If I could give no stars I would. My now fiance went there for my engagement ring on 9/11. He was told it would be in after a week. (I was sized prior). My fiance calls 9/20 and the sales guy Randy never even ordered my ring. 9/27, my fiance goes in and they finally order my ring (since Im not a size 7). Randy then tells us it should be here in 45 business days, stating December 16th. This is with expedited shipping? Now the date has changed to November 24th. There was barely even an apology. My ring was on sale at the time and Randy tried charging my fiance full price. They are rude and just wanting to make a sale. My fiance knew which ring he was getting and the size needed. Yet Randy didnt order it on time. So here it is almost a month since the proposal, no ring, no compensation for his failure to complete his job. Just us being told wait times. They should be expediting it at their cost. Way to damper being engaged and not caring what so ever. We will definitely not be purchasing anything from you people in the future. They will lie and try to get you for it all, without a care in the world.

Nice jewelry but poor customer service.. I may be young but I’m not dumb! If I’m spending my hard earned money I would expect to get what I paid for! My pendant was 4 days late than the expected due date & it was not even what we originally talked about when I was at the store! Plus it did not fit my chain and was told it would have to go back to the jeweler along with my chain. Very disappointed. Just wanted something nice!

The sales reps are terrible! Why? Because, they are overbearing! How many times in a row, do I have to decline signing up for the credit card? How many times do I have to say no, about buying an item? Once I literally lied, and ran away, just to get away! I get it, you want your sale commision, you credit approval commission, but my God! Chill out! We wont be back, after our experience, for valentines day.

He pulled out all the stops to make sure that my engagement went over as smoothly as possible with a beautiful EverUs diamond ring for my (now) fiancé that I was only able to afford thanks to the financing options offered by David working with progressive leasing and the Kay credit card.I am so grateful to him for everything he did, he obviously went above and beyond, made so many phone calls, answered all of my questions, even helped me plan my engagement and the obvious little white lies that go along with itI proposed to my girlfriend on the 21st, the same day that the ring came in (1 day early) and I couldn’t have done it without the services of David and Kay jewelers. I ordered earrings as a Christmas gift to this store 12/18/2017. I went to pick it up after receiving two emails from Kay reminding me that it had arrived in store. 12/21/2017 I went to pick it up and they could not find my order, they proceeded to keep me waiting for an hour while they searched every cabinet, safe, etc. ensureing that they would find it. After all of that they decided it must have been attached to another customers order, so they received my earrings FOR FREE and I was left empty handed for Christmas. They said they re-ordered the earrings and would call me when they arrived. I am still waiting on 1/4/2018. I cannot believe that they lost my order, and that they didnt offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience. Needless to say I will no longer be shopping here.
