My Husband really enjoyed his glazes cookie batter puff he said it was five star worthy 👍🏾

I love the unique flavors. I got Taro and thai tea. My sister in law loved the 50 shades of earl grey. Thai was alright but I feel like the donut overpowered the taste, the taro flavor was good! Definitely not a spot Id frequent but maybe a place youd try once or twice.

We tried the mango sorbet and the earl grey ice cream. Both were underwhelming, as each had ice crystal chunks throughout. I usually always try to finish my food, especially pricey items, but couldn’t do it here. The mango was better than than the earl grey if I had to choose.There was only one staff who was working really hard. The place could also use some background music to liven the environment up.

Donut stuffed with ice cream.... how can you go wrong with that? Good treat on a hot day. There was no seating inside.... but there were areas to sit right outside. Several flavors... more unique then traditional.

Soo delicious! I was staying in Sacramento and happened to stumble across this place and it was life changing lol I had the Ice cream puff with cake batter ice cream and it was heaven!! Literally didn’t make it even 5 mins away before I finished it. The employees were friendly as well definitely a must try.

The saddest puff Ive ever had. There was hardly a scoop of ice cream in it. I had one bite of my boyfriends puff and there was more ice cream in that one bite than in my entire one. I hyped this place up so much for him, at least i was the one who got jipped. I understand yall were super busy tonight. We drove 20 minutes and waited about 20-30 minutes to get our treats. What a disappointment.

Ice cream is good. Menu is a bit too focused on flashy flavors for my taste but it is good ice cream. Service was adequate but no more than that.

SO good!!! I found them via Instagram a couple months ago and I finally went to try them. Capacity limited to 5 guests at a time, but there was no line when I arrived in the afternoon. The employee was so patient and kind as I narrowed down my choices and her recommendation was spot on! Will absolutely be back to try the churros.

First time visiting The Parlor and it was okay. The ice cream donuts were good and the staff was friendly. They explained the concept and the options I had. There wasnt a lot of ice cream flavor to choose from. The staff offered a sample of their taro root ice cream which some people didnt like, but I thought tasted pretty good. There is ample sitting but unfortunately the parlor was not clean. The table had left over used napkins and melted ice cream on the floor from previous customers. It wasnt busy when we visited (just another couple), so they could have spot cleaned. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience.

We were told to try this place out while we were dining at fats one evening. What an amazing surprise! When I saw that you actually mix a donut, glazed or unglazed, with a choice of ice creams I was immediately smitten.I chose the glazed donut with salted Carmel ice cream. They actually take the Donut and use some type of panini press to serve you a warm crispy donut with frozen ice cream in between period I did not know how much I needed this in my llife.

My girlfriend and I had gotten rid of the kids for the day and needed something sweet after an afternoon at the spa. This place hit the spot! I had their coffee ice cream and their cookie butter ice cream. I even added the peanut butter sauce topping. It’s just a drizzle, so you don’t feel like you’re over indulging! LOL there was a short line with socially distanced marked spots on the floor. Things moved at a good speed and the girl was friendly!

The place was nice. Quite small, with very good customer service. Some ice creams were original, but mostly not great not bad. I had the donut filled with ice cream and it was okay.

Sooo Good! My The Works! was awesome. The donut was soft and sugary, that Ice Cream was flavorful and light. The staff was really nice and the place seemed clean to me. It was fairly busy but the workers had no problems keeping up. My wife and daughter also got Ice Cream (with Churros) and they raved about theirs.

The parlour has excellent ice cream and the staff is usually nice and very friendly. However, over the past 8 months that I have been going there I have asked to be able to purchase just a pint of ice cream. Every single time I have been there to order just a pint of ice cream, I am constantly told that the kids are not in stock or the containers have not come in, or some other random excuse. I would seriously reconsider whomever places the orders for supplies because at this point, I will not be returning. Like I said, great ice cream and staff is nice, but if you are going to advertise on the in-house menu that you sell ice cream by the pint, you better be able to do it. 8 months and not once being able to sell a pint of ice cream due to a container shortage is absolutely unacceptable.

Yummy ice cream. The staff here is very kind. I really loving attending this place. I would suggest everyone take the time to head in. I love the fries here and the beer is always cold. The bathrooms could be cleaner but thats okay. Oh and its really well run. The crowd fluctuates in size. There is nothing wrong with this great place, I hope you like it too.

If there was a zero stars option, theywould get it. I heard about this place online and was so looking forward to trying their ice cream puffs and a milkshake. After waiting in line for 1/2 hour and watching the girl make milkshakes for people ahead of us, when it was our turn, she told us she did not have time to make milkshakes for us. Hmmm... well I just wasted 1/2 hour of my life plus drive time, only to be treated rudely! Epic customer service fail! So we are now on our way to Leatherbys. I dont care if they have the best ice cream puffs in the world. They will never get my money or patronage.

The staff is super patient with my indecisive boys. One who will try anything and often adds and adds to his order, one who insisits on vanilla and one whos always living FOMO.

A great ice cream treat. Minimalist decor. What it lacks in decorative pop, it more than makes up for in tasteful experience. Everything here is handmade. Theres a dozen or more unique flavors for you to try. The waffle cones are delicious, and the donut puff is a must-have. Share it with your date, and order yourself the ice cream churro to split as well.

Smelled great inside, store was clean. I got two flavors of ice cream as a single scoop, they were delicious and filling but a bit pricey. Service was terribly rude though, they clearly did not want to be there.

First time here. Came around 3pm and there was plenty of parking and decent seating. The employees were helpful and friendly and the ice cream donut was delicious! It cost me $0.75 for unlimited toppings (even 1) but the ice cream was delicious enough, I wouldnt have needed any, although it does make it more tasty! The nice blend of a warm glazed donut with taro ice cream compacted in between was a perfect snack for $6.72. Id love to stop by again if I didnt live so far.

I didnt like it at all. The ice-cream was not good and refrozen several times based on the ice in it. The puffs are not puffs but just oily burger bunds.

Great modern interior feel. The place is very clean. I recommend getting a puff your first time for the experience, but after that I recommend getting the ice cream and donut separate so you dont have to inhale your dessert before it melts. Or just get a scoop or two of your favorite ice cream.

Main info: donuts are great. Try the waffles they are worth the extra. If you want extra you can get pints which is nice for those midnight cravings. Overall this is a great idea and great flavored ice cream.Other: Trendy atmosphere with top 40 playing in the background. Young kids are in front and possibly the back. Came on a Sunday evening and it was pretty empty. More people started trickling in while we were waiting for the waffles.

Great Ice Cream and very good waffle cones. The service is okay, but slow. Would be great to have more seating but I dont think they could fit any more.Had the double scoop waffle cone with Sea Salt and the Tai Tea ice cream, I forget the name. Anyway, the Sea Salt was really good, great caramel taste. The Tai Tea one was okay but way too subtle a flavor. Could hardly taste it against the waffle cone.

Delicious ice cream donut sandwiches. Enough said. You pick out the ice cream, toppings, and type of donut you want (glazed or unglazed). Then theyll warm up the donut and fill it with the ice cream and voila! Warm crispy donut with a cool center. Yum!

Great place to go and enjoy some dessert with the family. My wife and I took the kids here and had a great time. The atmosphere is modern and clean and the large chalkboard in the extended seating area makes for an interactive way to keep the kids busy. The place is ran by young students it seems but they stay professional and know what they are doing. Lots of flavors and interesting combinations. The doughnuts are hot and ice cream creamy, enjoy.

Quick service, casual ice cream bar with amazing donut and churro concoctions. Loved the specialty flavors of ice cream like the Thai iced tea and green tea ice cream, as well as the salted caramel. Delicious!

We were super underwhelmed by this place. The line was huge and there werent enough people working. We decided to get the cream puff since it was our first time there and it really wasnt anything special. Also the bathroom was pretty messy.

If you love donuts and ice cream separately you will love -the Parlor! Two great things together.

The place gets packed all summer but in the winter its not a bad line, I always get the midnight in Paris coffee ice cream with Nutella with the donut. It feels like so much I only go here twice a year
