Never have what I want better online

Was not open last week and I needed my wife ring.

I loved the service I received every time I’ve went into the store for cleanings or work on my rings. However my first engagement ring had 2 diamonds fall out in a matter of weeks after getting it back & only a year after buying my job is not strenuous on the ring at all & I am very careful. We purchased my second engagement ring with my wedding bands. 3 months after receiving my ring my whole band just broke in half. Again my job is NOT strenuous on the ring! I get married in 2 months & have a lot of wedding stuff going on & I don’t get to wear my engagement ring because it’s getting fixed ! The rings are gorgeous & the sales people & workers are tremendous & good at their job! Thank God for the warranty

I was here about a year ago, and not very pleased with my item ... costumer service was great but the jewlery sucks . My ring has black all around it and a broken band . I’ve taken it in at least 5 times within 14 weeks of having it to get it cleaned and or fixed ... which is ridiculous . I’d upload a picture but for some reason it’s not giving me an option to do so from myPhone .... I would not recommend this place !
