We had a great experience. After going to Shane Co and being swindled by them we were pleasantly surprised by the experience we had at Jared. AVOID SHANE CO! Brett the assistant manager was excellent. He took the time to help my wife get exactly what she wanted in a wedding/engagement ring. Thank you Brett!

I usually hear horror stories about jewelers but not at Jared. I purchased my fiances engagement band here over a year ago and everyone was very welcoming and extremely thorough with the details regarding the purchase. I did a three month payment plan which gave me three months to pay off the engagement band and after that the price doubles. Well I clearly paid it off before then and didnt have any issues. I plan on going back to get our wedding bands for our wedding in July. Thank you for helping me pick out a band that my soon to be wife loves

Walked in on Sunday afternoon with wife and 7 month old daughter. We were offered a seat but no one talked to us for the reminder of our time there. We weren’t checked on or given an estimated wait time. We ended up leaving after 20 minutes of waiting. They didn’t seam to care.

Took watch there for battery said it would take a month. Lol. Wont answer phone to answer questions. I was also told to stand outside too many customers. The will never get my business again. Manager rude with no customer service. Dont waste your time. Go to Madison Avenue Diamonds. Chris will take good care of you.

I have been at the same job for 20 years and make over $250k a year. Home owner ect... Jared denied me? 🤷🏾‍♂️😂😂. Went to Shane Co. approved for over $15k. 0% for 18 months. Got to Shane co!!!

They say on the website close at 7 they close at 6 according to sign on door. No where on website does it state you need an appointment to get in. When you arrive sign on door says by appointment oy to call. I called for 3 days and no answer. Finally went in and employee said need appointment I said no one answers to make an appointment he said well there is only 3 people working sorry. Never again will I buy from Jarreds

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a good selection with lots of options to choose from. As a side note, if you come later in the evening, they lock the inner door which was unexpected and I thought they were closed, so dont be alarmed.

Told me my ring would be done on a specific day, now theyre saying its going to take an additional day before its ready for pickup. Complete waste of time definitely should have gone to a private person, who would have been faster and much more efficient!

Very bad service. Very incompetent. It took them almost 3 hours just to check out and complete out a transaction and give us our purchase! Big waste of time! These people do not know how to operate a point of sale system?! I am sorry but when you buy $10k worth of jewelry in one transaction, you would expect the sales person who helped you to remember you by your name. Instead, next time (just a week and half later) we went, she behaved as if she doesnt remember our faces and asked for our drivers licence to pick up a ring we got resized. By the way, theres always too many people working there and not doing anything - way more than the actual customers making any purchase! Thats a bad sign too! We will take our business elsewhere where the people are more competent, professional and value customer relations.

This store lost my purchase history! Will not warranty their product! Told us up to a month to change a watch battery. Asked for a manager and waited for a half hour before I left without resolve. I regret shopping here they only have record of two items I purchased of about 8. Ridiculous how thousands of dollars of purchase history just disappeared 🤷🏻‍♂️.

I am so amazed I received awesome customer service from an employee by the name of Rolando at the Roseville location. I brought in a necklace on 3/13/2019 that was pretty tangled Ive been holding on to this necklace for several years which was purchased from Jared jewelers, thinking there was no hope Rolando assured me that he could help and he untangled it very easily and it didnt take long at all thank you so much I really appreciate itSincerelyPurple jacket in Australia bag:)

Great place for high end jewelry. Went in to look at watches, told them I wasnt interested in buying that day. They still answered a lot of questions and didnt feel pressured in buying anything. Very friendly and helpful!

I went into jared multiple times to get my fiances engagement ring and thought the customer service was ok. The only reason I am giving them a 5 star rating is because my experience with A technician named Rolando, he was amazing when it came to how much he helped me resize my finances ring. He had a great customer service personality and was very knowledgable. They should have had him selling the rings. Thank you Rolando Nunez.

Erika(Sales Rep) & the Manager Sabrina were so helpful and great! They helped me through the process and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get the perfect ring for the love of my life. I never thought I was able to ever achieve the dream ring for my future wife. Erika helped me get the ball rolling and helping me through the process of customizing the ring and picking out The Rock for the ring. Although Erika was only there for half the process due to transferring to another store lactation, their Manager Sabrina took over with a breeze. We connected immediately and that is very important from a customer service stand point and i trully appreciated everything she has done to help me and ease the process of getting the dream ring. Sabrina made sure I was fully aware of the warranties, cleaning, and appraisal I needed to ensure I was fully protected. I definatley recommend the Jareds location in Roseville! And of course......she said YES! 😁💎💍

POOR SERVICE, DO NOT TRUST Jared. Over the last few years I have spent several thousands of dollars at this Jared. The last thing that I did was to have a repair done on my wifes wedding ring set. I made it very clear that I wanted the old gold taken off of the ring. To keep it short, I was told that it would be returned to me, it was NOT, almost two months later still no gold and a refusal to compensate me financially. I was told that they would replace the missing yellow gold with comparable white gold. This is NOT the same thing. DO NOT TRUST Jared

Now I understand why this location has a lower review then the other Jareds. Purchased a ring that was in store but had to resize on a Friday, but diamond had to be shipped in, said resized should be done in a day or 2 then the diamond would be in by the following Tuesday or Wednesday and can come in Thursday or Friday to get the stone set the same day we come to pick up since resize will be done already. Called Wednesday to check in before we made the hour and half trip to the store, person wasnt sure about the order and would have salesman call back, never got a call. Called Thursday, sales person was with a customer, left message to call back, again no call back. Called again Friday, sales person was on lunch but would be back any minute, left message to call back and again no call back. Still havent heard back. Not sure if there was a delay in the stone order or what but regardless it has been very poor customer service at this location, I would recommend going to a better rated location if you choose Jared, Jared has always been good but not so much with this location:(

Horrible customer service and shotty worksmanship.Had my engagement diamond for 16 years, took it in to get it reset. Two months after the reset, my diamond fell out and was lost. It was devastating. Called Jared, the female who answered said shed research it and call me back. No call back. Husband calls 2 days later, says they will research and call us back. Nope. Go in with the ring 2 days after, with the receipt where they guaranteed their work and craftsmanship for 6 months, and they tell me its not their fault and in the words of Brian the manager, Yes, that does suck that my diamond fell out but it must have been something I had done. The customer service from management down was deplorable. Dont get repairs done here! Horrible experience. They DO NOT stand by their guarantees and do not hold themselves responsible for their own shotty work which lost me a 1 carrot diamond.

I took a watch in for repair and another watch in for a battery replacement. Brian, a manager, was initially very helpful in getting the work done on both watches. I left with the watch that had a battery replaced but the other watch would take a couple of weeks Brian said. Well after 30 days of not hearing from Jared, I called and was told that they would look into it and call me back the next day. No one called...for three days. So I made another call and asked for Brian this time. He was out but a gal said she would look into it and have Brian call me tomorrow. I waited two day and and he never called. No one called me back. So on the third day, I called and Brian answered. I asked about my watch and explained my disappointment in the lack of communication. Brian apologized but explained it was 10 minutes prior to the store closing for the day and he would personally look into the status of my watch repair and call me the next morning. I waited another 48 hours and he never called. On the third day, two friends from work accompanied me to Jared, as one needed a new watch battery for his Tiffany watch. Brian was not working that afternoon but another jumped in as soon as he heard of my difficulty getting any feedback on my watch repair. This manager was of middle eastern decent, (I dont recall his name) very friendly and seems eager to help me. He informed me that my watch needed a couple of additional weeks for repair, as they sent the watch out to a specialist in Chicago. I was fine with that now that I had some idea as what was going on. As soon as I had my update, I suggested that this manager help my friend with his watch battery. Well rather than replace the battery, the manager began to belittle my friend for his poor choice in a Tiffany & Co. watch. Youre paying for a name, not craftsmanship. This continued on for about five minutes and my friend had enough and walked away from the banter. At this point, this manager approached me and defends his comments by saying I have a friend who works at Tiffany & Co. and he says all of the jewelry is inferior and that people are duped by the name Tiffany. My friends are very upset at this point and walk out. I go running after them and we leave. FOUR weeks later I get a call that my watch has been repaired and is ready for pick up. I go in the next day and Brian is there along with the other manager. I pay for the repair and decide to tell Brian how the other manager insulted my friend. Brian acted shocked and asked if he could confront the manager about the allegation. I said absolutely. After roughly 10 minutes both men approached me and apologized. The other manager said he didnt recall the situation and Brian said that Jared policy was to insure that every customer has a positive experience. I thought, well I should tell Brian about the multiple times I left him messages for him to call me back and he never did, as well as the time I spoke to him 10 minutes prior to closing on the phone. Surprisingly, Brian dismissed what I was saying by I already apologized to you, have a good day. I took my watch and walked out. I will NEVER patronize Jared Jewelry again. If there is an opportunity where someone asks me for a jeweler reference, I will NOT refer Jared but rather Guzzetta & Co. or Hamilton Jewelers.

This place is a total scam. They found a ton of things wrong with my ring that needed fixed and refused to rhodium plate my ring unless I got them done. They claimed that all of my prongs needed re-tipped (for $25 each and I have 8) and that a side stone was loose. I went to two other businesses for second opinions and NEITHER found anything wrong with my ring. I will NEVER step foot into a Jareds again. What a horrible business.
