Staff has been friendly, no issues there. My issue comes with the actual quality of the product. First of all, when a customer asks for hot donuts of the belt, that shouldn’t be an issue at all, simply box them from the belt, I’ve seen this done at other locations all the time. Secondly, for some reason the donuts here are smaller than other locations and darker brown. I would assume either the oil is too hot or too old. They should be a light color not brown. Interesting location, I won’t be back to this location for a while.

My only complaint about this Krispy Kreme is that it’s so far from my house. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and they’re always consistently good. Of course it’s best when you can get them hot off the line, but regardless, they’re almost guaranteed to satisfy.

Its Krispy Kreme, what more can you say? The donuts are fresh and hot! Made right there in store, right in front of you. They are light and delicious. They offer coffee options as well. Drive through or walk ins welcome. Covid protocols in place- masks required, social distancing, hand sanitizer, the whole nice yards. ALSO, if you show them your covid vaccine card you get a free regular donut! Yummmyyyy!!! Thank you Krispy Kreme!

You have to go at the “hot and fresh” times, but there is not much that can beat a hot and fresh glazed donut right off of the line.

Typical Krispy Kreme. All the donuts taste as I would expect from Krispy Kreme... delicious. Dining area is clean and tables spaced out so not to be too crowded.

The person at the window is usually less than friendly. Here are your donuts, get out. My glazed donuts come stuck together, my cake donuts aren’t fresh and nobody ever seems to care. What I buy never gets credited to my rewards account. I can never get a response from anyone about anything. 👎🏻👎🏻

They store was already closed before 10pm. The employees ignored us. When we finally got to talk to an employee at the drive thru, she had the odessity to be rude and have an attitude. I would definitely not go there

The doughnuts at this location don’t have that soft feeling and sugary kick that other locations have, but it’s still better than every other doughnut company

The day I want was daytime, and this store cleaned the ceiling during business, dust fell and it was disgusting, and the ceiling dust was next to the doughnut. and the doughnut was open.Every time When I go there, I feel the same, they need to make good doughnut. Now I will go Bed baker doughnut in roseville, there is always satisfactory, clean and delicious.

I got here at 8:30 and the “hot-now” sign is ON. I asked to have a hot dozen original glazed. Then the girl seems like ignoring what am I asking and told me I have to wait another 40 to 50 mins to have a new batch but obviously I saw the belt is running with hot donuts. Then she came to the back and grab me the chills one. This place is far most terrible that I’ve ever seen. Technically, they just need to grab one from the running belt, glazed and pack it. Never come here again 🙁

We ordered Krispy Kreme doughnuts for our children to be delivered on st Patrick’s day. Our order was cancelled day of. We were even charged a week ahead of time and now fighting for a refund. We have email confirmation of our cancelled order and when going online it shows out of stock? We ordered a week ahead? Not sure why they decided to cancel us but very disappointed in this service and ruining our children’s morning with last minute breakfast plans with no refund in sight. Will not eat here again.

We decided to really do it big, and go for in n out aaand Krispy Kreme in one go. While I waited in the drive through for a burger, my boy friend checked the closing time for KK and it showed another 30 minutes til closing so he jogged across the parking lot to KK. The employees just stared, never told him it was drive through only. No kind of hand motions or pointing to signs, just blank stares before chosing to ignore him. We had our hearts set on consuming a ridiculous amount of calories, so we decided to let it go, an, go through the drive through. Part of our order was left out. At this time, the line was wrapping around the parking lot. So once again, my boy friend goes to the door and is ignored. It took him popping up at the window and briefly explaining that our apple fritter was forgotten before anyone came to the door. We got our apple fritter in the end. Plus one extra. In hindsight, probably should have skipped the donuts.

I am bummed. There are four flavors of the heart shaped donuts for Valentines Day and I asked for three of each flavor in two boxes. Once I get to work, only three flavors were given. Green, pink, and yellow. Where are the raspberry filled purple donuts? Why didnt you say anything when I ordered in the drive-thu?

I will say I do like the donuts from Krispy Kreme and sometimes you just crave it. However, every time I go there it seems they are out of their featured flavor or another one that is on their board. Also the prices are ridiculously high for donuts when they are basically half the size of a donut at any other bakery or donut shop. Most of the time I rather stick to something local.

This place Doesn’t practice social distancing.A girl came in and the girl behind the counter ran up to her gave her a hug and a box of donuts she didn’t pay for while the rest of us were waiting in line and paid for our donuts.What is the WORST is the girl who works there went right back behind the counter without washing her hands and helped the next customer in lineThis is Unacceptable!!Wash your hands frequently and no hugs allowed on the job!!

Is their anyway you can chang your online hours for Saturday?? It says you close at 11pm. I got their at 10pm and their was about 10 vehicles in front of me. About 10 min later an employee came out saying you they were closed, about 6 vehicles had to leave and who knows how long they were waiting.

Good when they are hot and fresh. They had their “hot and fresh” sign on but when I asked they said they were not making them at the time.

As you know, great donuts! I’m a regular at varies KK’s and am a fan of their products. The service at this location is adequate. Could be cleaner. The bathrooms need help, the tables weren’t cleared, and there was trash on the floor. Not so bad that I would come back but needs improvement.

Great donuts especially when hot!

I just drove over three hours to get here, planned on ordering a few boxes of doughnuts (I live very far away) but they were closed. The website says open until 11pm but they were closed by 10:04. I feel very disappointed with their customer service, they should really update their website, because some people drive hours to go there.

Countless times I go there, they are constantly out of Apple Fritters. They keep saying they make it only around certain time yet on the menu they never say its like a breakfast only item timeframe or whenever they make them. Just frustrating since its my familys favorite item there and raspberry filled donuts which they also run out of a lot

Always great but the donut I had maybe had one squirt, usually filled. It was my birthday and the donut was my cake. Can not get it great all the time it was a bummer. I will be back I love your donuts. Thank you. JR

Online it said they closed at 10pmWe drive out of our way because we dont live near a Krispy Kreme and were 10 miles away so decide to take the turn. We get there at 9:53 and there was an employee standing at the drive thru behind a car saying they were closed.

There were more people the store than the posted Covid amount and NO one did anything to stop it. It also took a lot longer for peoples orders to be filled therefore it was very dangerous.

Today was grad day at Krispy Kreme and after not getting my graduation due to COVID-19, I was excited for an excuse to wear my cap and gown. I waited patiently for almost 2hrs in line for my turn and when I got up there they told me the free dozen was just for high school seniors. I couldnt be more disappointed. I just wanted a small way to celebrate. Now I dont know if I will ever come back to Krispy Kreme.

The service was quick and the donuts were tasty. I did have one complaint however, because the donuts were not as fresh as Ive seen in the past. They still tasted good but werent as soft as the fresh warm ones I have been used to. Overall good experience though.

Overpriced, cold, forgot items, and kind of rude. Find a mom n pop donut shop instead.... or just go to safeway.

Every time I come here I appreciate the kind staff. I got here 5 minutes before they closed once and they didn’t give me dirty looks, unlike other places. Of course I didn’t take my time to order and I don’t recommend going to places last minute but I needed two dozen donuts to fix my craving! 😅

Went here at 4pm on a Saturday and they were out of almost every type donut, including just ordinary glazed, and the fresh ones they were making were just shells. Took 20 minutes to order and pay too. Customer service was nice though.

It’s been years since we found a Krispy Kreme that actually makes the donuts before your eyes. This is fun for all ages to watch! No freebies anymore, but hot & fresh is best. Try to buy a dozen if you can. $1.50 per donut is pretty ridiculous. Only $11.49 for 12. You must come while they are hot! I think the original glaze is best, but the maple and chocolate is awesome too.

This place had some very accommodating staff. Helped efficiently and happily. Their donuts are the only ones Im able to stomach.

It was really fun to watch the Krispy Kreme dream machine operating. Theyve got it set up behind glass so you can watch the whole process from mixing and proofing through frying, enrobing, cooling and even culling. You can point at a donut and say to it Im going to eat you! Clean interior and exterior, friendly staff, lotta smiles. Coffees not bad!

Love this place but not the lines. People buying 4 dozen donuts and picking them one by one cusulting 3 kids with each choice. Need more counter help on Fridays I guess. Not a quick in and out, nothing prepacked so you can grab and go... Donuts are excellent though and the employees were doing their best.

Just was in, they are having a buy a dozen get a dozen glazed for a dollar sale so the line was long, but everyone was still friendly and the service was great. Got a hot dozen, had three instantly, oh my are they great hot!
