Their frozen yogurt is delicious. The staff at are cheerful and friendly. They were so sweet to my kid. We will definitely be back.

Me and my GF had dinner at yard house and we decided to get desert and when we walked in we saw THE OWNER NOT WEARING A MASK we asked him to put it on politely because you never know and his response was I got vaccinated How do we know that is actually true ? he didnt even show proof of vaccination card. I am a business owner myself and as a business owner especially in food industry you have to follow every health code no matter of your beliefs. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. ITS NOT HARD. WEAR A MASK AND SAVE A LIFE.

This is thee spot for froyo. They always have an excellent selection of flavors as well as toppings and definitely hook it up! Their customer service is just the cherry on the top to this establishment.

A bright, colorful interior made me feel like a kid walking into a candy shop. I was blown away at the number of toppings that were available, more than any other yogurt place Ive been to. I wish there were more flavors of yogurt but that didnt stop me from finding a combo that I really loved. Ill definitely be back for more.

This is a self serve yogurt shop. You pick your initial flavor then go around to add toppings, its pay by the pound. They have fresh baked cookies & brownies, fresh fruit, candies & different syrups to choose from. Really good, especially on a warm evening.

Love this cute yogurt shop! They offer a great variety of flavors and lots of yummy toppings. I love the hard shell chocolate, marshmallow, carmel sauce and the variety of candies, cookie crumbs, graham cracker crumbs, etc. I can put on top. Or sometimes vanilla with fresh fruit is yummy too! You can never go wrong always something delicious to try!This store has been re-decorated and it is so cute, clean, and reasonably priced. It is fun to sit down and relax for a minute and play one of the games they offer or I really like sitting outside at one of the tables too!It is great how involved the owners are in the community and always giving back. They offer fundraisers to help various groups and schools and they always have specials too.My granddaughter’s favorite is the Big Spoon BEAR who can be seen walking around the fountains or even in a parade too!I highly recommend Big Spoon Yogurt at the Fountains!!!!

Always nice flavors! Great toppings and nice atmosphere. They have games on each table if you want to hang out!! Seating outside is inviting for those sunny days ahead.

Fun treat for the kids where they can build their own treat and put as many toppings as they want on! One of my favorite memories as a child is building my own ice cream and being free to choose as many toppings as I wanted!You do pay by weight, so the prices can be shocking as you wont find out how much it is until you have to pay.

The yogurt is amazing!! its not to expensive, but i Dont like how they are piggy backing off of all the other yogurt shops with the bright colors and the POP feel to it. all they layouts are the same in all yogurt shops, same with here. that was not a location review but a company review. they need to make something special about big spoon yogurt, and push that marketing tactic till they are a separate entity. not just another yogurt shop.

Great little yogurt place. They seem to always have a variety of flavors, though the selection is limited to only 6 options at any one time. One selection seems to always be a no sugar added option which is helpful for a family member with dietary restrictions. Some of their toppings are of just okay quality, for example their malt balls taste waxy, but they have many different sugar-free or low-sugar options as well as fruits, nuts, etc, which is great because there arent many places in town that can accommodate different dietary needs.At the time of this review, they also have specials on Wednesday (a mini, discounted frozen yogurt) and Sunday (a discounted root beer float.) My mom confused the two specials one day and the man in charge took care of us with a genuine smile and care that I dont often see. They seem to also have some games to play; Ive noticed Trivial Pursuit.Id love to see some tastier topping options that are of just a little higher quality, specifically when it comes to the candies, but Im really pleased with Big Spoon and thats my only suggestion for improvement. I like everything else and will happily come often.

I came in earlier today and the store was so clean, and the lady that was working said her name was Hannah was very nice and helpful. Will be back soon for more and the strawberry sober was yummy!! Will be coming back for sure!

Delicious flavors and tons of toppings. Love the fun clean atmosphere. Grabbed a yogurt and walked around the Fountains for a fun afternoon.

The new management is great! They have renovated the interior to make it brighter, cleaner, and to showcase local artists. Staff is friendly and helpful 👍

The yogurt flavor selection aint the best. I also dont like how kids can just stick their dirty hands in the bins for candy. Ew. Its a nice place to hang with friends though.

Always clean! I have never walked in to a dirty store. Even the condament station stays well put together and filled. The staff isnt always friendly, but honestly that doesnt bother me.I would rather have that then fake overly happy staff.

The Girl that was working 7/2 @630 needs an attitude adjustment, she said her name was Hannah. She has the worse customer service all because I asjed for a sample cup being that the container was empty. I am a manager and would never allow such horrible service.

Big Spoon is definetly not a place I will be trying to go again... there was very few choices and they had one of the dirtier yougurt stores Ive been to. The toppings were hard to get and limited as well. The hot toppings were cold and they were missing spoons for the products. They only had two sizes of cups...

Disgusting. This place was nasty. Candy and yogurt everywhere. Their were 2 girls working, both sitting behind the counter one watching Netflix on her phone while the other just sat there. The yogurt stations were a mess and had yogurt everywhere, the candy stations were a mess with candy everywhere. If your gonna have 2 people working one can ring up and one can clean. Won’t ever be back.

Too crowded for me. For as busy as it is there should be two people available at the register to check customers out, especially weekends and evenings. Instead its overly crowded and while youre standing in holding your cup of frozen yogurt that is slowly meltinh you end up feeling bad for the youthful kid trying to get everyone processed. Its busy as expected since its in the Fountains. Couldnt say the fro yo and toppings are better or worse than anywhere else.

Customer service was amazing, super clean and tasty too! A great treat, will be back for sure.

Came here on Friday with my friends and my kid. They where very busy but the employees where friendly and gave us a big welcome. One them Hannah ask if my daughter wanted a sicker and a coloring page. The other employees where trying to keep the places clean with a line out the door. Will come back for sure

On Sunday go to another frozen yogurt store. The only person in store doesnt not have the time to attend clients, clean the store and fill the yogurt deposit.
