If you need a watch worked on, Precision Jewelers has the best watchsmiths in the area ! Ive had numerous time pieces serviced over the years and all are still working fine and look beautiful. Theres a 1 year warranty if there is a problem and very reasonable prices.

I was referred by a friend that has the same problem that I have...we LOVE jewelry. She told me to ask for Louis and I have been happy ever since. When Louis is not there the entire staff has treated me with the same level of Excellent Customer service. They are also excellent on repairs and modifications that I have had done on pieces that I did not purchase from them. The repairs are usually done in a week or less!

This place. Is Amazing. I HAVE been going here from some years now . Even if Im not spending money here They still take care of me . Answering questions, giving free estimates. And priced more then fair . The jewler pays special attention to details. Would not give my recamdation to any other Jewler in the metro area.

I was referred to Louis at Precision by three different people, so I knew it was a good place to shop for an engagement ring. After meeting with several jewelers, my fiance ultimately chose Precision because other large jewelers in the area could not compete with the price for identical stones. Louis is patient and extremely consultative while creating the perfect ring. It was a no brainer to get our bands here as well, which has been a great process so far. Thank you Precision team!

A good location and store. I dont wear a watch since I now have a cell phone but its probably a good gift I in the future for holidays or relatives bday. Used to be an arcade I believe, maybe a rollerskating rink.

I got my rings resized and melted together. Erica was helpful and friendly and took care of me right away.It was $50 to have my wedding band and engagement rings sized from 7 to 6 and 1/4. It was another $35 to have them permanently connected.The service on pickup was decent. No one seemed excited to help me right away, but I was pretty focused on getting my rings, and wasnt looking around the rest of the store.The rings were great, sized correctly and permanently connected, just like I wanted.Overall good, not great, experience.

Not impressed with their sales tactics. Because I didnt do my research FIRST, I let the salesman talk me into a watch that was 50% off. I took it hook, line and sinker, $1150 for a watch I can buy ANYWHERE for $500! $1150 was the sale price! Buyer beware, they have no interest in quality sales, only convincing customer its a great deal.

I brought my wedding set in for a band repair on the engagement ring and diamond chip replacement on the wedding band. The first time I came to pick them up, the wedding band was fine. However, my nearly flawless 1ct. diamond in the center was set so low that the prongs were reflecting all through the diamond and made it looked cracked and flawed. The sales man showed it to the manager (who put it under the microscope to check for actual flaw but couldnt find any) and the salesman apologized profusely and promised to have the jeweler fix it for me.I left my engagement ring behind and came back a couple days later. I looked at my ring and within seconds saw that there were still ridiculous reflections in the diamond and now that the prongs were white gold instead if the yellow coated white gold that the rung was dropped off with. So now my ring is two toned and my diamond looks like crap.Even after bringing out a photo of the ring from when I bought it didnt stop the manager from telling me how wrong I was and that he didnt see what the problem was and that he couldnt see the reflection lines. They were very clear to the salesman before him and even he acknowledged their existence in my last visit, but all of a sudden he cant see it?He was rude, arrogant and dismissive. Not once did he apologize. Not once did he offer even a partial refund. In fact he told me repeatedly that I should take it to another jeweler. So now I have just paid $200 to a company for the privilege of making my $10k ring look like I bought it at Kmart.

Stopped in after reading the reviews that said charged only $5 to fix little repair and only took couple minutes. Have a tiny charm that wouldn’t fit on necklace so just needed bigger link added. Wanted to keep it a week& charged $15! Really? Sad a business can’t look at this as a potential future customer that may spend a decent amount of $! I’ll go back to Bogazy where they treat every customer whether spending $5 or $5,000 valued! Bogazy made me 3 beautiful custom diamond earrings!UPDATE: just left Bogazy they did it in under 5 minutes & get this charged me $0!!!!! That’s how much they value each n every customer! Unlike others trying to squeeze every bit out of people!
