention UBER... seriously A&S is next level!
The sales rep we spoke with was very helpful. Definitely will be going back to him when we’re ready to buy a Triumph!
We have been BMW Motorcycle riders for many years, but were on a long hiatus. It was time to rekindle our love for bikes so off to A & S where were greeted at the door on a rainy day by David Horton. We talked bikes for a bit and decided on our new ride. David took great care of us throughout the entire experience. Randy kept in contact with us as we were getting our funds together and Jeff Hanrahan went the extra mile...literally. Thanks guys for getting us back in the saddle.
Brought my Ducati in for a service and a warranty issue. The staff keeps you in the loop and communicates clearly and keep promises.. Keep up the the awesome work Art and friends!!!!
Professionally competent in every way. I get my 2016 BMW R1200GS serviced here annually with no problems due to their BMW certified technicians.
Ive taking my 1200GS here for services and warranty related issues. They are always helpful and pleasent. Kirk in particular has always been really nice to deal with.
I just bought my 14th motorcycle from A&S Motorcycles (5th one from A&S) - 2018 R1200GSA Rallye.I started coming to A&S in 2003 when I bought my first BMW - a 2003 K1200GT in dark metallic blue. Fast forward over 15 years and I’m purchasing a 5th bike from them. It has been rumored by many that the reason customers keep coming back is the free coffee (they just started brewing Starbucks, BTW)... Or perhaps it’s the doughnuts on Saturday morning after meeting up for breakfast with other like-minded motor-heads beforehand at Susie’s... But I think it’s their people. When you can retain long-term great people in your staff who work so hard everyday to make sure you are taken care of and satisfied with your purchases, service, or inquiries, you’ve got a winning combination.
I have been dealing with A & S since 1999. First as a CHP Motor Officer and now with my personal bike. The employees at A & S have alway been OUTSTANDING. They are courteous, kind, friendly, and most of all knowledgeable. Of course they are expensive $$$$$. You are talking top of the line motorcycles, so you always get what you pay for. To get that Hello Bill when you walk in the door, from Val. It means the world.
Staff was welcoming and kind. Always knowledgeable and helpful.
I ordered a item that was listed as in stock from them on line. Payed 186 bucks. I get notification the part is ready to ship. I live close to here so I figured if I hurry down there I can probably pick it up. So I drive out to the shop and to my surprise the item is not in stock and they need to order it and wait 3 or 4 days. Turns out they sent an email shortly after the one saying its ready that they actually didnt have it in stock. So basically they misrepresented the availability of the part to get my money. Well Im still riding with my clunky front end would have ordered it else where had I know they didnt have it. But they were not upfront about that. They got three stars because the people that work there were very nice and they did send me a message about it i was just to excited and rushed down there before I read the second one.
This was my first service on my new F900XR that I got from A&S. The service was great! Kirk was very helpful. He got me set up with an Enterprise rental while my bike was getting service which helped tremendously. Ill be back again when my next service is due.
I bought a motorcycle on 616 2020, Harrison was amazing, my complete trust in this guy. He represented A&S BMW very well. He took me seriously as we corresponded through the emails went through the specifics from my credit and also was very prescriptive when we went through the paperwork for the purchase. He was just as confident when he reviewed the motorcycle and had everything set up. I look forward to buying my next motorcycle and dealing with Harrison, thanks A&S for a great BMW K1200 GT!
I had a small oil leak on my Multistrada and decided to bring the bike to my local dealer near Santa Rosa for inspection. However the dealer didn’t find any leaks on the bike and charged me $160.00 for the inspection BUT the leak didn’t disappear after I rode the motorcycle back home. So I call A&S and Randy took care of my concern right away and followed up with me along the way by providing information and answer all my questions super fast!! Kudos to the Kirk from service for taking care of the leak and delivered the motorcycle as promised!! Thank you Randy and staff for your impecable service and commitment to client satisfaction you guys are awesome!!!Justin.
Just bought my first BMW r1200gs and they made it so easy. I’m so excited for my new bike and so happy with the experience A&S motorcycle. Thank you!
I work in the Bay area and there are several dealers closer to me but A&S consistently goes above the call to justify my continued support.
