Austin helped us purchase my first bike! He was great! He answered all our questions, and helped us deal with the financing side of things which was a bit of a pain due to having a protective freeze on my credit. Throughout the process Austin communicated clearly, and was knowledgeable, and friendly. At the end of it we even put a deposit down for a second bike for my husband. It was great experience and will definitely be going back to Roseville Honda Motorsports and Austin for any future purchases.
Austin was awesome at Roseville Honda. I’ve been riding motorcycles for 50+ years and was not sure about a bike I loved, the African Twin. Austin explained the new transmission and all the features that were available. The next day it was a go. I’ve added the African Twin to my fleet of bikes and love it. The sales team is awesome.

Specifically to their service department.I’ve purchased three motorcycles from Roseville Power-sports in the last year. They have had my 2020 450l for three months and still have not finished the work in the work order. Your teams communication is poor and disrespectful to the point of dishonesty. It’s a shame. You’ve got a great location and a nice building full of amazing machines. Too bad your service team can’t keep up with your well trained sales guys.I won’t shop here again and I’d recommend others to spend their hard earned money at an establishment that cares. These guys don’t.

Came in today for new bars for my motorcycle for more of an upright ride. Josh (cool dude) turned me towards some risers. After some diligent checking on his part, I purchased the risers. I got home, installed them. They fit perfectly and did exactly what I wanted. I went on an hour long ride and it was such a big difference I had a stupid grin on my face. Thanks Josh! Desirae was hilarious at the register.
Very hard place to do business.. Very overpriced, rude owner. I tried for 2 years to buy a GoldWing from them. They were adding on a ridiculous dealer pack on top of the full MSRP. I ended up going to the Bay Area and bought one. When I called to get a price on new tires they gave me a price of $661 for a set of Dunlops that I can but anywhere else for $220 less which I did. If you call their service department they can NEVER take care of anyone within a reasonable amount of time. They obviously do not care about the customers. I co-manage a group for Motorcyclist with almost 1,000 members. I cannot find anyone that likes this dealership. I hope they go out of business and the area gets a dealership that is focused of customers need. I miss the Old Carmichael Honda, they knew Customer service.

Ordered a chain and sprokets from parts. Asked if i wanted stock replacements, Yes. Tried to sell me an after market chain for over $200. Opted for stock at $120. Made an apointment 2 weeks in advance, they quoted $225 for labor. I got there at 9am. Was provided paperwork and estimate for $376 in labor. They didnt know why it was quoted lower and asked who told me that. 1 hour for the chain and 1 hour each for the sprokets? After they had the chain off i dont think it takrs an an hour for each sproket. After sitting on the lot untouched for over 2 hours, and 5 1/2 hours later it was ready. Asked to see the old parts and they showed me. They stated that the rear sproket was installed backward. It was them that had replaced it last. Oh! He says. Not the first time I have been screwed by this company. Oredered me the wrong rear tire in the past. Didnt have my parts for spark plug replacement, and all the waiting after making an appointment. If you cant keep the apoin, tell me! The owner acknowledged me after i paid on the way out, only siad all done? At this point i just walked by him. I will find another place to take my business and when it is time to buy another Honda, I will yake my $ elsewhere. Terrible expierenceSI am an every day rider with over 80k miles. I

The building seemed just thrown together. No one offered to help and were too busy to talk about a motorcycle for sale, didnt even attempt to make contact, ask if I needed help or mention they someone would help me at Amy time.Then have me a brake lever when I purchased a clutch lever.

Jereme was absolutely wonderful. We came in to buy a 50 (like getting out deposit to take one from the next shipment home) for our 2 year old when he suggested looking at the motorized Stacyc bikes. We are SO happy with the suggestion, it is a perfect stepping stone before putting our little guy on a big boy bike. I called three different places to get a scooter for my wife. The first person didnt bother to reach out, not a single call back. Second place confirmed to call back in 45 mins, again same result as the first. Then I called Roseville Honda my thrid pick. Not only did they have what I wanted, they got it ready for me within the hour. And all this was done over the phone.James the salesmen was super nice and friendly. What I like the most was he was honest and he gave me a break. He even helped me load and tie down my scooter.The wait wasnt long, the only issue for me was the check machine didnt take my check. I had to run to the bank get cash. It wasnt too bad, nor was it their fault. Some banks allow it some dont.They have a huge selection of products, you wont be disappointed. And of course, if they dont have what your need, they can always get it.If you want to save time call before going there. And know what you are looking for.5 🌟 cause this place is awesome. I definitely recommend this place.

DONT STAND BY THEIR PRICES AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...Its almost like they dont want to sell any bikes. Spoke with JP about a price on a bike, and he kept on telling me he would call me back. I called him and asked if he could email me the price, but he said he couldnt. Keep in mind, I was told multiple times that he would call me back, but he never did. Any contact we had, I would always have to reach out to him.After a week and multiple tries to reach out to JP, we agreed on a price that was approved by the sales manager. He said he would call me back about financing, but once again he never did. I left multiple messages trying to reach him but to no success. After another week passed, I finally got a hold of him, but at this point I was seriously wondering if they even wanted my business.I finally went in the store to get a purchase agreement and they had changed the price we had previously agreed on. JP said there was nothing he could do. Mind you, WE were waiting on him this whole time. Extremely ridiculous. Talked to Dana and he said he wouldnt honor the original price JP and I had already set.I now understand why they dont email pricing, because when you get in there the first thing out of the owners mouth is do you have anything in writing?Incredibly disappointing considering weve been long time customers of his for over 20 years, back when they were Carmichael Honda. This includes all the bikes weve bought from him and the maintenance weve had done at their shop. Its obvious to see they dont value long time customers, so I dont see why they would give a damn about new customers. Really saddening to see. If you want a dealer that doesnt care about you and doesnt stand by their prices, then Roseville Honda is the dealer for you.

I inquired about a 2020 CRF250F in May and put money $200 down a few weeks later and received my bike in November. It took a long time to get the bike which is why I gave a rating of 4/5.The sales associate who sold me my bike is named John Paul Hartel, JP. JP was very communicative during the process as Hondas production line was slower than usual due to the pandemic. JPs service is excellent. He is personable and passionate about getting you the right product.

Went in shopping for a small play bike. Salesman acted like he was doing me a favor in telling me that everything was presold and I could leave a deposit if I wanted to.
Bought a new Rebel 300 from them. They were great with everything. The sales staff was always friendly and wanted to make sure I was happy with my new Ride. The service department spent a lot of time with me in picking out the right Helmet. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a motorcycle or other motocraft.

Will not give out pricing over email (so you dont have a record of the deal) Called made the deal, got insurance setup and loan set up. Once I get to the dealership They then decided to change (increase price) by $250.00. First thing out of the owners mouth is (do you have anything in writing) These guys would make a used car lot salesman seem honest. Went to another Honda dealer and received an honest, fair and much better price.ce.

Went in to get my fuel tank gasket on my Grom changed under recall. Got the bike back and fuel tank said full, so I thought thats nice, they must have filled it up. NOPE, they jammed the fuel float in the filler neck when reassembling the tank with the new gasket and I ran out of fuel on the road. I wanted to get my recall done at Roseville Yamaha but apparently you have to get it done at a Honda dealer. Disappointed.
I just want to say that Eric in Service is a pro and really got me out of a tough spot. Even though they were super busy and had a couple guys out sick that week, he found a way to get it done. These guys are great. Thanks again.
My wife and I had a great experience at Roseville Honda Motorsports! We recently purchased a Honda Super Cub, and it is a blast. It brings back such fun memories for myself. Its also a great first motorcycle for my wife. The automatic clutch makes learning to ride fun and easy. James the sales manager was very helpful and the treatment we received was first class from start to finish. Also John the parts manager helped us pick out the accessories we needed. I went in to apply for a job. While filling out the application, I was approached by a few employees. They were very friendly. They have slot of motorcycles, side by sides and ATVs in stock. Great place to get service done on your Honda rides or generators.

Clean, well laid-out. Only issue I had was being there twenty minutes looking at Gold Wings and not one employee acknowledged me. A simple nod or be right with you would have sufficed. They were a little busy, so I understand them not dropping what they were doing to assist me. Overall a beautiful store, possibly understaffed.

Terrible horrible and awful customer service. My husband and I walked around the store for quite along time looking at dirt bikes hoping to buy. No one offered to help. Multiple employees walked by without saying a word. My husband asked an employee about one of the bikes and he sent us to go look on the other side of the store and walked away. Go to Roseville Motorsports on Pacific in Rocklin. They are way nicer and more helpful despite the fact that they are much busier than this place.

1st day - I requested a quote and a test drive for motorcycle online. No return email or phone call. 2nd day called dealership to speak to salesperson about my request and was told someone would call me back. No return call. Third day finally got to talk to the salesperson. He told me that would be no test drive and the quoted price was $1000. Over the listed internet price. 4th day I called NorCal Motorsports in South Sacramento where on first call was quoted a reasonable price and we closed the deal on phone. I picked up the motorcycle with great ease. If you want to get LOUSY SERVICE and PAY TOO MUCH go Roseville Honda Motorsports.

Colby was genuine. I think sometimes in sales the whole transaction can feel fishy or like one is trying too hard, but Colby wasn’t that way. He helped me discover what bike would be best for me with my size/ability and spent time discussing each model. I felt like he truly cared and not like he was just selling me on a product. He has extensive knowledge of the bikes and because of him I have a few more in mind that I’d like to purchase from Honda in the future.

Brought my bike in this morning for a cam chain tensioner lifter repair. They let me know they were busy, but might be able to get it back out to me same day. Few hours later I got a call and Im back riding! Awesome customer service experience, Ill be back!

Just got a quad from these guys for my kid. The whole process went smoothly, Harley who helped us was great, however one of the first questions I asked about the ATV we were interested in was Green sticker or Red sticker? and was told green. One of the selling points of this bike for us. Picked up the registration today and guess what, Red sticker. And of course nobody knows anything and I need to talk to one guy thats nowhere to be found. They already got my money. Were sorry sir but theres nothing we can do is the vibe I got. I hope this was a one time screw up but I will not return as a customer to find out. My kid has a $4500 toy he cant ride all summer. That doesnt sit well with me.
I just purchased a new 2019 250f and my overall experience was great. I walked in without an appointment and was helped by JP. He was clear, straightforward and explained the process. We can to an agreement because he allowed me to choose the best scenario for my situation. He then was helped by a team of Honda Tech’s that inspected the bike while their Part’s salesman Matt recommended some products I may be interested in. He also allowed me to choose which parts I wanted without pressure. I checked out after a couple of hours. It was a fun experience at an clean sales floor with a friendly team. Thanks again RHM!

We went in for my husband to take a look, hes been doing that for far too long. Jason was his phone contact first. The experience was non aggressive sales tactics, friendly and comfortable. Jason was patient, knowledgeable, answered all our questions. While we were considering 😊 we walked over to check out gear. Jake was our sales rep and he had the same qualities as James. My husband stopped taking a look yesterday and finally did something fun for himself, he bought a motorcycle! It was a busy shop but, we never felt left in the corner, we never felt assaulted with sales pressure and we felt it had been one of the better purchase experience wed had.

They won’t allow any promotion of kids riding safety or local riding events. They are just there for the money not for the fun and family riding experience. Nobody reads instructions on paperwork. No customer service. Try another dealer. If we don’t support local riding and safety then the sport will disappear as it has been proven to, in California

I have had mostly good experiences with purchasing bikes, but we bought a couple used bikes, as well as new. ON my newest purchase, it is a 2014 bike, and I requested what the shop had done, as well as the service records on the bike. I never got the service records, and the shop did NOT do a thing as far as changing oil and service. before selling the bike. (I didnt get that record until weeks after the purchase). Would you not think that on a 3+ year old bike, that stuff would have been done before a sale??? Not good at all!!!!! That is not good customer service in regards to bike maintenance. They should know better, for heavens sake!

Recently purchased a 2017 GROM from this Dealership and I had a great experience with my sales person James. Told him what I wanted and that I was short for time. James sat me down filled out some paper work and I would say the process took less that 30 minutes. No pressure to purchases any extended warranties or GAP insurance like previous dealerships. Parts department had lots of items on display to look at an the staff was knowledgeable in regards to the questions I asked. Thumbs up!!!
